Hotel berhampiran CHIESA RURALE DEI SANTI ISIDORO ED EUROSIA, Rome

Parto con il dire che pernotto spesso a Roma sia per lavoro che per concorsi. Avendo pernottato in tale struttura per 3 notti, ho potuto gustare la loro colazione, che anche se un pò povera a livello di scelta, era comunque buona. Piccolo neo, anche se per me molto importante, nonostante il costo elevato della stanza, non fanno un cappuccino ”reale”, ma sei costretto a bere quello della macchinetta (direi che con quasi 170 euro a notte magari un cappuccino come si deve me lo merito, ma va bene). Durante il soggiorno, lo scarico del water non funzionava poichè si era danneggiato, ma è stato prontamente riparato. Ho apprezzato la cordialità dei ragazzi che si occupavano della ristorazione. Cosa non mi è piaciuto?! Da dove iniziare?! La cosa più GRAVE a mio parere e che hanno rovistato nel mio zaino (chiuso nell'armadio) in mia assenza, Direte voi, come te ne sei accorta? Semplice! Sono una maniaca dell'ordine con l'aggravante di essere germofobica, per cui non appena arrivo in una stanza d'albergo igienizzo e conservo tutto in modo che, durante le pulizie, nessuno possa toccare la mia roba. Avevo lasciato il mio zaino interamente chiuso, anche le fibbie a scatto, ed il comparto che rende espandibile il mio zaino chiuso. Al mio ritorno trovo lo zaino spostato, le fibbie e la cerniera della parte espandibile aperta. Dal mio zaino ovviamente non mancava nulla. Appena giunti in Hotel, la receptionist, squadrandoci dalla testa ai piedi, e notando le nostre valigie (due zaini) credeva, forse, non fossimo all'altezza di quel posto!?Non saprei. Sta di fatto che non appena ho comunicato che avevamo una stanza prenotata, ha subito cambiato atteggiamento, divenendo quasi adorabile e sdolcinata. Avendo prenotato e pagato tramite booking, ho dovuto pagare in loco le sole tasse di soggiorno, risultanti dal sito essere 6 euro al giorno. All'atto del pagamento mi viene richiesto un costo di euro 7.5 a notte; ovviamente faccio presente che sul sito era indicato un costo differente, ma il receptionist in maniera molto sgarbata, poco educata e con fare infastidito, utilizzando un tono di sufficienza, non da nessuna spiegazione, ma ribadisce il costo totale da pagare. Ora io non sono solita mettere delle recensioni negative, ma qui ci sta tutta.

buon hotel, camera pulita e accogliente. buono lo spazio in bagno e prodotti di cortesia presenti. discreta la colazione, dove sono presenti sia il dolce (cornetti, crostate, ecc.) sia il salato. personale accogliente e gentile. discreta anche la posizione, in prossimità di due fermate della metro (Manzoni e Re di Roma).

We booked this hotel for a three night stay before our cruise. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our corner room had a cute balcony and the décor, furnishings, and vibe is sexy modern. They have a fabulous restaurant where you can grab the breakfast buffet. So many amazing choices. We also had dinner here one night and drinks another. It's tucked away in a very lively and fun neighborhood. Around the corner are tons of restaurants and shops. It's a 6 minute walk to Piazza di Santa Maria where we bought souvenirs, ate gelato and pizza, and hung out with the night crowd. The main street around the corner It's a 35 minute walk to the colosseum and a 45 minute walk to the Vatican. We did each of these on different days. It's definitely centrally located and I would stay here again.

I have never been to a place where a hotel feels like home. This is one of the amazing benefits of staying in Ostello Bello. The staff, bartenders, and night shift felt like absolute family by the end and I truly will never stay anywhere else while in Rome. Fravio (hope I am spelling that right) made my trip with his kind and friendly demeanor. All of the bartenders made me feel at home and welcome at all times. Treating me more than fairly in every citrcumstance. The rooms were clean and nice, with working showers and good facilities. I truly have nothing negative to say about my visit.

I would have liked to rate the hotel as 4.5* however our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the windows shut it was very noisy from the large road junction outside, plus there was noise from other residents and tvs in other rooms, maybe some soundproofing needs to be carried out. That having been said the location was excellent, an easily walkable distance to main attractions, plus a metro stop is directly outside the hotel. The area felt safe at night and there some very good restaurants to try which are only minutes away. Should you wish to go shopping then there are plenty of non-designer shops to choose from nearby including a very good department store called COIN. Our room was a good size and had a lovely bathroom. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, the linen was super soft. Cleaning through the hotel was of a high standard. Breakfast was excellent, everything you might want and the most delicious scrambled eggs I have ever had in a hotel. There were salads, pastries, cakes, fresh fruit, yoghurts, different cured meats and cheeses, sausages and bacon and vegetarian options. Top marks for the hard working breakfast staff. A great start to the day. Staff generally were friendly and helpful. At reception were snacks and drinks to welcome you which was a nice gesture. The hotel also has a small restaurant, ideal for lunches or if you are too exhausted to leave the hotel at night. We had pizzas and salads there a couple of times for lunch and they were very good. The reception area is good with couches, they will look after your baggage if you have a late flight. A very enjoyable stay.

Accommodation in Rome is insanely overpriced at all price points…However, if one wants to stay in central Rome then this is definitely a great hotel to stay at. Clean, modern, great customer service, extremely comfortable bed! What more can one hope for from a couple of nights stay. It should be noted that the area around Termini is not the nicest in Rome, however the hotel is at least located in the (relatively) better part of the area around termini.

Very nice classy Italian hotel, has his own history and amazing design I arrived at 13:30 and worker at reception was so nice and checked me in. The room was huge with nice view to the main street. All furniture a bit old but hotel has a real style, I like it a lot Very good cosmetics in bathroom. Breakfast is ok

Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. Sono appena tornato da un soggiorno indimenticabile all'Hotel Palazzo Sant'Antonio e non potrei essere più soddisfatto! Ho trascorso un weekend incredibile in questo hotel e mi sento di dare una valutazione a 5 stelle senza esitazioni. La struttura storica è stata splendidamente restaurata e conserva un'atmosfera autentica e affascinante. Il personale è stato straordinariamente cortese, professionale e sempre disponibile ad aiutarci in tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La nostra camera era elegante, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per assicurarci un soggiorno confortevole. Non posso esprimere abbastanza la mia gratitudine per l'esperienza senz'altro memorabile che abbiamo avuto all'Hotel Palazzo Sant'Antonio. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque desideri un soggiorno indimenticabile in un'atmosfera raffinata e accogliente.

Great hotel! Beautiful pool and pool area. Nice clean rooms with good air-conditioning. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel offers free onsite parking, free wifi, and has a new gym area. 10 Minute taxi ride to the center. A great value for your money. We are looking forward to returning soon!
