"We stayed in a Superior Queen Room, and it was neat, clean, and honestly exceeded our expectations for such an affordable hotel. One of our favorite features was the Smart TV, where we could watch Netflix without having to log in to our own accounts. It was very convenient and completely hassle-free. The location is also excellent. We only needed one ride to get to the church and two rides to SM Mall of Asia (MOA), making it easy to get around. For transparency, we'd also like to share a few observations. Since the property is relatively small, noise from the hallway can be heard quite easily from inside the room. The shower had good water pressure, but the bathroom floor tended to get a bit flooded after use. Toothbrushes and slippers were not provided, although basic toiletries such as soap and a shampoo-conditioner were available. On the bright side, I was able to request a hairdryer from the front desk without any issues. Despite these minor concerns, the hotel is still relatively new, and cleanliness was consistently maintained throughout our stay. What truly stood out was the staff. From the security guard to the reception team and housekeeping staff, everyone was warm, approachable, and accommodating. They definitely deserve a 10/10 for their excellent service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Skypark has honestly surpassed other hotels with its Smart TV feature and thoughtful guest experience. Thank you! As a frequent traveler, I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully, I can receive a voucher for my next visit. :)"

"The staff here are wonderful and very attentive, and the room was lovely and clean. But the hotel is getting refurbished, and at the moment (June 2026), there are some issues that will likely be rectified later. The buffet breakfast is not available yet, so expect to wait a very long time for a made-to-order meal (which is excellent itself). The hot water was room-temperature. The elevators were in construction mode and dirty. This hotel has the potential to be really great once it's completely fixed up. The pool in the courtyard in particular is gorgeous. Many thanks to the lovely staff."

"We enjoyed our stay! It is a very comfy unit. My family loved it! First, thank you for the contact person for being very kind and accommodating though I booked very late. He assisted us all throughout and extended extra help to get us checked in when we arrived. The unit is very clean and cozy. They have cooking utensils. Ref is clean, I really loved this. The shower has hot water. And.... there is a computer/laptop desk 🫶 which is very helpful for me since I came there to work (brownout at home). 😅 Thank you! Very great experience overall and I look forward to book the same unit again."

"Attendants and people at the Reception Lobby were very accomodating. Pool and other amenities are included and they don’t limit your access to certain areas only. Only downside are the complimentary shampoo and soap smells like grass."

For the price, it’s incredibly affordable and definitely worth every peso. What stood out the most was the excellent service. Ms. Doris was such a great help throughout my stay—very accommodating, kind, and attentive to every need. Communication was also smooth and fast; they are very responsive, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. ❤️ Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and budget-friendly place with outstanding service. "Stayed here for one night during my trip to Manila and honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. The AC worked perfectly (which is super important in Manila 😅), and the building facilities were great — there’s a swimming pool, gym, and pretty much everything you’d need. It felt very convenient and easy. The host was responsive and the whole process was smooth from check-in to check-out. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m visiting. Highly recommend!"

"Very good hotel! The place is clean, cozy, and very relaxing, especially for travelers looking for a convenient stay near the airport. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels very homey. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and easy to approach throughout the stay. One of the best parts of staying here is definitely the spectacular view of NAIA. If you love planes and aviation, this place is perfect for you. Watching aircraft take off and land from the rooftop or window view feels so calming and exciting at the same time, especially during sunset and nighttime when the runway lights look beautiful. Another highlight is the cat around the property — super cute and mabait! It honestly added warmth and charm to the experience and made the stay feel even more welcoming. The location is also very convenient, especially for early flights or layovers. Overall, Rain Airport BNB offers great value for money, a peaceful stay, and a unique experience for plane lovers. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful 4 days 3 nights stay at E’s Bliss Utopia Beach View and it was everything we expected + more. *The place*: Super cozy and exactly as shown in the photos. The “Beach View” part is legit - waking up to the Azure sand beach + pool view every morning was so relaxing. Unit was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a short stay. *The host*: Special shoutout to the unit in charge. They were so attentive to our needs from check-in to check-out. Quick replies, helped us with our requests, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. That kind of service makes a big difference.. Overall, highly recommend E’s Bliss Utopia if you want a cozy, aesthetic unit with a responsive host. We’ll definitely come back!"
