I got to say, i loved my stay despite some of the cons reviews for this location. To honest, if you are looking for a location to rest, quiet and spend a good time with love ones this is the place you should choose, it is not that far from the main city if you can rent a motorcycle, if you cant ride one they have staff to arrange shuttle service for you, for wifi don't expect too much it is the same within the location, just buy a e sim and your issue is solved, I'll definately come back

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. What makes it truly special is its unique location: set on a small island just 10 minutes by boat from the mainland, it genuinely feels like being alone in the world. The setting is peaceful, charming, and beautifully secluded. The pool is lovely, the small beach is very enjoyable, and above all, the kindness of the staff is exceptional. The team is attentive, warm, and truly contributes to the overall experience. On the downside, because the island is quite isolated, dining options are limited to the hotel’s restaurant unless you take the boat back to the mainland. This makes both the room rates (even though the view is beautiful) and the food prices feel somewhat high. We were a family of five, added an extra bed, and requested early check-in, which significantly increased the final bill for our two-night stay. The total cost ended up being quite substantial. That said, we still had a wonderful time and keep very fond memories of our stay. It is a beautiful and special place overall.

The resort itself is well-maintained, with lovely landscaping and comfortable amenities. The serene setting really enhances the overall experience, making it a great place to unwind for a two-night stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the friendly staff. From the reception to the poolside attendants, everyone was warm and welcoming. The pool guys were particularly nice, adding to the relaxed vibe of the resort. However, I did find that the food needs significant improvement. While the dining options were ample, the quality and variety fell short of expectations. To truly enhance the guest experience, I believe that more attention to the menu and food preparation is necessary. This aspect would play a crucial role in my decision to return. Another area that requires attention is the communication regarding trips and activities. Unfortunately, we often found ourselves headed to the wrong locations, only to be redirected to another part of the island. Clearer information about where to go for excursions would be greatly beneficial for guests. In summary, Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort is a beautiful destination with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. However, improvements in food quality and clearer communication regarding activities are essential for a more satisfying experience. With these adjustments, I could see myself returning, as the stunning views and peaceful environment are truly commendable.

Pros: location, price, room size, complementary water Cons: killed a few cockroaches, hot water was very moody, charged us 6USD for a lost plastic access card (it's a bit over the top). They ask for a 1000 php deposit IN CASH.

I recently stayed here, and it was everything I needed for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. From the moment I arrived, the serene atmosphere embraced me. The surroundings are quiet, offering the perfect backdrop for rest and rejuvenation. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel at home from start to finish. The room was spotless and thoughtfully designed for comfort, with beautiful views

The place is nice, with wide space for couple. Shampoo with conditioner, hand lotion and handwash were provided, also toothbrush with tothpaste. Coffee with creamer and kettle were proviided everyday too. Daily cleaning was done even without request, but dirts on the floor were not well swept. I reuested for a double bed and was granted. Bed, pillows and blankets were comfortably soft. Pool is wide and the roofdeck is accessible, with breathtaking view. Elevator takes time, matbe due to many guests. It's located near bus stations, at the IT park where you can easily ride to places in the city. Overall, a vert satisfactory stay.

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. We I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, Tsai Hotel provided great value for money with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. I like how the hotel receptionist are warm and welcoming. The room is also clean and spacious. A suggestion is that there should be a slipper and towel for guest. And bell should be alert whenever there are guest arriving specially if they have many and heavy things because when we arrive for check in it was just us ladies who pushed the cart and mind you it has stairs to enter the front desk. A little kindness won’t hurt. Overall place was nice just put effort on customer service. That would really help.

The reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
