Good, clean and spacious suites with very well mannered staff. They have a cafeteria in the lobby where breakfast is served, not in the form of buffet but one can order a breakfast dish, with a drink and water (one for each). 5-10 minutes drive to Masjid-e-Nabawi by taxi, cost totally upto your negotiation skills. Al Rashed Mega Mall is just across the road but the road is so busy, please don’t even think of crossing it straight on foot. Either take a taxi (sounds weird) or walk down the lane till a crossing and then come back all the way up. During my stay of 3 nights, I couldn’t go there even once. On the lane behind, 10 mins walk away, you will be able to find all restaurants like tazaj, dominos, mcdonalds etc. Overall, a pleasant stay, 20-30 mins from Airport and Harmain Train Station.

We chose this hotel because it is close to the main entrance of Masjid Nabawi (Gate 21, King Fahd) and convenient for bringing toddlers. The restaurant provides diverse meals which we found plentiful. The staffs were very helpful, and the room service that we got here is excellent, specifically the one from Mr Abdelaal Megahed. He is very understanding of our condition.

I stayed at this hotel in Medina coming from Mecca. The rooms are all in one floor. Same floor as the restaurant and the mall. Checking in was easy and seamless. Dian helped us and made our stay enjoyable. He went out of his way to make sure we have all we needed. Breakfast was amazing kudus to chef Hares Elsayed is definitely top class chef. Nasrulsin working hard to ensure everyone’s needs are met. Sama at the reception was very helpful and courteous. Assisted us and was always smiling and helpful. I see Leena on the main floor always asking us if we need anything. All in all the service and staff in this hotel is top notch and one of the best experiences I had in a Marriott hotel being a reward Member for the 13 years. I had a 2 bedroom apartment and was very spacious and clean. The hotel is a far from Alharam but the shuttle is always on time for all prayers. It takes 15-20 minutes. It’s connected to the mall where all kinds of food are available. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here if I come back to beautiful Medina

All the hotels in the area have an andalusia theme... and this one was tasteful and comfortable. Location was fantastic to malls, food, and of course the mosque. Would definitely recommend staying here although to get a taxi was a bit difficult.

This is an astonishing hotel. The food cooked by chef zanati is fabulous. It is quite a convenient hotel because it is quite close to the blessed masjid Al nabawi. The room service is really good at they fulfill your requirements. I would 100% recommend this hotel. If I am ever in medina again I would love to come here

Nice room which is just a few minutes to gate 328 of Nabawi. But the Rawdah entrace is all the way to the end opposite side about 10 mins walk. Rawdah main entrance is at gate 32 which is 10 mins away walking inside the mosque. Nice view window overseeing the hotels nearby. However please note that the toilet is squeezy and small. Dont expect a 5 star interior since this hotel has been around for many years. The staff are all friendly and allow us to check in a few hours early without any charges.

The room was adequately accommodating for us with good amenities and the minibar is stocked well. We had a very pleasant stay and definitely will be back.

AAbrar2483One of the best hotels near Masjid Al Nabawi! The staff are incredible! From the moment I arrived, Hassan from concierge assisted me with my bags and the staff at the reception were very friendly and they not only allowed me to check-in early but also upgraded my room with a partial Haram View! All the staff spoke English perfectly. The rooms are nice and spacious with modern furniture and the amenities provided in the room are perfect from bathrobes to multiple kits! The room was relatively clean however I’ve notice multiple finger prints on the refrigerator door as well as the bathroom door which shows those 2 areas weren’t wiped after the previous guests had left. The shower was perfect with nice hot water and the bathroom was spacious enough.
The hotel has 2 towers and we didn’t know which tower to go to so we ended up going to tower 1 were the receptionist informed us that our booking is in tower 2. I had an elderly guest with me and moving towers like this was very inconvenient. The hotel should inform the guests about the tower number and parking instructions before arriving at the hotel.
The hotel is very close to the Haram with just 6-7 minutes walk to both the men’s and the women’s entrance (door 11 and 12). Upon returning to the hotel, the staff were promptly situated outside the elevator doors assisting guests with the elevators.
About the breakfast. It was fantastic! The options available were great and included selections of
cold appetizers, bakery items, main courses including french toast and pancakes. The breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient and they never said no, especially Riaz he served us coffee and hot chocolate. The items were being refilled quickly. The 2 ladies welcomed us for breakfast with a huge smile.
Suggestions to improve breakfast:
1) there was no live cooking counter for omelette. The omlette was being cooked in the kitchen and was being stocked in the hot plate. It would be great if the hotel could consider introducing live counter for omelette as it really would help us guests to make the perfect omelette for ourselves and eating it warm and fresh. Other hotels do have a live counter.
2) Though all the breakfast items were great, the French toast wasn’t good at all! It didn’t taste like a French toast. The sambosas were undercooked and very chewy so wasn’t able to eat them. Improvements on this will make the breakfast experience perfect!
One more thing to add is that the staff not once said “No”. They always accommodated our requests whatsoever. I asked the reception for a plastic chair for my elderly mother to sit and take a shower, thought they didn’t have it, they offered us to switch to an accessible room with no additional costs!
The hotel is not very busy and crowded as I didn’t see any groups here. I hope the hotel can maintain this very same standard or else it’ll be very easy to be like the other hotels who don’t care about guests.
All in all, I’ll definitely choose Al Manakha Rotana again on my next trip to Madinah and wishing this hotel success!

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at Saja Al Madinah during our stay in Medina. There seems to be a mixture of reviews here so please take my feedback as a pinch of salt. We had booked a room for 5 adults and the room was spacious and wasn't cramped. The hotel location is very good and is close walking distance to the prophet's mosque. We found the rooms to be clean and tidy, what i loved about the room were the curtains which completely block out the sunlight. You wont have the slightest clue what time it is if the curtains are drawn. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and didn't experience any issues. Check in was swift. The only negative feedback i have is that the hotel was slightly pricey..

Excellent location, short walk from towards the Masjid - the side of the Green Dome.
Also a short walk to the food market.
Friendly staff and spacious clean room - good condition bath and shower (no horrible grout work)- comfortable mattress topper - clean Tea/Coffee making facilities.
Hallway to room smells good with some sort of atomiser and lifts are fast, on either side of the hallway.
The receptionist kindly gave me an upgrade from the usual room I'd booked.
All in all, this was a pleasant and peaceful experience. I comfortably got changed into my Ihram, ready for my onwards journey to Makkah via train.

PPengguna TetamuI have done Omra in September 2022 and stayed here for 5 nights. It's a very nice 3-Stars hotel and I think it's the best value for money in Madinah. The pros: The hotel is really at the first row facing the Haram Nabawi so you literally just cross the road and you are there. If you get a room on the street, or at a top floor (Mine was 9 th floor) you see Al Haram. The rooms are very clean and well equipped (Mini bar - Kettle) and they provide water bottles. I think the rooms are well insulated so noise levels are good. Cons: Very small rooms, I was on my own so the room was very good for one person, and it takes two but above that it will be really crowded. Housekeeping are overloaded so they skipped doing my room until I complained to reception so they sent me a guy at 11 PM, so of course I did not allow him in. The following day I had to tip the housekeeping guys and my room was done :-)))... Mattresses are really hard, I had no problem with that as I considered this as treatment for any backache I might had, but others (and other reviews complained about it) so don't book if you cannot sleep on a hard mattress. I can easily say one of the hardest mattresses I cam across in any hotel I visited. The hotel is on the non-popular side of Al Haram so if you will be shopping you will walk considerable distances. The shops on the hotel side are not that good... In short, this a 3-stars hotel so don't expect anything beyond that and don't expect a responsive management. However, the proximity to Al Haram and the room cleanliness, and the value for money, are all great assets...

MMysteryMasterQuality and Price do not meet: 175 euro 2 nights, no breakfast. Stains on wall, showercabin 60 cm × 80 cm while water splatters into bathroom. Towelrod next to wc is unhygienic imho. Had a room at streetside, noisy because of traffic. On top of it the pilgrim guests were shouting in hallway until 23.00. Had to ask a travelagent 25 m from hotel to print my boardingpass. English at reception is basicly deplorable. The guy is friendly but since there is a language
gap pretty useless.The good things are a pakistani take away (50 m) and Mosque of the Prpophet, the highlight of Medina, about 10-15 min walk. Taxi from trainstation at best 50 rial, back to station I paid 20 rial.

MMadoctSurprisingly, the hotel is very clean, the room size is decent unlike the other hotels nearby which crammed up beds in 1 room.
The ambience is nice due to not so crowded. The lobby always has sofa to sit on while waiting for other familt members. The lift is working well and we never had issue waiting for too long
Staff is well versed in English and i really recommend this hotel as it is also near to an nisa gate of masjid nabawi
