Мне понравился отель. Все на очень хорошем уровне: номер удобный и практичный со всеми удобствами, заселение очень быстрое, качественная уборка номера. На территории прекрасный ресторан, есть летняя веранда. Нам его рекомендовали друзья. Мы не пожалели.

Бронировали отель, когда отключили букинг. Поэтому воспользовались другим ресурсом, на котором отсутствовали отзывы. Проживали в стандарте две ночи. Сам номер неплохой, но... Окна выходили на дорогу. Под окнами сходятся две улицы, автомобили, стараясь проскочить следующий светофор, прибавляют скорость. Гостиница и дом через дорогу стоят близко к проезжей части, и звук, многократно отражаясь от стен, создаёт невероятный шум. К тому же под окнами автобусы, троллейбусы и местные автомобилисты и мотоциклисты. Среди которых есть большие любители просто кататься кругами и громкой музыкой. Две ночи наблюдали одну и ту же машину с укреплённой колонкой на крыше, которая со всей этой дискотекой кружила по району часов в 11-12 ночи. Мотоциклисты-те вообще считают своим долгом взреветь мотором погромче. Да, конечно, с закрытыми окнами почти ничего не слышно, но в номере начисто отсутствует вентиляция и даже в ванной она почти не тянет. Проветрить комнату можно только открыв окно на улицу и дверь в коридор. Окна выходящие во двор, выходят также и на помойку. Гостиница - типичный советский какой -нибудь ”спутник”. Мебель более-менее новая, но всё равно, как в советских гостиницах. Не понравилась кровать- матрасы продавлены, чувствуются пружины. По конструкции матраса показалось, что он достаточно старорежимный. Холодильник сильно грелся, поэтому не решились его включать. В ванной тоже были неприятности - качающийся унитаз и отваливающийся кран. Персонал на приёме гостей и на завтраке очень приветливый. Завтрак неплохой:каша, омлет, запеканка творожная, блины, какая то прям обеденная еда, свежие овощи, выпечка (так себе). Кофемашина варит хороший кофе. До Кремля -реально минут 15-20, но довольно неинтересного пути, поэтому - долго. На мой взгляд отель не соответствует 3 звёздам и не стоит 3700 за ночь.

The rooms include - telephone, TV, writing utensils, fridge, Internet access. The Atrium Restaurant is well suited for business lunches, making appointments, and full scale festivities and corporate events as well. And the cozy lobby bar embodies quiet atmosphere, comfy furnishing and hearty service, which make it a perfect setting for relaxing with a cup of tea or coffee. Business people can make use of the hotel's state-of-the-art conference hall with 15-20 persons capacity. Among the other Atrium Hotel facilities and services - photocopy, fax messaging, laundry service, storage room, Wi-Fi Internet.

Начну с минусов. Бронировали улучшенный номер. Ширина двуспальной кровати оказалась - 140 см. Люди едут отдыхать, а не корячиться ночью, не зная, как улечься. О таких вещах, как маленький размер кровати, стоит писать на сайте отеля, когда описывается номер. При заезде нам дали номер 3 на первом этаже. Номер разделен на две части. Вначале туалет и шкаф, потом дверь в комнату, в которой стоит два стола и кровать. ДВА стоа!!! Можете мне объяснить зачем? Места настолько мало, что если один стоит, то второй должен лежать. Номер администратор нам поменяла с небольшим скандалом. Довольно неприятная взвинченная дамочка по имени Ольга. Фотографии номеров сделаны специальным объективом, поэтому на сайте они выглядят большими. На самом деле размер номера достаточно скромный. Ванная комната - меньше уже было сделать невозможно. Сидя на унитазе подпираешь плечом раковину. Для северного города с белыми ночами странно видеть на окнах тонкие, просвечивающие шторы. Солнце в 4 утра встало - нормальный сон закончился. Берите с собой маску для сна! Лестница довольно крутая. В номере лежит достаточно затасканный пластиковый скоросшиватель с паролями от Wi-fi и прочей информацией. В руки брать неприятно. Подъезд и подход к отелю - жуть. Полностью разрушенное дорожное покрытие. Но это вопрос и претензии к городу, а не к отелю. Теперь плюсы. Друзья жили во втором корпусе в номере, который называется ”четырехместный улучшенный” - довольно просторный номер. Из минусов - на окне нет москитной сетки. Закрытая парковка во дворе отеля достаточно вместительна. Кулеры с водой на каждом этаже. Номера чистые. Фумигаторы в номерах. Завтраки достаточно обильные. Тихий район без шума транспорта. Но в выходные дни с рядом расположенной набережной доносится шум дискотеки. Бельё, полотенца - чистые, качественные. Общий итог: нормальный отель, если вам подходит небольшая кровать.

Случайно не дописала отзыв на Островке, поэтому оставлю здесь. Отличный отель, от пребывания остались исключительно положительные эмоции. Брала одноместный номер без завтрака на две ночи. Номер чистый, довольно просторный, большая прихожая, ванная комната. Уборка - ежедневно. Номер оснащен всем необходимым - фен, сейф, холодильник, кондиционер, тапочки, ТВ, шкаф, кресло, стол со стулом и журнальный столик, много зеркал. Не хватало только халата. Кулер в коридоре с горячей и холодной водой. Очень удобные кровати. Персонал очень вежливый, можно оставить багаж на хранение. Расположение идеальное, буквально в минуте от Кремля и набережной, вокруг много различных кафе. Как ни странно, хорошая шумоизоляция, не слышала соседей за стенкой, только звук открывающихся дверей иногда. Из минусов - слабоват вай фай, довольно часто вылетал и иногда плохо уходила вода в душевой кабине.

Aura Hotel, building 2, was built in 2017.
