Hotel 4 bintang Southbank yang Popular

Maybe it was once nice but it has got so many issues with it and I highly recommend you look elsewhere. We stayed in a two bedroom one bathroom apartment and it was honestly the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We were assigned room 2201W. Here are the issues we encountered during our four night stay. 1. Power outage on our last day with no back up generator for the entire building (both east and west). It’s 31 degrees outside so opening the doors is also not a smart option. Started at 9am and is already over 4 hours. As I have breastmilk in the fridge for my 3 month old, this is my worst nightmare. 2. Safe battery is low. Why hasn’t anyone changed it??? 3. Bathroom shower head plate is broken so water sprays at you un-uniformly and overall unpleasant. 4. Water drips out of the shower but the fall doesn’t go to the drain so the floor remains flooded. 5. Due to point number 4, the bottom of the bathroom door has expanded and the door does NOT close. It is so jammed that it feels like you’d break the handle trying to jam the latch in and back out. 6. Stupid placement of the microwave. You can’t open the microwave door more than 45 degrees. How on earth do you put a dinner plate in there??? 7. Missing cups/ mugs and glasses. 3 mugs, two short glasses, two tall glasses and odd numbered cutlery. Just fix it, for crying out loud! The top rack of the dishwasher was also broken making it difficult to pull in and out the middle rack. 8. Upon check in, we didn’t have any cleaning supplies such as dishwashing tablets, hand washing liquid for dishes or laundry powder. 9. Rooms are so tiny. Don’t expect to be able to open your medium sized luggages inside your room. We kept our two in the so called living space instead. 10. Generally upkeep is not there. Walls have visible stains and grime from previous guests. The whole place just overall felt really really filthy. 11. Not family friendly either. There is a flight of stairs at the entry and no ramp. There is a wheelchair elevator to the side which takes way too long to operate with a crying baby. If you’re on your own, be prepared to lift you pram up or hope a Good Samaritan can help you because the hotel staff won’t. Clearly there are issues within management and housekeeping. I sense laziness and lack of hospitality understanding is to blame. STAY ELSEWHERE!!!

Very convenient. Walking distance to flinders station. Breakfast is good. Allows guests to take away breakfast if they are not able to eat at the breakfast table due to catching flight etc. Hotel is new and clean however the design of sharing door for the shower and toilet is bad as water leaks out from the shower cubicle into the living area. This is dangerous and slippery. I nearly fell down! Otherwise this is a good hotel.

It was the first time I stayed at crown promenade Melbourne. It is very conveniently connected to crown ******, and the reception staff very friendly and helpful . The room was bright , spacious and clean . I intend to book another stay in the new year .

First off, I was disappointed that the image of the gym on the website was not present in the hotel; there are no free weights, just machines, which are still good, but not the same. The room was spacious and clean; Mantra staff even left a nice easter egg for us (as it was Easter weekend); however, they didn't restock the soap after the last visit, so we had to ask the staff for soap and toilet paper. Last, you must take a physical credit card; you cannot use your phone.

I stay here often, and every time I return the staff remember me. Very nice feeling to be welcomed back on first name. Staff always accomodating to every request. So close to tram stop that takes you right into the cbd. Two convenience stores 1min walk away coffee and cafes so close and one street away food options. love this place for work or pleasure trips

Excellent apartment.Great staff and service.Nothing too much trouble.Very clean and well maintained common areas.Reception a very welcoming space. Staff very friendly, confident and efficient. Perfect location for Southbank,the City and attractions. Would highly recommend.

Location, cleanliness, and facilities in this hotel were very good, though the staff weren't very friendly they helped me whenever I had a concern or a request making things lot easy. Yes Optus couldn't get any network on my iphone, I couldn't use any mobile data or do hot spot. There were only two lifts, and long wait for lift is a disappointment particularly on busy days, and the lifts were also very cramped when there were more traffic. There isn't a computer desk or a computer chair, so if you travel for business it hurts your back.The dining chairs were also pretty ordinary for the Oaks brand. Location is the best for public transport or simply roaming around the Yarra river and southbank, flinders street is a short walk from the apartment. The apartment in general was very clean, and the amenities were also very good, bed and bathroom were neat too.

Overall 4 point, lokasi agak senang nak cari, kat simpang kawasan bandar, Suguo nak naik free tram jauh sikit. Ruang bilik ok, tetapi bilik tidur agak kecil, pemandangan balkoni berbeza dari gambar rasmi, menghadap langsung ke bangsal yang dihias luaran, jarak bangunan sempit.

Было не совсем понятно, куда заходить, кто тебя встретит, нет стойки ресепшен 24 часа, его вообще нет, нужно было позвонить по номеру горячей линии CLLIX, пришла девушка и встретила, в лобби не попасть без чипа. Но в остальном было шикарно, апартаменты вы самом высоком здании Австралии на 35 этаже, там есть всё фен, стиральная машина, сушильная машина, плита, духовка, чайник, съемная Лейка душа. Шикарный номер, как современная, оснащенная квартира

Great location to my friends in South bank. Awesome shower with great water pressure. Full sized hair dryer. I read the reviews before I booked. and agree the rooms are small. Good for one person or a bed. I was on the first floor, as a single female I didn’t feel entirely comfortable from a safety perspective. Although grateful for an hour earlier check in. The staff were very good. My room had no natural light. There were windows that faced to the back of the elevator and the wall of next door. Great hotel for location and being out most the time.
