Perfect position for the event we needed to attend and well connected with the tram.
Not too central if you want to walk around the city though.
Nice staff, all very friendly and welcoming.
Clean room, maybe a little small but it’s ok.
Spacious bathroom, although strange choice of location for the wc (if you’re tall you might hit the shower door, I certainly did). Vanity and welcome set were very appreciated, especially the slippers and the toothbrushes.
The breakfast is nice and has a lot of options, unless you’re vegan (hopefully they do and you just need to ask).
Overall, nice place.

Posizione eccellente per concerto al foro italico, pochi minuti a piedi. Dieci minuti a piedi metro Ottaviano, ma raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata il Vaticano e il centro di Roma. Due parcheggi coperti a pagamento nella stessa strada. Ottimo sistema di self check in e out, colazione basica ma non male in stanza attrezzata. Camere carine, comode, attrezzate bene e pulite. Finestre con doppi vetri. Zona residenziale e tranquilla, viale alberato a due passi dal Tevere.

Location is in a residential area far from centre, no food places nearby at all, buses good 6-20 minute uphill walk! Mattress was hard and really uncomfortable! Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again ever if it was free!!! Had a bad experience our final night, don’t know if it’s his real name or not,… “roberto” ( heavy set old man) threatened and harassed us outside where our taxi was waiting for us at 3:30AM all because I had asked what his name was. Already late for the airport and we had to deal with being shouted and threatened at, thank god for the taxi driver who intervened. Extremely unprofessional behaviour!! God forbid you get sick and need help here, I kept having to ask this employee only one there at night for a blanket only yo be ignored because he was too busy having a conversation with another male guest in his language. If you speak Italian and are make then you get special treatment but if your females and only speak English here then it’s a different attitude!

We stayed at Hotel ISA for 12 nights, and couldn't have picked a better location. It was in walking distance to many of the sights, and convenient to the Metro. The breakfast on the terrace was wonderful with a great view and variety of food. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was not on yet (which we found out is normal for Europe this time of year), and we requested a fan for our room. Within an hour or 2 they had delivered a floor fan which was a big help sleeping at night. The room was also equipped with soundproof widows. There are also many restaurants and gelato places near by for convenience. I would like to thank the staff for making our stay great, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We have stayed in many 5 star properties over the years but the Ambasciatori Palace, Rome really blew us away. Service was incredible. Staff was abundant and ready and willing to assist at all times. The hotel was renovated last year and every inch of the property is opulent. They truly paid attention to detail. There are 2 great bars, one on the rooftop and one in the lobby. We stayed in a junior suite that was large and gorgeous. This would be our choice again in Rome.

The hotel was great- it's located 10 mins from termini central station (so easy to get there from the airport and no need to walk alot with your luggage), and from piazza della repubblica (so close to another metro station). The location was great because it's walking distance to everthing you want to see (I only took the metro to the vatican- you could also walk there, which I did on the way back when I had more time). There are also good restaurants, gelaterias and shops in the area (as it's located next to via nazionale and the opera house) and they are usually less expensive and crowded than those near famous sites (so I ate there almost every evening). I had a single room which was clean and had everything I needed (comfy bed, safe, hot water, wifi, etc.). The staff was really nice and helpful (they are there 24/7, and you can leave your luggage with them if you need), and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay there again next time I visit! Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. Accommodation in Rome is insanely overpriced at all price points…However, if one wants to stay in central Rome then this is definitely a great hotel to stay at. Clean, modern, great customer service, extremely comfortable bed! What more can one hope for from a couple of nights stay.
It should be noted that the area around Termini is not the nicest in Rome, however the hotel is at least located in the (relatively) better part of the area around termini.

Honestly，my experience this hotel is a little bit lower than equivalent level hotel. The mattress in this hotel is not bad. However， unfortunately， it mattress gonna be only point I satisfy with it. The service is normal，but their equipment maintenance is concerning，there are several bulbs down in my room and the shower door in the bathroom seems hard to push. Most importantly，air conditioner in the room is not powerful enough which is a terrible infomation for tourist in this summer. The picture attached in this comment is it outside environment，it might be not clear enough， but I have to say it outside is too dark😂， but it is not a luxury hotel in city centre， therefore it is still acceptable .
This hotel is generally good， but there are still large spaces that it can move forward to increase it customer satisfaction.

Lots of on site parking. Laundry service recommended across the hotel were amazing and friendly. Room was very small though. Blow dryer didn’t work. Not enough bench space in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness was great. The fridge was nice and cold. Although they don’t have a stocked fridge and you would have to go down to get bottled water. Variety of breakfast choices. Drinks were okay and coffee was from an instant coffee machine which was okay. Staff weren’t around often to ask for fresh coffee. Front concierge were friendly though and very helpful.

PPengguna TetamuI cannot recommend this hotel enough! I visited with my 14-year old daughter last month, with 5 nights in Rome at the beginning and 2 nights at the end. Based on reviews, price, and location, I booked this hotel -- we could not have been happier. Our room was spotless during both of our stays, as were the common areas, restaurant, etc. The hotel is perfectly located -- right in the middle of the historic center and walkable to everything -- Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon all a 5-10 minute walk. Whenever we needed a taxi (e.g. early morning tours that were a 25 min walk away), the front desk staff (Lyuba, Davide, Iustin) were helpful and the taxi was never more than a 4 minute wait (more about staff below). The hotel is on a road with restaurants, a few small supermarkets, a wonderful local pasticceria, and a 4-5 minute walk from Piazza Navona -- a beautiful, huge piazza with stunning fountains, surrounded by endless restaurants and bars. There's a pharmacy right off the piazza if you need anything -- I used it to get COVID tested to be able to fly home. It was fast, easy, and reliable.
The hotel breakfasts were fantastic - typical European breakfast with meats + cheeses, yogurts / cereals / berries, all kinds of coffee drinks, breads / rolls / croissants, warm foods (e.g. quiche, sauteed spinach, eggs, etc.), and endless baked goods. The staff wore masks at all times, and most guests wore masks while up and about at the buffet, taking them off while seated. The tables were set beautifully and the entire area was spotless -- it was easy to see how hard the dining room staff worked.
The rooms were great -- extremely comfortable beds, terrific linens, wonderful shower, all modern and new. Be aware, even with the window closed and on a higher floor, on the front side of the hotel the street below is busy and there's a restaurant / bar with outdoor seating in front of the hotel -- if you're a light sleeper, you'll hear sounds (people + traffic) late into the night. My daughter didn't notice at all -- I heard it all night. Our room during the beginning of our stay was on the rear of the buidling, opening into a small courtyard -- it was lovely, quiet, airy, and had a wonderful balcony (4th Floor). If you can get one of those rooms, I highly recommend it.
The front desk staff: ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. As a mom traveling alone with a young teenage daughter during COVID and the instability in eastern Europe, I had concerns before traveling. Lyuba, Davide, and Iustin were attentive, helpful, accommodating, and informative. Whether it was checking us in early when we first arrived from the airport, arranging taxis, storing our luggage while we traveled to Florence, or helping figure out COVID testing to return home, they were on point, efficient, and kind. The afternoon before our flight home, I realized that the Rome Marathon was scheduled for the following day. They helped me trouble shoot while I was out with my daughter, trying to be present with her while simultaneously communicating with them via WhatsApp to figure out how to get to the airport the next morning. Requesting a taxi 1/2 hour before heading to the airport would have been disasterous, as they were closing all the roads, and no taxis would have been available. The staff arranged a private driver (worth the cost) and were in close contact with him and his dispatcher to make sure we were all apprised of which roads were closed. My daughter and I did have to walk 10 minutes to the river with our suitcases and cross to the other side, as all local roads had been closed, but it was actually a piece of cake. Our driver was waiting for us exactly where the hotel staff said he would be, and from there it was easy getting to the airport. If the staff hadn't been responsive and seriously on top of it, we would not have made it to the airport that day.

LLauWendyMy trip is in February, the room is very hot, it still open heater no air conditioner, we have to close the heater and open the window but it is very loud as close to the main street.
I asked for a fan but the reception said no fan to be provided..
I requested the upper floor when I booked in the trip.com, but Reception said no requirements are received, but finally they changed us to 8 floor
We booked the breakfast but it is usual cannot say better.
Overall, I have to say the price is not worth for this hotel, I will not choose this hotel for my next trip to Roma.

PPengguna TetamuWir haben letztes Jahr im Oktober unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel gebucht. 5 Nächte Superior Doppelzimmer. Bei Ankunft im Mai diesen Jahres erhielten wir den Zimmerschlüssel und bekamen ein winziges Doppelzimmer mit alter Ausstattung. Bei Nachfrage ob dies das Superior DZ wäre sagte man mir, nein, es ist ein Standart Zimmer. Das Hotel wäre leider ausgebucht und könnte uns kein Zimmer der gebuchten Kategorie anbieten. Mir wurde als Entschädigung ein Discount von 50 Euro angeboten sowie ein anderes Zimmer ab dem nächsten Tag. Außerdem wurde angeboten das Gepäck in das neue Zimmer zu verbringen. (Gepäck wurde auf meine Nachfrage erst gesucht, aber lassen wir das) Das neue Zimmer war dann sogar ein geräumiges 3 Bett Zimmer. Die vorabendliche Reservierung für den nächsten Tag im Hotelrestaurant hat auch nicht funktioniert. Als wir zu Tisch wollten waren dann alle Tische belegt….. Beim auschecken wurde mir eine Rechnung über 5 Nächte Superior DZ vorgelegt. Nach Reklamation wurde der Discount von 50 € eingeräumt, aber Achtung, finde den Fehler! Standard DZ 170€, Superior DZ 220€, wir hatten eine Nacht Standard Zimmer und von dem berechneten Superior DZ wollte man 50 € abziehen. Ich soll für etwas bezahlen was ich nicht erhalten habe, bekomme dafür was ich nicht wollte zum regulären Preis. Dafür ist mein Ärger ja umsonst! Ich bekam noch den netten Hinweis das ich ja dann das größere 3 Bett Zimmer erhalten hätte (was ich nie gefordert habe) Ich bin ein gutmütiger Mensch und habe Verständnis wenn mal ein Fehler passiert, aber soviel Unvermögen ist mir in noch keinem Hotel unter gekommen und ich bin viel auf Reisen! Kein Hinweis auf ein Zimmer der niedrigeren Kategorie beim einchecken! Keine eigenständige Korrektur entsprechend der erhaltenen Räume beim auschecken!

PPengguna TetamuOn first glance of this Hotel, the reception / the chill out area really speaks for itself. But the hotel is in itself, is very small, and very, very basic. As for.the room we had (obviously cannot speak for all) in my opinion, the hotel should be liable for faulse advertising. The best rooms are shown, but what you actually get is something completely different. The Receptionist of any business is the front of house, so your personality, your warm-welcome (Hotel Ripa) really matters ie the 2 male Receptionist upon our arrival. However, one out of the two, was a lil better than the other. I was not happy with our room. The one out of the two was happy to find us something else, the other, aggressively said ”No” three times. Challenged me. He went on to say, we're fully booked, come back tomorrow. RESTAURANT: From Breakfast to evening meal. Wonderful service, good selection of food. Michele from the evening restaurant, he could not do enough for us. My 14 year old granddaughter is quite fussy and so he advised her what was best for her to eat, brought out accomdiments for her. He gave a service with a smile. Just the way it should be. Would I recommend to a friend. No way. I value mine and my friends relationship.

PPengguna TetamuNot a bad hotel to be honest, if all you need is a clean bed and air con. Breakfast is a good choice and starts from 7am. Clean bedrooms with toiletries and towels and aircon. However…….the hotel is a good hour away from Rome. Be prepared to travel. 10 minute walk to metro, then 2 trains to Rome, but that’s all part of the fun. The ‘restaurant’ is actually in the car park with some trellis around it, and several wasps accompany you when dining. The menu is printed on A4 paper and limited variety. Outside Bar area is also in car park, comprising of 4 chairs and 2 small tables. Inside Bar is downstairs with looking out onto the rubbish bags piled up. The hi light of our stay at this hotel was 2 members of staff fighting in front of guests. Fist throwing, ice packs being applied and what we presume to be family members turning up to help sort out the situation…or make it worse. Supermarket right next door, and also uber eats deliver. Some local places to eat, but didn’t try. Overall a clean place to lay your head after a long day walking the streets of Rome, but please don’t expect top of the range.

조식이 아주 간단합니다. (빵 몇 종류, 삶은 계란,치즈,햄, 씨리얼, 요거트, 커피머신, 쥬스, 잼과 티 종류 등이 전부로 샐러드나 과일류등은 없습니다.)
비싼 로마의 숙소들 중에 이정도 싱글룸이면 가성비 나쁘지 않다고 봅니다.
짧은 일정이고 호텔에 머문 시간이 길지 않아 괜찮았어요.

Comfortable Stay and Helpful Staff:
The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean and well-maintained rooms. The ambiance was pleasant, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The staff members were exceptionally helpful, offering prompt assistance and providing useful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. Their attentive and friendly service added to the overall positive experience.

PPengguna TetamuAbbiamo alloggiato in questo albergo per due notti. Appena arrivati ci hanno sistemato in una casetta esterna alla struttura principale con circa 5/6 stanze. Abbiamo lasciato le valige velocemente per andare a cena, e solo al nostro ritorno abbiamo iniziato a notare delle cose che via via sono andate a peggiorare. Abbiamo richiesto un ferro da stiro, e ci è stato detto che non sapevano dove fosse e che avrebbero chiesto l'indomani alla signora delle pulizie. In vari hotel a 4 stelle il ferro da stiro è addirittura presente in camera! Rientrati in stanza, abbiamo iniziato a notare dettagli relativi alla pulizia e all'aspetto della stanza. Nella doccia erano presenti capelli, la tavoletta del gabinetto era totalmente ingiallita (costo su Amazon € 15 spedizione inclusa!), l'unica sedia presente in stanza aveva un cuscino bianco con delle macchie nere e la pellicola protettiva totalmente strappata. A parte delle abat jour presenti ai due lati del letto, non esisteva un punto luce sul soffitto. Il telecomando della TV era rattoppato con dello shock nero, e appena preso in mano lo shock si è tutto srotolato. Ma il bello è arrivato quando, richiedendo un quarto cuscino che ci è stato prontamente portato, ho notato che esternamente aveva un mega alone giallo a chiazze. Inorridita ho avuto la malsana e fortunatamente giusta idea di controllare anche gli altri tre cuscini... Due di questi erano pieni di macchie gialle all'interno, anche sui bordi, che fuoriuscivano dal lenzuolo!! Chiamato il ragazzo alla reception l'ho caldamente invitato di portarmi cuscini immacolati, data soprattutto la presenza di mio figlio di 3 anni, altrimenti davvero avremmo dormito senza! Se non avessimo anticipato il pagamento (struttura consigliata come seconda opzione per un matrimonio) ce ne saremmo andati all'istante. Ci servirà da lezione: chi chiede il pagamento anticipato non è un albergatore serio!!! Dopo vari minuti sono stati portati i cuscini, puliti, ma senza nemmeno una scusa e nemmeno una parola! Ulteriore tasto dolente: la colazione ... Una colazione del genere viene offerta forse in un albergo a due stelle! Arredamento della sala imbarazzante, colazione misera, senza opzioni sempre presenti in un 4 stelle come le uova o della frutta fresca, bevande calde da una macchinetta di pessima qualita', due scelte di succo annacquatissimi... Il top è la vaschetta degli affettati... Di plastica, con delle crepe al livello della maniglietta per sollevarla, storta.... Il mio bimbo che adora il prosciutto cotto ne ha mangiato una fetta, mi ha guardato e mi ha detto che non era buono... E aveva ragione! 4 stelle dove? Anche 3 stelle sarebbero regalate! L'unica cosa positiva che ho visto: la cameriera della sala colazione, da sola, che correva da una parte all'altra e lavorava come una matta e senza che le chiedessimo nulla ci ha portato la sedia in più per il bambino mettendoci in un punto con più spazio, dato appunto le dimensioni ridotte della stanza. Prima e ultima volta!
