Hotel Mountain view di Marrakech

As very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! If you want that “palace in the middle of the oasis experience” in Marrakesh, you will not get it any better than at the Oberoi!

I stayed at Sofitel Marrakech Palais Imperial, and it offers a truly beautiful and luxurious hotel experience. The room I stayed in was very elegant and reflected the spirit of Marrakech perfectly. It is a hotel I would confidently recommend, whether for a family vacation or a business trip. I would also like to thank Ms. Imane for her kind assistance during check-in. She was very helpful and welcoming. The overall ambiance of the hotel is wonderful. It has large gardens and beautiful swimming pools, and I believe everyone can enjoy their time here comfortably. However, I do not think it is the right hotel policy to charge an extra fee for using the indoor spa pool.

Convenient location, spacious room, friendly staff, nice environment, good breakfast, balcony with a view

So happy that we booked this riad.. Its newly renovated... we got the room fronting the pool.. Car cannot enter inside the medina but one of the staff came and met us at the entrance and help us with our luggage.. The owner was accommodating, he told us to feel at home and offered a free pancake.. he also showed us one of his special room with a stunning hand crafted ceiling.. Pictures shows how amazing the riad is, definitely recommend.. Location wise it okay its only few steps to the souks.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel im traditionellen Stil und marokkanischen Design mit wundervollem Garten und tollen Pools (insbesondere der Warmwasserpool!). Aber natürlich ist das Tigmiza kein modernes Luxushotel, …es wirkt alles etwas staubig und muffig. Vor allem der Fitness „Raum“ war echt kein Highlight: ein Laufband, ein Stepper, ein Basic Hometrainer-Bike. Die Isomatten und Hanteln staubbedeckt-klebrig und ohne Handtücher kaum benutzbar. Dennoch haben wir den Aufenthalt gut genießen können, denn wir hatten uns von vornherein darauf eingestellt - und Marrakech beinhaltet traditionell nun mal Staub! Daraus ergibt sich vielleicht der besondere Flair. Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und bemüht, das Frühstück lecker und vielseitig! Wer also das traditionelle Ambiente liebt und etwas Staub und old-fashioned Style toleriert, der kann im Tigmiza eine gute Zeit haben!

Cet hôtel est magnifique et le Service irréprochable au petit déjeuner. Ils sont ton petit soin même à l’accueil. Le service ménage est très souriant toute l’équipe l’est aussi dans l’hôtel. Vous avez un magnifique spa avec différents, jet d’eau. Je recommande réellement de venir cette journée dans cet hôtel vous avez à côté le ****** et vous pouvez dîner avec un super beau show et une boîte de nuit gratuite

Much better than expected. I like the location being next to a hypermarket and public transport. The bed was decent and there was actually a fridge in the room. My room was very clean. The internet was good for one person. Speed was around 10up 5down. Not blazing fast but could video call and stream no problem. I only paid the honest and correct amount of city tax compared to other places in Morocco. Staff were friendly enough. I would actually come back - decent value for money

We had a lovely time staying at Riad dar Medina Land. Staff were fantastic and gave us a warm welcome. Breakfast was great. Great location as well, on a more hidden street but easy to walk to/from the centre and it was nice to be on the quieter side of the Medina at times. Only issue was on the first night there was a double booking so we had to stay in another riad, otherwise all good and even this situation was dealt with nicely. Would recommend staying here!
