We checked in with disappointment and complaints about the room and the hotel in overall. The pictures on the Internet are very deceiving compared to what you actually see when you go there. This place badly need renovation and it needs to be closed down. Once, the place have the makeover then it should reopen. I got a room which was not convenient at all for my baby especially as we live in a very clean and beautiful house. It was extremely disappointing to pay for such mediocrity. I made sure that Eclesia knew how disappointed we were and I requested to pay for a seaview room and she tried to arranged for that. We saw the room but we were still not happy and I was thinking to cancel my stay. However, Eclesia felt my concern and shared it with The Manager Kris who then upgraded us to a better room at no cost. The view at the hotel is mesmerising both sunset and sunrise. The food at the restaurant is very limited in variety but it was very very tasty. Hats off to the Chef. The ladies at the restaurant was very nice to us and Kris cane to us several times during our stay we make sure we were okay.

I had a lovely stay at the Veranda Tamarin - the resort, decor, facilities and layout exceeded my expectations. The all inclusive package was very good value for money although it would have been better if there was a wrist band which signified to staff that guests were all inclusive so that we didn't have to continually sign for every drink. At weekends the music and partying from the beach was loud as the property is very nearby and obviously the resort can't control the volume of this however the bar music was also loud and could maybe have stopped at midnight rather than 2am. The restaurant and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. On the all inclusive package you were able to eat with a subsidy in the a la carte restaurant which was good and you also got money off trips booked through the hotel which was also good value. The spa treatment (massage) I had was disappointing and also overpriced in my view.

We visited Le Peninsula in October and had a wonderful stay. We were truely able to relax and unwind with picture perfect beach views. The staff was friendly, room clean and the food good. We had a fantastic stay and would love to visit this piece of paradise again. We had a wonderful driver during our time there, Mr Ritesh Gaungoo whom we could highly recommend. He went above and beyond to meet our needs regarding places we wanted to see and introduced us to the local culture, always ensuring we were safe and well taken care off. He even worked longer hours than usual to work in all the tourist spots we wanted to visit. Thanks again Ritesh!
