房間較大，餐廳不小，品種也較多，味道不錯。唯一不能理解的是，辦入住時，從攜程同時訂的兩間房，含雙早，前台一個小個子女服務員堅持説兩間房含雙早就是兩間雙人房衹給兩張早餐卷，給她看攜程訂單顯示4個早餐，仍然要向別人請示，這理解力真是無語了！建議重新培訓再上崗。

勉強給箇中評，不忍心給差評，這次出來旅行，體驗感最差的一個酒店，地段不錯，離邯鄲火車站很近。樓下離城南夜市走幾分鐘就到，樓下有公交站台附近。很熱鬧，酒店房間乍看也還行，但是多待幾分鐘你就會發現每一樣東西都像是用了很久的東西。前台雖然一直強調是23年才開業的。但是這東西怎麼看怎麼老舊，而且房間裏有一股多那種商業商務快捷賓館的那種老賓館的味道，常住酒店的人都知道的。晚上不想拖着行李箱折騰了，所以沒有換酒店，房間不隔音，旁邊房間説話的人一清二楚都能聽到，這個酒店的房間樓層設計很奇怪，一個環形的，像那種以前學校的宿舍樓。夏天的話，在待在裏面會很悶熱 最奇怪的是酒店的自助餐廳就在樓層的中央。對着每間房的房門，小區外正在搞施工建設，晚上還算乾淨，但是房間不隔，以最大的槽點是我住了這麼多酒店。從來不會身上有癢，但是在這住了一晚上，身上一直癢個不停。早上的自助餐，也就是簡單的吃飽的自助餐，優點是地段可以，價格不貴，但是槽點太多。洗澡的時候，水會漏到卧室的地板上，邯鄲是個寶藏小城市，邯鄲市博物館。響堂山石窟，體驗都非常好。後來第二天晚上果斷選擇住在峯峯礦區的全季酒店，體驗感就非常好了，一字之差，不忍心給差評，勉強好評體驗感完全不同，建議來看響堂山石窟的可以住在峯峯礦區

酒店環境很好，很乾凈，設施也非常新，床和枕頭也很舒適。服務也非常周到，還有免費物品牆，像消毒濕巾之類的生活小物件，給客人帶來極大的便利！衝著帶我們看房的一位矮個子小美女的真誠，不厭其煩帶我們看了幾間我們想要的房型，並詳細告知房間內情況。（因酒店入住率很高，想要的房型選擇性有限）但我們還是果斷選擇入住本酒店。有這樣的員工，老闆可以放心躺着賺錢了！紙巾用着非常贊，房間還免費提供蒸汽眼罩，壓縮面巾等非常實用的物品，還有小零食…。很贊，繼續努力！
