"I really enjoyed my stay at UH Suite Insadong. As a newly opened hotel from the well-known UH hotel chain in Korea, the property offers a very pleasant combination of modern design, comfortable rooms, and a great location. The location is honestly one of the biggest highlights. The hotel is situated in Insadong, just one street away from the famous Cheonggyecheon Stream, which is beautiful for an evening or daytime walk. It is also incredibly convenient for sightseeing, as many of Seoul’s main tourist attractions are located within easy reach. The surrounding area is lively, convenient, and a great base for exploring the city. The hotel is also located in the same building as a beauty clinic, which I found to be a nice additional benefit and adds even more convenience to the stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and fluent in English. Both check-in and check-out were very smooth and efficient. Another feature I particularly appreciated was the hotel’s own direct contact number, which allows guests to text or call the hotel throughout the day whenever assistance is needed. This made communication very easy and convenient. My room was on the ninth floor and had a decent layout with a pleasant view. I did experience two separate issues during my stay, both related to the bathroom drainage. However, on both occasions, the staff responded quickly and took care of the issues without any major inconvenience. One area that could be improved would be the housekeeping and room-service time window. The current window of 11:00–15:00 feels quite broad and somewhat unpredictable from a guest’s perspective. A shorter or more clearly defined time window would personally make the service more convenient. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at UH Suite Insadong. The combination of friendly and helpful staff, pleasant rooms, beautiful design, excellent location, and convenient communication made it a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Seoul."

"駅から徒歩3分程度と近く、近くにショッピングモールもあり立地は文句なし！部屋は広く、机と椅子もあります。角部屋だったこともあり日当たりが良くて明るく過ごしやすかったです。1点だけ、トイレがガタガタしていて水を流すと水が漏れて洗面台のところまで流れてきてしまうことだけが残念でした💦 またリピすると思います。ありがとうございました。"

"Hotel location is convenient. 1) 12 mins walk to Myeong Dong shopping area 2) 5 mins walk to the nearest MRT station 3) Spacious space to put two 28” of baggage 4) Bathtub in the hotel 5) Surrounding with many restaurants especially for those office staffs 6) few of convenience stores nearby 7) 6 mins walk to take bus transfer to the airport which cost around 18000 won For overall is good."

"我們在這樣住了2個晚上，出入如果不坐Uber和的士都不方便，試過坐地鐵要走5～10分鐘才到，在這酒店最滿意的是這位會說國語的大哥哥，我們打電話去前台叫送一台行李車到房間，前台的工作人員送上到房就算了，立即離開，然後我打電話去前台問可以上來幫我推一下行李嗎？然後這個大哥哥說可以，還是幫我們2個女的把行李搬上車，我問他為什麼別的前台不幫忙，他說原來沒這個服務，這大哥真的給他100個👍不是他應該做的我們👍👍👍👍👍"

"Very convenient location Nice and clean, very spacious suite with 2 bathrooms and 2 showers , all separated. Perfect for big groups If I have to hyper critical, no hooks or hangers for towels/jackets Can be quite dry in the room too. Over all a very good stay. Will book again if traveling with a big group or family. Bonus: a skincare clinic on second floor of hotel with great consultation and treatment."

"I first stayed one night on the 2nd floor, went to Busan and came back after 3 days for a 3day stay. The hotel looks fairly new/ renovated. The 2nd floor corridor walls looked like they are still being renovated. 2nd stay was on the 5th floor and that was much better. Rooms: But for both floors, the rooms were sparkly clean. 😍Fresh new linen and towels. 😍 Rooms are spacious compared to most in SK. Did I mention everything is still new? Rooms have bar fridges, convenient for storing own drinks. Hotel doesn’t provide breakfast but they offer free noodles, coffees/teas and toast bread in the basement. There’s also laundry room, to use free of charge. Service: the best!!!! I interacted with 3 different people at front desk. All of them were friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to give recommendations on what to do/eat. Location: I’d definitely choose this hotel again for location. It’s a 3min walk to the subway. 25min walk to Myeongdong walking street. There’s a whole lot of shops around this hotel. It’s not a 5star luxury hotel but it was the most comfortable stay I had in SK."

"As an independent traveler, this standard single room had everything I needed without any wasted space. The built-in shelving, under-bed storage drawers, and dedicated work desk made organizing all my gear effortless. The room was spotlessly clean, bright with natural light from the window, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The contactless check-in was seamless and well-communicated. Perfect private studio setup in Seoul!"

"美容整形のため一人でソウルに行ったので少し不安や怖さもありましたがこちらのホテルにして本当によかったです！ 場所も分かりやすくて初めてでも迷わず行くことができました。 女性一人での滞在でしたが、周辺も安心感があり、ホテル自体もとても清潔で快適に過ごせました。 東大門にあるので韓国で有名なチェーンの飲食店もたくさんあり、日本語対応しているお店も多かったのでとても便利でした。 何よりもお部屋の日当たりがよく、まだ新しいということもあってとてもきれいで気持ちよく過ごせました。 またソウルに行く機会があればぜひこちらに泊まりたいです！ありがとうございました〜！"

"This is the perfect location! 1 min away from bus, subway and the Chonggyecheon stream! Surrounded by so so so many good restos (Jangil Dakgalbi was like on the next corner). Great night vibes. The room is the perfect space for 2, super clean and complete with extension chords. No hassle check in and check out. Has laundry and moat of all FREE RAMYEON"
