The reception was good and helpful, but the breakfast buffet was limited and modest, not befitting the Hilton name.

We had a super stay! Breakfast was decent, but the spa was a bit small. The hotel itself was very clean!

The overall environment is quite good, but the location is a bit out of the way, about 2-3 kilometers from the city center. The hotel service meets Hilton standards, but breakfast was just average with not many options.

Stayed at The Westin Grand Frankfurt during a business trip and had a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, which made it easy to rest after work. Staff were professional and helpful, and the overall service was smooth and efficient. A reliable and comfortable hotel choice when visiting Frankfurt.

It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the main square, just across a large pedestrian bridge, and then you're on the main bustling street. It's relatively quiet, feeling a bit removed from the hustle and bustle but not too far away.

The hotel is clean, tidy and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is good and closed to sightseeing spots and restaurants. It’s easy to find dinning places and buying sovenirs. The hotel offers health classes. We had dinning at the restaurant and food is delicious.
