Hotel 4 bintang Oxnard yang Popular

We stayed here for a couple of nights for Memorial Day weekend. The ocean front suites we stayed in are on the first floor, which gave us a nice picnic area in front of our patio with a direct view of the sandy beach and ocean. We liked our room so much that we barely left it. The Ox and Ocean restaurant was only steps away, which made it really convenient to just order takeout and eat at our patio. The underground parking was also very convenient as it was just short flight of stairs or elevator ride to our room. Hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating to us when we requested a change of towels and toiletries during our stay. While we had some minor issues with the temperature controls in trying to keep the room cool at night, this was easily remedied by keeping the windows open and letting the cool breeze come in. Overall, you can't beat hearing watching and hearing the waves all day and night. We really enjoyed our stay here so much that we've booked another reservation again in a few weeks! Kudos to the staff at Zachari Dunes for an amazing experience!

The front desk person was incredibly rude/disrespectful at check in- I hope there isn't a racism issue. There was another check in person at the same time that sounded absolutely wonderful (I noticed how she was interacting with those that checked in and she was very professional/wonderful!)- I regret not waiting for her to check-in instead. It was awful watching the couple who was checking in front of me needing to request/begging for the bottles of water and chocolate that is complimentry for hilton honors members when it really should have been offered to begin with (how embarressing to have to ask when it is normally offered for those that qualify)- the other front desk person had offered it to everyone she checked in without the need to ask which is much more professional. There was an issue with my room that was never addressed, paying about $200 per night, this is unacceptable. That check in person either needs to be re-trained with professionalism classes or needs another career that doesn't involve interacting with people. As for the hotel itself, it's a good stay for the location, professionalism with that one front desk check in person needs to be addressed, other than that the stay would have been wonderful.

I am so disappointed in the Hiltons for allowing all the rooms to have pets. I don't care how clean the animal is and that you take a deposit. Animals leave hair and smells. Our room smelled a little when we first came in but smelt like cleaning chemicals. My husband went to bed right away and sat around for a while and I started sneezing. Then i thought a smelled pee. I went to bed. I woke up all night smelling pee and dog. then I got up to go to the bathroom and the carpet was wet. I guess they had just cleaned the floors and tried to get the smell out. It didn't work. It was disgusting. I woke up with a horrible headache, They did give us another room the next day that didn't smell like animals. Come on Hilton you need to designate certain rooms for animals.

I stayed here because I am helping my aunt die, and it is fairly close to the assisted living community where she lives. I have been driving from Long Beach to Ventura AND working daily. I am literally exhausted. I decided to stay over night instead of driving home. I chose the Marriott because ONE I trusted the brand, and the standards, and SECOND this one had good reviews. I showed up at 9pm. I was given an adjoining room, and I don't like that, BUT I failed to ask for anything different, so whatever I thought ”I will deal.” It started with the couple arguing next door that lasted for 20minutes. They finally decided to stop, which was good. I went to take a shower and the towels and bath mat were damp - very damp, which is gross. I was so tired...I found a hand towel that was dry and decided ”ok at least this is dry” Then I opened the toilet to go, and there were cigarettes and black crap in the toilet. So I called downstairs and asked to be moved. The guy on the phone was NOT apologetic, but did say ”I don't know if I can, give me a few minutes.” He called back in 15minutes and said, ”yeah ok there is a room on the 1st floor, but it is an accessible room.” I said, ”I don't care, is it clean??” He said, ”um, I hope so.” I thought, ”wth-you hope so? You didn't check??” I packed up my things & headed downstairs to exchange keys. When I exchanged the keys, a guy appeared and literally gave me a key and took mine. There were no words, well except mine to say ”thank you” to him. BUT he didn't say, sorry about all of this, or tough sh**t lady-literally NOTHING. Ok next room, upon entering was another adjoining room AND the people next door were smoking - it was coming into the room.(I am a cancer survivor - this makes me cringe) I sat on the edge of the bed & just thought ”stay calm.” I looked up at the ceiling, and I noticed these spots moving, which turned out to be spider and a silver fish. (unbelievable!) I killed the spider with a hanger, and then tried to get the silver fish but he fell off the ceiling and onto the carpet. Couldn't find him after that. I went to take a shower, and I noticed little gnats flying around 2 or 3. Went to get my nightgown and slippers & got into shower. One gnat flew by then the next, so I looked up, and there were dead gnats on the ceiling. I stopped counting at 50. At this point, I just kind of went numb to it all. I got in bed and the mattress sank in the middle and the pad bunched up - wish this was not true, but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Marriott! I wish it had been earlier - I would have left. I stayed because I mentally stayed focused on my aunt, and the fact that she literally had days left and let this crap go...but I thought ”I have been busting my a** over the past year in healthcare on the front lines...seriously we all are exhausted.” God it is so disappointing...all of it is. Service is gone, standards are gone, I mean no one cares. This place in general even after the roo

First and foremost, which will bring me back, is all the employees I dealt with were fantastic! I was in a new room. I had to call because the lights kept coming on in the main room due to the motion detector. It picked up motion when I was in bed. It was impossible for me to turn the lights off, to turn the motion detector function off. The solution was to send someone to my room at 10 PM to put black tape over the motion detector. The other motion detectors had the same issue; I just didn't turn the kitchen lights or the bathroom lights on while in bed! The toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. One of the hallway closet doors would not close. The bathroom sink faucet was not aligned correctly. When you turned the faucet off, the water ran back under the faucet and created a puddle on the counter between the faucet and the sink. The base of the wall next to the front door, in the main room, didn't seem to be straight. Breakfast (eggs and sausage) on the second morning was cold. I don't think the flame canisters had been lit, or they were so close to empty they didn't put out enough heat.

Sebelum ketibaan, kami tidak mendapat sebarang maklumat daftar masuk; Saya menghadapi sedikit masalah untuk menghubungi hotel untuk mendapatkan maklumat ini. Di pihak saya pula, saya rasa saya keliru dengan tidak memberikan maklumat hubungan saya (nampaknya). Saya mendapat pegangan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan wanita yang saya ajak bercakap adalah sangat bersopan dan telah meminta maaf terlebih dahulu atas kelewatan. Kami diberitahu bahawa bilik kami akan siap pada pukul 5 petang dan bukannya waktu bertentangan pada pukul 4. Kami akhirnya tiba pada pukul 5 petang, jadi masa tidak menjadi masalah. Apabila kami tiba, semuanya agak bersih kecuali beberapa tuala yang mempunyai kesan coklat padanya. Kami kehabisan kertas tandas, tuala kertas dan keperluan kecil lain. Kami boleh mendapatkan perkara ini pada keesokan harinya, yang sangat bagus. Aduan saya yang lain ialah beberapa perkara tertinggal; iaitu; seseorang meninggalkan sepasang Crocs mereka, dan beberapa sabun bar di bilik mandi. Walaupun perkara-perkara ini adalah masalah kecil kepada saya, ia pasti tidak cukup untuk membuat saya hilang mengantuk. Lokasi: 10/10. 5 minit (atau kurang) berjalan kaki ke pantai. Saya pasti masih akan menempah tempat ini lagi selagi isu ini tidak menjadi isu pada masa hadapan.
