JJaneLevinaThe hotel immediately impressed us with its modern and stylish design, creating a great atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Its location is absolutely excellent, right by the beach and conveniently close to the city's attractions.
Breakfasts were superb and very diverse. There was a wide selection of dishes daily, ensuring we always found something delicious to start our day.
The hotel also offers a great range of services. We appreciated the airport transfer option, and the spa, pool, and well-equipped gym were perfect for relaxation or a workout. The staff were also incredibly helpful in arranging a scooter rental, which made exploring Quy Nhon so easy.
Overall, the Grand Hyams Hotel - Quy Nhon Beach is a fantastic choice for a comfortable and modern stay with excellent service. We highly recommend it!

NNhi Ngọc YếnThis's a sweet homestay. It takes 5mins to walk from the sea. This's the first time i travelled in Vietnam. The host's really friendly. We rent the motorbike and they introduced for me anywhere we wanna to go. The room 's cute, clean, comfortable, sophisticated. The homestay has a nice rooftop. At night, we drunk Quy Nhon beer with the hostess and her husband. That's nice vibe. They make me feel that i come back my home. I make sure that i'll come back here and drunk again with them ^^

RRYKER FARACBeautiful room with great views, we really enjoyed our stay here with the polite and helpful staff ,organizing a motobike was quick and easy ,the cafe was a treat being modern with a large range of hot and cold drinks the different Coffees were all amazing to try, would recommend this hotel highly, we stayed in a Deluxe Double room on floor 5.

DddeodolyIt was my first time visiting Quy Nhon.
It wasn't too far from the bus stop on tje accommodation. The front desk staff was friendly, and tje domitory room I stayed in was very clean, especialy spacious, and had a lot of space.
The bathroom and shower were outside, but it wasn't too inconvenient, and I had a very comfortable stay.
The towels that were changed every day and the free bottled water were also very nice.
I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Quy Nhon.

EEvoFunkWe stayed at the Mento Hotel for two nights. The girls at the reception were very friendly, helpful, and kind. We booked a standard room. Unfortunately, our room did not have a window, which made it feel confined. The wallpaper on the wall had a sea landscape picture, which was nice. The rooms are clean and neat, with comfortable beds and nice, cold air conditioning.
The hotel swimming pool is beautiful, and we spent most of our time there. It would have been even better if there were pool loungers (or ”sunbeds”) to lie on next to the pool—they only had regular chairs. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is situated close to restaurants and charming coffee shops. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuНормальный отель ,сетевой. Невысокий народу немного. Из плюсов хороший завтрак неплохое расположение тихий район плюс-минус, рядом есть офис витель по продаже sim-карт лучше там покупать sim-карту.
Рядом есть рынок в 2 минутах ходьбы. Есть мелкие магазины с нормальными ценами. Прокат Байков 5 минут пешком.
Завтрак хороший много всего разного если посмотреть на картинке то практически всё соответствует. Ночью не шумно машины не ездят в этой части и мотоциклов тоже мало было. Жил в башне тмс там намного шумнее и неудобнее.
Для среднестатистического такого отеля цена-качество очень хорошая.

QQuoc Minh TrầnƯu điểm: vị trí tiện lợi có view biển đẹp. Chị chủ dễ thương và nhiệt tình.
Nhược điểm: phòng hơi dơ, đồ khách trước vẫn chưa dọn. Trong phòng vẫn thấy tóc của khách trước để lại và toilet thì còn mấy bịch xà bông đã qua sử dụng. Phòng hơi cũ và không giống với hình ảnh của mình book (two-room apartment) - có đính kèm hình ảnh thực tế. Thiếu thùng rác ở phòng khách. Còn phòng bếp thì đồ dùng khá dơ, nhất là kettle đóng bẩn ko thể sử dụng được, ko có nước rửa chén gì cả, chủ có ghi là nếu có sử dụng bếp mà ko lau dọn thì sẽ phụ thu 150k nên cũng khá bất tiện cho khách.
Ai book phòng thì cần lưu ý hỏi kỹ nhé. Overall thì vẫn okie vì thái độ chị chủ khá thân thiện, với lại gia đình mình cũng không sử dụng bếp nên ko sao.

JJ NoThe room was perfectly clean and comfortable to stay in. The hotel is very pretty, although it did feel like a ghost town place. Honestly everything was really nice except for these few things:
1. The courtyard view looks like a creepy 20 floor dungeon there's no natural light whatsoever. There's basically no difference between this and staying in a windowless room.
2. The breakfast has basically no vegan options, the only vegetarian option everyday morning was a fried egg, bread and fruit. Bread was stale.
3. The pool is only clean in the center, the sides of the pool are completely mildew filled. That being said, before I realized this, I had an amazing evening swim in the pool.
4. After 1230 they charge you almost $12 usd for late check out. I think it's just ridiculous. That's about half the price of another night and just one 1hr late checkout, even as a diamond member on trip.com, they nickel and dime you. This kind of left a bad taste in my mouth because the whole time I'm at this hotel, I don't even see more than 1 other person staying in the hotel. And rooms were still available. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
5. The shower leaks because the water sprays everywhere I almost slipped and .... You know. Good thing I'm okay.
Otherwise, it was comfortable place, soft big bed, relatively good wifi, the staff are kind. There's a very convenient restaurant on the top floor, but again very few vegetarian options. But the prices are still good. I can't give it 5 stars.

TTedLy16Perfect location, right smack in the Quy Nhon city centre. Easy access to beach, food, and wondering around town.
This property consisting of a hotel, a non-smoking apartment residence, and a smoking permitted apartment residence. The property is pretty new. Service staffs are pretty helpful and polite.
There is no phone in the room. You need to walk down to the front desk to ask for anything you need or want, including the basic like room cleaning on the daily basis.
