We had an amazing stay at this villa. The owners are by far the best part of the stay. They are so nice and friendly. The man drove us around town a few times and helped us prepare things for our bbq. He set everything up and cleaned it up. Whenever we offered to help he never allowed us. The room was immaculate when we arrived and everyday if we left the room no matter what time they would go up and clean it. We got fresh bedding and towels everyday which was not necessary but a very nice thought. Anything we needed we could just ask and they would help us. We did book this place over others based on they had a resturant but just be ware you need to have a minimum of 8 people in your party to use it. This was no problem for us though as we just ate in town down the road. I would highly recommend this place for couples who want to sit and enjoy nature but also any families looking for a nice place to relax. They have an amazing garden and the pool was great too. Honestly have no complaints! The games room was awesome too!

Me and my girlfriend celebrated our anniversary here. We wanted to book a really nice place. I came across this hotel that had a private sauna in the room and thought it would be perfect for a spa-like retreat. The room was gorgeous and spacious with a big tub in the middle, a sauna, rain shower and a view of the mountain. The owner was very polite and accomodating. She allowed us to check in early, brought us a TV when requested, and the breakfast was “home cooked style” where they used some fresh seasonal ingredients grown around the area. For those with cars it also has a sizeable parking area under the building. Definitely recommend staying here on a visit to Moganshan.

An excellent weekend Getaway from Shanghai. Our stay in Arcadia was amazing, located in a beautiful mountain valley of MoganShan the setting was perfect for a relaxing break. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly and the food was always delicious and freshly prepared for us. We spent most of our time sat by the pool or in the Jacuzzi. It’s also a lovely spot to bring your dog, with an enclosed garden and lots of space. Definitely recommend to stay!

因為追光計劃而訂的這家酒店，離瑤塢大概走路5-6分鐘，不算很遠，要穿過小道 因為我們入住的那天，就3家預訂，所以老闆二話不説幫我們升級了樓上的套房，兩家人住都可以了 房間整理都比較乾淨衞生，唯一的就是淋浴房要稍微開開門，稍微有股味 小朋友玩水槍和客廳的遊戲機不亦樂乎，哈哈哈，去追光的時候，因為打不車，老闆還親自開車來接我們，服務很好，第二天也送我們去了瑤塢 酒店的早餐是9宮格，也挺不錯的，水果也很新鮮

藏在莫干山密林裏的松塢別墅羣，真的把“避世感”做到了極致！90餘年歷史的老洋房帶着復古腔調，紅瓦白牆隱在茂林修竹間，拾階而上時，松濤聲裹着山風撲面而來，瞬間把城市的喧囂都揉碎在綠意裏🌿   住的是三層獨棟別墅，客房寬敞得能打滾，床品軟乎乎的，一夜無夢到天亮。最愛的是陽台，推窗就是層疊山景，清晨看薄霧漫過山頭，傍晚等落日把雲海染成橘色，連發呆都成了享受。客廳通透明亮，和朋友圍坐喝茶、打麻將，或是在庭院裏擺上下午茶，氛圍感直接拉滿～

民宿的阿姨和老闆服務特別貼心，下雨天會提供雨傘，老闆還主動幫忙提行李，還會熱心介紹周邊好玩的去處，店裡的小狗也十分可愛。臨走時還送了冰箱貼，帶來了意外的小驚喜，有任何需求都會盡力滿足，住在這裏就像回到自己家一樣舒服，必須大大的點贊，下次過來還選這裏，也會推薦給朋友。

莫干山寶藏圖書館民宿，山居圖治癒滿分！推開門闖入滿室書香，巨型藏書閣搭配中式書法，拍照巨出片，窗外竹海連綿，室內墨香環繞，一盞茶，一本書，靜靜地待一個下午，房間乾淨舒適，餐食地道，服務温柔貼心，山野與書香撞個滿懷，晚上在院子裏能看到漫天繁星，還偶遇了螢火蟲，是想反覆入住的治癒民宿！

A truly wonderful stay at this very unique hotel! Each room has a different theme, making the whole experience feel artistic and special — it’s like staying in a mini art gallery. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Breakfast was another highlight: organic, fresh, and healthy, giving the perfect start to the day. I also loved that the hotel provided a convenient charging station, such a thoughtful touch. The best surprise was at check-out — we were given a souvenir that matched the theme of our room, which made the stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something different and creative in their travel experience!

The hosts were kind and apologetic, but my stay was unfortunately not very positive. I arrived around 6pm in complete darkness, and the entrance was very poorly lit. With no one to greet me and 3 dogs suddenly running towards me barking in the dark, the arrival was quite frightening. The “capsule” room I had booked couldn’t be locked, the mattress was very thin, and the bathroom was dated, not very clean, and also without a lock. In mid November, with cold nights and limited insulation, it wasn’t very comfortable. The location is relatively close to Moganshan, but without a car, I didn't find it that convenient. Had I known all this beforehand, I would have chosen a different place.

First of all, the hotel was very kind to let us check in earlier and it helped us so much because we stayed in Moganshan to participate in sports race. I rarely write reviews, but this hotel’s service and attitude was outstanding. I genuinely was so pleased with kindness of each employee there beginning from receptionist to cleaners. Every single time we were offered help to carry our bags and child stroller, and even we refuse help, there always was someone still pick it up for us and carry up and down the stairs. There are plenty of activities for kids. Location is good, it’s only 15 mins from Moganshan’s center with restaurants etc, but it’s quiet and peaceful. Area is clean and pleasant.
