Hotel 3 Bintang di Lantsch/Lenz

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza matrimoniale con il pacchetto ”AlpinTrend-Ski-Package”. Nella conferma ricevuta via mail dall'hotel il pacchetto comprendeva una giornaliera per il comprensorio sciistico Arosa-Lenzerheide per persona a notte. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno comunicato che la giornaliera era solamente per la prima notte. Alla ricezione ci hanno pure detto chiaramente che costa meno acquistare la giornaliera alle casse degli impianti rispetto al loro pacchetto che però vendono come ”offerta” sul sito dell'hotel. Colazione ottima, a buffet. Pulizia scarsa. La stanza e i locali comuni non vengono puliti giornalmente! In camera però viene rifatto il letto ogni giorno, come pure vuotati i cestini. Sarebbe apprezzato un bollitore in camera che attualmente non è disponibile. Bella la zona wellness, con asciugamano e accappatoio. Sarebbe però molto utile un tavolino oppure un vassoio per appoggiare i bicchieri e le tazze utilizzate per separarle da quelle ancora pulite.

The most detestable of experiences. We had made a reservation, arrived on time so as not to offend the Swiss host, and it was certainly because we were not locals that the first waiter who received us after letting us wait a few long minutes vaguely tried to find our name on the reservation list. He then gave up after we had found our name and told us that the chef would come and set us up. The chef, after a little wink to his waiter, ignored us, preferring to serve a few tables, then desserts and cappuccinos here and there. I should point out that we were a family with our 6 and 8 year old children. Finally, the ”chef” came to us and explained that unfortunately our table was no longer available. Yes, of course within 15 minutes there would certainly be room. Wink to the waiter again. So we decided to leave. This was too much, and we had the pleasure of witnessing the general hilarity as we passed the restaurant windows again, all the waiters and cooks laughing out loud. What a pleasure to have been the laughing stock of their evening...

Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (200 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (140 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) extra). Bath/WC. Small balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

From the location of the house you can reach the training ski lift, the ice field and the Roland Arena of Lantsch/Lenz in a few minutes. Skiers and snowboarders can reach Lenzerheide with its numerous skiing possibilities and the summer sports facilities around the Heidsee in about 10 minutes by car.In our new renovated flat with open kitchen you can enjoy your holidays. The flat consists of: 3 double rooms, 1 bathroom with shower WC, 1 separate WC with washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped. The light-flooded living room is fully furnished. The highlight of the flat is the beautiful view from the balcony.- Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen - an additional bedroom (1-2 persons) on the same floor with direct connection to the flat can be booked additionally with the landlord - two parking spaces available free of charge (1 garage parking space / 1 outside parking space) - snow clearance is taken over by the landlord - in consultation with the landlord, the use of a washing machine/tumbler is possible in the laundry room of the house.
