"We enjoyed our stay! Some improvements should be made, i feel like it's too crowded in weekends I suggest for them to build a different pool for condo owners and hotel renters as i assume both goes to the same pool. Also, I hope it should be well maintained, some of the rooms/ areas are not clean enough, dust and paints are chipped, grass are too high and should install more lights too! It makes us scared to roam around cause there might be snakes or also cant see the beauty of it at night. But overall perfect of you want a peaceful and laid back stay in tagayta"

"Nice hotel. Loved the location and gorgeous facilities. I liked the rooms we stayed in. They were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were polite and obliging. Friendly people and staff were very accommodating and helpful and no hassle in checking in and out. The place is generally clean specially the frontbeach area. Will surely come back."

"We're assigned to unit number 2040. The room was very nice, clean, and it has the famous taal lake view. The owner is also accommodating. However, the hot shower is not working. Malamig pa naman sa Tagaytay haha but overall, maganda ang unit. Thank you Maam."

"I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it? Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea. I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean. Keep it up! Well done. The place is well maintained."

The location is very convenient, with several restaurants and dining options within the area. There is also ample parking available for guests with private vehicles. For those without a car, transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to get around. One thing future guests should be aware of is the ₱2,000 security deposit per room, which is cash only. It would be helpful if this requirement were clearly communicated during the booking process to avoid surprises upon check in. The main area for improvement is the breakfast experience. The dining area is quite limited for the number of guests, especially during busy periods, and the food selection could be expanded. The hotel should consider implementing a better system for managing guests during breakfast hours to minimize waiting and crowding. On weekends, opening a function room as an additional breakfast area could be a practical solution to accommodate more guests and improve the overall dining experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, accessibility, and convenient location. With some improvements to breakfast operations and clearer communication regarding the security deposit, the guest experience would be even better."

"We arrived late night due to certain client meetings etc. Your manager was very accomodating enough to provide all needed details on the stay and allowed us to park 2 cars without additional fee and even extended an hour prior to check out since we checked in late. Kudos to the manager plus the cleanliness of this hotel. Keep it up! Btw that clean white sheets and uratex foam gave us a good night sleep after a tiring day! 👏🏻"

"The place is good but sad to know that thier outside swimming pool is temporary close due to renovation thier jacuzzi im not satisfied hehehhe. The hall way going to our room is not clean maybe the management try to clean if there is a guest in that area."

"Pag nabook kau d nio macocontact ang property owner. Hahanapin nio nalang ung nagbabantay don pagdating nio. So sobrang lawak ng area medyo creepy. Pero pag goods na goods sya lalo na pag may pet kau. Malinis ang mga rooms un lang d ko alam anong issue pero madaming office, restaurant, ang d bukas at inaalikabok na kaya nakadagdag sa pagka creepy ng place. Buti nalang madami kaming nag book nung araw na un so nawala ung kaba namin. The second day kami nalang natira pero nawala na kaba nmin. Sobrang bait ni ate at kuya na tagabantay sa area 5/5. Kung kami tatanongin kung babalik pa kami don ang sagot ko ay YES perfect sya if naghahanap ka ng place na tahimik. Nag enjoy din kami maligo sa swiming pool malinis at relaxing."
