Hotel Marrakech dengan Gim

This is a great place to come and relax. The service is excellent and the facilities top notch. The food and restaurands are very tasty and diverse. We spend 7 days exploring Marrakesh and sourounding areas and came here for out last 2 days for pure relaxation. It was a great experience and we look forward to our next stay there.

Excellent breakfast and concierge service! Staff were very friendly in general. Room was clean but no toothbrush was available. Yoga class was good with reasonable price. Spa service could have been better if more explanations during the trea**ent were given. Perhaps a new pair of shorts after Hammam before massage.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically the two girls on duty during my check-in at 9 PM. Despite my reservation, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a room, which turned out to be different from the one I booked. Despite informing them of our anniversary, the staff's response was unhelpful. The initial room's view was changed without acknowledgment, and the alternative offered was worse. Only after speaking to the manager ( it's worth noting that the manager I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and understanding) did we receive a better room, but it still wasn't the one we booked. The lack of consideration for our special occasion made it a frustrating experience overall.

An understated hotel. Nothing fancy about the room. We’ll remember the view though and it will thrill us forever. But, we sat on the small balcony and took in the pink colours of Marrakesh, evening and morning. Wow!

One of the best hotels in the world in terms of service, facilities and food. La Mamounia is so rich in culture and heritage that there is a unique story in every part of the hotel. We visited the Royal Mansour and other 5 star establishments but nothing compares to the warmth and hospitality of the staff at this hotel. A truly remarkable experience and our only disappointment was the lack of time to further explore the various restaurants, cinema, activities area, ****** and wine cellar. Will definitely be back.

Sensacional hotel, grande espaciosas habitaciones y un gran y amable equipo humano que hace sentir al huésped la hospitalidad marroquí, muchas gracias y muy agradecido a Ahmed, por su inestimable ayuda y consejos, hizo de nuestra estancia fuese mucho mejor…. Gran profesional y habla hispana que es de muy agradecer, es la segunda ocasión que disfrutamos de estancia en este hotel y será de referencia para próximos viajes a Marrakech para nosotros y círculo de amigos y familiares. Un muy buen desayuno buffet con calidad súper en cada uno de sus ingredientes y especialidades.

C est un hôtel fabuleux des chambres magnifiques un petit dejeuner succulent , tout à été parfait et ça grâce à giseleine la dame à la réception c est une personne très compétente qui fait tout son nécessaire pour rendre votre séjour paradisiaque elle mérite la palme d or de l hôtel un grand merci à elle nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel grâce à elle A bientôt

Excellent séjour, hôtel très bien situé et personnel agréable. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, litterie très confortable. Petit déjeuner tres varié et de qualité, cadre magnifique. Petit point négatif quand votre chambre est située en face de l'ascenseur car réveillé constamment par la clientèle... Hormis cela tout était parfait.

酒店位於較為市中心的位置，出行方便周圍設施也齊全，但是當我入住的時候，發生了一件很詭異的事情，酒店給了我三樓的房間，當我電梯抵達三樓，發現三樓很多房間在裝修，工人進進出出很雜亂的感覺，我以為可能就幾個房間在改造也沒在意，當我繼續前進去我自己房間的途中，竟然發現還有一段在用衝擊鑽打地麪，聲音巨大灰塵瀰漫，我當即掉頭回到酒店前台要求更換房間並安靜的環境，酒店猶豫了一下給了我一間四樓的房間，但是當我抵達四樓後進入房間，衝擊鑽的聲音依然巨大，根本沒有辦法舒適休息，萬般無奈之下衹能聯繫了攜程客服，最終客服和酒店溝通並給我換到了五樓的靠另一側的房間非常安靜，並給了我意料之外的補償券，感謝攜程客服給力！ 寫這段點評主要想吐槽一下，作為一家五星國際連鎖酒店，接待客人期間，酒店在搞裝修，並把客人安排在裝修層的房間內，簡直匪夷所思！

The hotel is in great location. Amenities are good pool is good too. But the staff are not well trained in hospitality. The aircon did not work in entire hotel. One of the days the room service did not come and I had to call them 3 time to get my room done. I even asked one day to warm my takeaway but they refused bcoz it’s hotel policy not to consume any outside food even in your rooms, how absurd!! My suggest is stay away if you can
