Hotel Romantik di Fusong

I had memorable experiences of visiting Changbaishan west. The journey of stunning winter scenery from the bus then exciting snowmobile riding to the summit to see breathtaking views marked this stay as the best of my trip. As a non-Chinese speaking foreigner, the hotel staffs/receptionists were so kind and get me through difficulties and guided me step-by-step to get to Changbaishan. Hot springs bath was nice, breakfast was rich with fresh coffee while not many hotels offered. Location is just opposite the entrance of changbaishan ticket gate where you can beat the crowd to the mountain if you start early. Highly recommended for anyone who seeks comfortable of climbing Changbaishan, for foreigners you may just having a translator app then you will be fine.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Third Review — Special Thanks to 夏经理 and Her Restaurant Team This is our third review of the hotel, and this time we especially want to thank 夏经理 and her Restaurant team. Their exceptional hospitality was one of the most important reasons we decided to stop changing hotels and remain here for the rest of our Changbai Mountain holiday. Although there are many restaurants within walking distance, we repeatedly chose to dine at the hotel—from breakfast to dinner—not only because of the excellent food quality, generous portions and good value, but especially because of the outstanding service. 夏经理 is a truly experienced five-star hospitality professional. She speaks fluent English, understands guests' needs naturally, pays attention to small details, and always made our family, especially our little one, feel genuinely welcome. Our daughter loved the hotel's children's activities with 亲子教练甜甜姐姐 so much that she often came back to the restaurant for only a few bites before running off again to play with her new friends, Elsa and CiCi. 夏经理 and her team patiently kept and reheated her food again and again without any complaint, always with the same warmth and professionalism. One cold and rainy evening, 夏经理 even personally helped arrange our hotpot dinner in our room. Although it was not a large order, the food and service remained at exactly the same five-star standard. That sincerity meant a great deal to us. After approximately one week, we felt less like restaurant customers and more like friends being warmly welcomed back every day. The hotel's excellent children's programmes, both indoor and outdoor, also made our family stay especially enjoyable and were another major reason we chose to remain here. Facilities are important, but people are what make a hotel truly feel five-star. For our family, 夏经理 and her team absolutely delivered that experience. For the price it's amazing. We went for the ski slopes and got to try them all in 5 days. Breakfast included was adequate. 15 minutes from Wanda and 30 minutes from luneng. If you're going to share a room and ski at Wanda every day, it would be worth staying at the slopes, otherwise stay here.
