The tranquility of the surroundings and the gentle breeze created an a**osphere of pure bliss. The hotel’s proximity to the region’s famous attractions is another advantage. Exploring the ancient underground cities, hiking through the picturesque valleys, or embarking on a hot air balloon ride—it’s all easily accessible from this prime location. The staff’s genuine passion for hospitality and their expert knowledge of the area further enhanced my experience. Their recommendations for local dining spots and lesser-known trails added an extra layer of discovery to my Cappadocia adventure. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Cappadocia. Whether you’re a nature lover, a history enthusiast, or simply yearning for a peaceful escape, this hidden treasure will exceed your expectations. The best hostel I have ever stayed in! And I have stayed in many. The hostel is small and has a cozy family feel. The team are super friendly and welcome you into their family along with the dogs Hector and Critan! Breakfast is included and includes multiple courses or home cooked hot and cold dishes with a fresh menu every day. This is accompanied by endless complimentary tea, coffee and water from 8am -midnight. You are regularly greeted with snacks of fruit or home cooked sweets if you take some time to enjoy the rooftop terrace and spectacular views over Goreme. It is excellently located just off the main streets of Goreme and walking distance from the local bus station. From hot air balloon flying to multiple languages spoken there is nothing the manager can’t help you with and nothing is too much hassle. You stay in a large cave where you are asked to remain silent and respectful. It is cool, peaceful and the beds are comfy and the room super clean. The bathroom facilities are good although there are only 2 to share so at busy times you may have to wait. Overall this is a fantastic hostel and I could have happily spent my entire holiday there. Kamelye is an absolute must when visiting Cappadocia! Private rooms are available.

What a beutiful hotel with its unique style of setup. We had the villa with its own terrace pool. The hosts were super personable and quick to respond to your requests. Bets way of communication is by WhatsApp and talk directly with the managers who are very eager to ensure you have the best experience in Cappadocia. Just beware that the rooms do not have AC but the weather was cool enough at night when we were there.

Super accueil et personnel aux petits soins. L’emplacement en plein cœur de Goreme est idéal. Les seuls petits points à améliorer pour que ce soit parfait seraient: - ajouter des patins de chaise sous les chaises de la salle de repas car nous avions la chambre en dessous et cela résonne sur le sol en pierre. - ville très poussiéreuse donc un petit coup de balai dans la chambre le matin serait appréciable

Hotel looks gorgeous from outside. Scenic hotel with exclusive rooms. Unfortunately, when things go wrong, it’s very wrong. Firstly, I could not get into the room, key was faulty, complained 4 times and went down to the reception too. At last got into the room but I had to climb a flights of stairs for 4 rounds just to get this fixed! Second day of staying, nobody came to clean the room, met the housekeeping and they say will come as soon as possible and guess what, nobody came as well. Their staff barely understand English and we have to use translator. Breakfast and dinner has very limited choice, as I remember it’s only around 5-6 hot dishes which are cold. My room was just a normal room, not much like a cave hotel but other rooms were really nice. Probably not too 5 star stay with 5 star views.

We stayed at this Ramada while on an organized trip of Turkey and were pleasantly surprised by the wonderfully helpful front desk staff. When I took a concern regarding our assigned room to representatives Aybule and Rabia they were quick to upgrade me to a much nicer room even though they appeared to be overloaded with customers at the time. Later that evening (after a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant) we enquired about an early morning guided tour to see the famous balloon launches, Aybule was quick to arrange everything we needed for our adventure. Comfortable beds, clean hotel with exemplary staff, what more could you ask for in a hotel?

My husband and I along with our friends stayed at the Acer Cave Hotel for two nights. It is a lovely hotel in a quiet area. Our room was wonderful although I could have done without the party tub in the room. The bathroom was nice and had a tub and great walk-in shower. The only reason I couldn’t give the hotel a 5-star review is because the heat system didn’t work very well. Our room was suffocatingly hot when we walked in. Once we figured out that we could just turn the heat off and open a window we were able to manage. The bed was very comfortable but there were only two pillows.. Having extras is always nice. I will say the staff Brough them when I asked for them the 2nd day and they made all the difference. They serve a good breakfast in the mornings and we had a great lunch on the patio outside and enjoyed the gorgeous weather and spectacular views. The front desk staff were kind and polite. The hotel decor is very unique with old radios and old TV’s and antiques in the lobby - think of grandma’s in the 1950’s but it really worked with the cave environment. Almost like being in a castle. We didn’t get out and explore around the hotel so I can’t speak to its location for shopping and restaurnts. It is however, very centrally located for exploring the many attractions of Cappadocia. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Acer Cave Hotel.

Check in was fast and friendly & good first impressions of the room & property. Room was really clean & comfortable, proveided everything you needed like kettle/tea coffee and towels/slippers. I stayed in a fairy chimney room and while it was a cave room it had a window and felt comfortable, good temp and not damp at all. Had a nice little table and chairs out the front of the room and you came out of the room onto a nice big terrace with a view, assuming this is also the breakfast area. You could watch the balloons coming over from here aswell. Nice big shower & bathroom with good water pressure and hot water, even supplied toiletries for the stay. Very close to attractions & restaurants, could walk to everything in town, yet it was nice and quiet and tucked off the main ***** a little.

We really enjoyed our stay in this amazing accommodation. Especially the great location and view from the rooftop terrace, the breakfast and the style of the rooms was a reason for us to recommend the hotel. Staff also very welcoming and friendly. Also the restaurant is a must do, fabulous cuisine for a fair price. The only con was the air condition which didn’t work as it should in room 101.

(açık büfe kahvaltısı bol çeşitli ve lezzetli ) Bizi yönlendirdikleri Ürgüp Pide ve Kebap salonu da çeşitli mezeleri ile aşırı doyurucu (testi kebabını deneyebilirsiniz) .
