Hotel berhampiran Universidad Rey Juan Carlos Campus de Madrid - Manuel Becerra, Madrid

The location is excellent, two subway stations very close, fast the check in, we arrived early and they had a room ready for us, the rooms super clean and modern, whoever hates the morning sun to sleep a little more, this is the place, they have great curtains that don’t let a ray of light to enter. The bathroom was comfortable, a good closet, the mattress and pillows perfect. The breakfast super complete with many choices to pick.

The location was good. Nice Neighborhood. Close to main avenue with cafes, restaurants and groceries. Some 4 blocks from the metro stations of Ventas and Manuel Serrano. The bathroom was small with flimsy pieces.

I probably should recognise the fact that I'm paying for a budget hotel in a major city but it just didn't hit the spot for me. On the positive, this is right next door to a Metro stop and you can quickly get into Puerta del Sol and the museum area. The room is large but lacks comfort. For the size of the room, they could have put in a slightly comfortable chair but at least there is a desk and chair. There aren't many amenities in the bathroom. The reception area has a small bar but as we didn't have breakfast, I can't comment on the main dining room. They have a carpark but you have to pay an additional amount and it's a very tight carpark to get into so if you have a big car, you're going to have to breath in going down the ramps. Good price for a city hotel.

Rafaelhoteles Ventas is in a good location, close to the metro station (El Carmen). Hygiene is good, bed linen is changed daily. Breakfast is according to the ”buffet table” principle, but it is monotonous and with a small selection. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Desayuno fatal, vigilancia extrema como si me la iba a robar. No podía desayunar tranquilo las chicas vigilaban y te veían si tomabas algo más, la rubia esta allí en contra de su voluntad y la morena va para el mismo camino, no recomendado para nada ni iría otra vez, no están capacitados para recibir huéspedes jóvenes ni de 3era edad, las 2 chicas eran más falsas que un billete de 3 euros. Me hacían comer y apurarme cuando faltaban 10 minutos para el cierre del desayuno, para dormir se escucha el desorden de la calle hay en frente un bar, el fin de semana no dormi. Pase los peores 4 días de mi vida. No me fui porq ya estaba pago por El Corte Inglés. Pero es un total fiasco de hotel estuve del 5 al 8 de nov del 2022. Lo único bueno fue Nada. No tenía nada especial mi habitación con balcón un desastre, camas híper incomodas menos mal llegaba cansado de los paseos y por eso dormía. Debí haber pagado 100 más e irme al Riu. Y aquí no aplica lo barato sale caro, porque bien caro que es. QUE DECEPCIONANTE.

Hotel ottimamente ubicato, a distanza di piacevole passeggiata dal Parque del Retiro, e a pochi minuti a piedi da due comode stazioni metro. Reception accogliente ed efficiente, e pulizia impeccabile. Raccomandato.

We stayed at the Ayre Gran Hotel Colon for one night recently. We arrived quite early not expecting the room to be ready but hoping to be allowed to change somewhere because we had a lunchtime reservation. The man on reception checked us in and gave us a room without an issue so we could settle in and get changed comfortably. He also gave us a map and was nice and friendly. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. There were two small complimentary bottles of water in the mini bar. The window cannot be opened unless you ask at reception which I don't like. However it was a big window which made the room nice and light and airy. Breakfast was way too expensive at 20 euros or 16 if booked in advance. We got breakfast for two people for half that price outside the hotel. There is a nice looking bar at the hotel and I believe they do food too. I would stay there again but would look out for cheaper advance booking prices.

We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza. The room was comfortable and modern. The bed was enormous, largest I've seen and beyond a king bed. We joked that we could have fit 4 people on it. The pillows were also fluffy and shapely. There is a mini fridge that were able to use to store cheese. The bathrooms have fig products. While I wasn't a fan of the scent, it didn't linger and Crowne Plaza is not stingy about products. There is hand soap and body lotion next to the sink. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are in the shower. This hotel also has tissues (a rarity in Spanish hotels) and soft 2-ply toilet paper. Minor touches but they definitely elevate the experience. The towels smelled clean and there were glasses for use throughout the room. The only feedback was the staff wasn't very welcoming or helpful. We checked in late and the night receptionist seemed bothered to see us and didn't have any suggestions for where to eat. We later asked if there's a channel that has the Real Madrid football match and they had no idea. We checked out early in the morning, around 7am, and there was a wait when the receptionist prioritized check-ins but who checks in at 7am? He forgot to email the invoice and when I emailed for it, that took 2 tries and almost a week to get it.

I loved staying at NH Madrid Ventas! I had been looking a lot for a hotel in the center of Madrid with a pool and this pool was perfect. The other pools that I had found around in Madrid at other hotels where located on rooftops and such and were more for ”show off” than actually relax and sun bathe. There’s grass and sun loungers and they give you new towels every day by the pool. Loved it! The staff was really kind and helpful. There is a bar with a terrace and the rooms where spacious and very clean. They serve fruit and candies by the entrance and lemon/mint water every day. I highly recommend NH Madrid Ventas and I will definately book this hotel every time I go to Madrid! :) Thank you for a great stay! Best regards, Julia

Ich schreibe nicht oft Bewertungen, aber in diesem Fall möchte ich doch eine abgeben. Das Vincci Soma kenne ich schon seit vielen Jahren, früher brachte ich dort immer Besucher unter, da ich lange Zeit in Madrid gewohnt habe, und jetzt war ich selber dort zu Gast. Es ist erstaunlich, dass, obwohl das Hotel seit seiner Zeit vermutlich nicht renoviert wurde, wirklich alles Tip Top ist. Man sieht nirgendwo Flecken oder Alterserscheinungen. Die Zimmer und Bäder haben eine angenehme Größe, die Ausstattung ist gemütlich. Der vergleichsweise günstige Preis kommt wohl daher, dass man an unnötigem Firlefanz spart. Keine Zahnbürste, kein Schuhlöffel, keine Wattepads, wer braucht sowas auf einer Reise? (Wir hatten allerdings tatsächlich keine Zahnbürste dabei, bekamen sie aber mit einem freundlichen Lächeln an der Rezeption), Seife, Shampoo etc sind aber da. Das Personal ist von einer ausgesuchten Freundlichkeit, und alles ist wirklich sauber. Aber der Höhepunkt ist das Frühstück für ca. 15 €. Es gibt wirklich alles, und das von bester Qualität: Mehrere hausgemachte Kuchen, Pasteis de Nata, verschiedene Croissants und Plunderteilchen, Churros mit heißer Schokolade, verschiedenste Brote, Marmeladen etc., guter Käse, Wurst, bester spanischer S*****en, Eierspeisen (Varianten nach Wunsch frisch gemacht), Tortilla (normal und mit Sobrasada), warmes Gemüse, Würstchen etc. Bei allem wird der Schwerpunkt auf Spanien gelegt, also spanischer Käse usw.. Diese Liste ließe sich noch lange weiterführen. Es ist wirklich beeindruckend. Also alles in allem ein tolles Erlebnis. Und nein - ich bin kein Influencer und bekomme kein Geld, das ist meine ehrliche Meinung und ich bin, was vier und fünf Sterne Hotels anbetrifft sehr reiseerfahren.
