I had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. I will definitely come back on my next visit to Da Nang. The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast, which you pre-order, was fresh and delicious every morning. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from My Khe Beach, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. One thing to keep in mind is that there are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby, so if you think you’ll be hungry late at night, it’s a good idea to buy something in advance. The only minor downside was that the room on the 5th floor could be a bit noisy in the morning due to the swimming pool above. Apart from that, everything was excellent. Overall, wow! A fantastic boutique hotel with outstanding service. Well done to the entire team! Highly recommended.

สะมากๆๆๆๆ คุณป้าเจ้าของเหมือนจะเป็นเจ้าของบ้านดูแลดีมาก ความสะอาดให้ 10ล้านเลยครับ ผ้าห่มดีหอมอุ่น เตียงนอนดีมากๆ นำแก้วน้ำมาวางบนเตียงแล้วกระโดดเล่นบนเตียง แก้วน้ำยังไม่ล้มเลย แถมใกล้ ไนท์มาเก็ตมากๆด้วย สะดวก ใกล้มินิมาร์ท ดีมากกกกกกก

Have one handsome service staff member (I forgot his name) who spoke English very well and explained everything clearly. By the way all staff provided excellent service and had a friendly .The room was comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast offered many choices and was delicious.

Kemudahan hotel ini sangat baharu. Biliknya juga sangat luas. Dari hotel, boleh berjalan kaki ke beberapa tarikan pelancong. Pilihan sarapan pagi sangat banyak. Suasana restoran dan servisnya juga super hebat. Masalah yang timbul semasa penginapan telah diselesaikan dengan bantuan Ctrip.

Все отлично) Хозяйка потрясная, очень милая и всегда на связи. В апартаментах чистенько, мебель новая, белье и полотенца без каких либо пятен. Месторасположение близко к пляжу. Тихо очень и спокойно, никто под окнами не кричит и соседей не слышно. Я очень рекомендую 🙌

Stayed for one night here initially with plans on coming back for a second stay. Overall the facilities here are better quality and function than at those other smaller hotels along the beach *****. Water pressure was very strong and the rooms are spacious, as was the lobby. Very grand and majestic. The hotel is slightly older compared to what is in the neighborhood but still classy and elegant. I want to highlight that there is room for Improvement on the housekeeping and maintenance. Particularly the ventilation. The room had a dusty air con smell, very typical in hotels above 15-20 years. Could literally see the dust in on the false concave ceiling area. But this place is less than 10 Years old so the smell should not be there yet. Breakfast spread was great, but again fell short of the 5 star standard that Melia is known for in other developed countries. Also the service, it’s more of 4 star rather than a 5 star. I say this because in the Melia at yangon, Myanmar, they offered turn down service and sweets and they kept calling to ensure i was comfortable. I stayed also in the Melia Hue and I think my comment there was largely similar in concept.

Located right across the beach. Many eateries, mart and laundry nearby. Room was quite spacious and clean. Swimming pool overlooking an amazing ocean view. Varied wide spread of breakfast buffet, food was tasty. Staff were friendly and kind. Concierge men were very helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, upon checking out, we were shocked to be charged us USD7 without any explanation. Only when we queried, the receptionist mentioned it was for a ”broken shampoo bottle”, which we were very sure we left the room in tip top condition. We further asked for proof of the broken bottle, only then they sent someone to retrieve the bottle and brought it to the reception counter. The bottle was intact, not broken as claimed. However, the receptionist said the housekeeper claimed there was a ”crack” at the bottom of the bottle, which none of us including the receptionist could find the alleged ”crack”. the receptionist tried so hard to prove there was a crack but we insisted on ”where was the crack?' because we couldnt see any obvious crack and nothing leaked out out the bottle - it looked more like a light scratch. In the end, the receptionist told us to write a case report to the housekeeping to resolve the matter. We were disappointed that this matter was not handled professionally and we felt accused for an alleged crack. We were amazed at how meticulous and sharp the housekeepers were for noticing a light scratch at the bottom of the bottle and the bottom of shampoo bottle was the 1st thing they inspected. Plus, we didnt use their shampoo - we brought our own shampoo.

Tempat ini sangat bersih dan kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat prihatin dan memenuhi semua permintaan kami walaupun bahasanya agak mencabar. Pemandangan dari bilik saya sangat indah. Kami benar-benar menikmati penginapan kami di sana. Terima kasih khas kepada Cik Thinh, yang menjemput kami dari lapangan terbang dan juga atas bantuannya kerana mengambil ubat anak saudara saya dari bilik kami selepas kami mendaftar keluar. Kami hanya menyedari ubat itu hilang apabila kami tiba di lapangan terbang. Dia mengatur untuk mengangkut saya kembali ke hotel dan kembali semula ke lapangan terbang. Terima kasih banyak-banyak. Kami amat menghargai bantuan dan pemahaman anda. Tahniah kepada anda dan kakitangan yang lain juga..

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The rooftop pool and spa are favorably. Food: The breakfast buffet gets high marks for being excellent and with a wide variety. Overall, The hotel offers a great combination of friendly service, a convenient location, and comfortable facilities. If you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation in Da Nang, this hotel could be a good option for you!

We had a great stay at the cosmos hotel. it’s very well located very close to the beach and to plenty of restaurants. ( you should try bikini bottoms burgers and 2lady kitchen bahn mi !!! ) The room was spotless and the room was well serviced. the staff is really nice and helpful. There is a pool on the rooftop of the hotel that give a nice view of the city and the ocean :)
