"Beautiful homestay, the room is nice, the bed and pillows are comfortable, it was overall quite clean but some hair was forgotten in the shower, no big deal.
The staff was nice and helpful, they lent us an umbrella to go out when it was raining.
The location is not too far from Labrang monastery but a bit far from the center of the town and the place with all the restaurants."

PPengguna TetamuWe absolutely loved our stay at 山古民宿 Shangu Homestay. The room was spacious, well presented in ******* style, and kept wonderfully warm with underfloor heating. The window-side lounge area was so cozy that we didn’t want to leave after three nights. Dinner was a highlight—the ******* hotpot was delicious, with fresh yak meat, vegetables, and noodles. Breakfast included fruit, ******* butter tea, and tsampa, giving us a real taste of local traditions.
The host was incredibly welcoming and shared fascinating stories about ******* culture, nomadic life, and even how to make incense. During our stay, it snowed heavily, and our children had a fantastic time playing in the snow with the host. It was not just accommodation, but a cultural journey filled with warmth and unforgettable memories. Highly recommended!
我們非常喜歡山古民宿！房間充滿西藏風格，寬敞舒適，還有地暖讓整個空間非常溫暖。窗邊的坐臥區特別舒服，我們住了三個晚上，離開時還依依不捨。晚餐的藏式火鍋令人驚艷，新鮮的氂牛肉、蔬菜和麵條都非常美味。早餐提供水果、藏式酥油茶和糌粑，讓我們真切感受到藏族的飲食文化。
民宿主人非常熱情，分享了許多關於藏族文化、遊牧生活以及製作藏香的故事，讓我們收穫滿滿。在住宿期間還遇上一場大雪，孩子和民宿主人一起玩雪，笑聲不斷，留下了難忘的回憶。這次的體驗不僅是住宿，更像是一場深度的文化之旅，我們非常推薦！

Our experience at this homestay was truly memorable. The hosts were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The rooms were spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the local touch in the meals — fresh, home-cooked food that reflected the region’s flavour and hospitality.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay that combines comfort and cleanliness.

PPengguna Tetamu太喜歡這家民宿了，差點捨不得回廣東。
最讓我印象深刻的是民宿周圍的環境。就在拉卜楞寺的旁邊，開窗即可看見遠處白塔和拉卜楞寺全景，又非常安靜，超值超值，我可太會選了。
清晨，第一縷陽光灑在民宿的屋頂上，整個世界都被鍍上了一層金色的光輝，特別美好。午後，和朋友潘潘坐在院子2樓的茶室品茶，感受着陽光的温暖，時間彷彿在這一刻靜止。傍晚，夕陽西下，遠處的山巒和拉卜楞寺在夕陽的映照下顯得格外壯美。
也許在繁華的深圳太久了，這種禪意之靜，讓我找到了久違的內心安寧。
回到深圳，常想起那些美好的瞬間。這一次難忘的體驗，它不僅讓我感受到了古色古香的藏族文化，更讓我在喧囂的生活中找到了一片寧靜的凈土。這將是我一生中一段珍貴而美好的回憶。
期待着再次來到這裏，再次感受那份寧靜與禪意，再次續寫一段美好的故事。

FFreddy LubinI hate giving a negative review, as the owner was very nice, and the building itself is quite nice.
But there's no reason for such a high price, for what you get.
The room was nice, but with underfloor heating it was very cold. They brought us a space heater, and we kept the card key in place, door unlocked, so it was bearable. But for $38 it should have been easier.
It's right next to a great restaurant, which is worth it if you want to splurge. The walk up the hill is steep, and one taxi driver refused to go up
Again, the owner is a nice guy, but there are much cheaper (and warmer) options.

PPengguna Tetamu真的很喜歡這個民宿，是我在甘南這幾天住的最乾淨最好的民宿！位置也很好就在拉卜楞寺附近，可以步行到達。老闆很熱情，自己的房子打掃的很乾凈！很典型的藏式房子，床也很舒服！我來甘南睡的最好的就是在這個民宿！

I loved spending time in the third-floor library, filled with cultural artifacts, games, and books – you'll never get bored! The hospitality from the hotel staff is also unmatched. I stayed alone but never felt lonely. They take guests on walks around the city to discover ******* culture. I recommend staying here not only for the comfort of the hotel but also for the wonderfully warm atmosphere.
在Xicheng Inn 的入住体验令人难忘。酒店装饰别致温馨，三楼的图书室尤其迷人——里面摆满了文化工艺品、游戏和书籍，待上一整天都不会无聊！酒店员工的待客之道无可挑剔，我虽是独自旅行，却从未感到孤单。他们会带客人漫步古城，领略藏地文化风情。我强烈推荐这里，不仅因为舒适的住宿环境，更因那份宾至如归的温暖氛围。

PPengguna Tetamu直接從阿壩趕到拉普楞寺附近入住，這家民宿就在拉普楞寺對面，第二天參觀寺廟很方便，新開的民宿，不太好找，打了電話後老闆親自開車過來給我們帶路，一次性的洗漱衞生用品還不錯，房間新裝修的，沒有異味，很安靜，老闆推薦的附近蔣美麗火鍋，吃了一頓當地特色氂牛肉暖鍋，份量挺大的，好吃😋，這家民宿總體來説還是蠻不錯的，值得入住

NNikoas4The hotel is extremely close to the monastery. Some people at the reception speak english and they can book you a private tour to visit the grasslands and the monasteries outside the city that otherwise would be unreacheables for 400rmb per vehicle. The room is big and the beds are warm.
