Very nice room that is clean, spacious, and airy. On the second floor, there is a handy access to a balcony to step outside and observe the area. The staff are polite and accommodating and the breakfast is adequate. During my stay, a hurricane was approaching (see the photo!) so the pool was closed and some amenities were not available, but still had a delightful stay! Fully recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. Plus, downtown and historic St. Augustine are worth a visit, there are a lot of things to see and enjoy.

My husband and I had a great one night stay. The room was very clean. That's all I can say cause we did check in late around d 7 so we didn't really do anything but sleep and got up at 4am to leave for work. Very quiet place also. Thank you..

Staff was pleasant enough. The property needs a high level corporate team to come in and fix it. Check- in was flawed with a nonexistent problem with my credit card. Lobby rug is filthy. Furniture in the room was filthy, although I have to say the bathroom was clean, and the bed sheets were unstained. The mattress was way past its prime and needed replacement. Breakfast had a dysfunction each and every day of our 5 night stay. No coffee, no pancakes, no eggs, no anything you can think of, at some point along the way. Not simply that it went empty and the staff was in the process or refilling............ something was empty and remained that way for an extended period. On one morning an egg product was left in the steam tray for so long that it was thoroughly inedible and hard. No one bothered to check it, change it, or refresh it. Because of the credit card foul-up, they upgraded our room to a ”suite”(?). This was a very strange room with a very big void space. Like something was missing from the room! Most likely another bed. It had a pullout couch, OK. But the couch was filthy. Even with a note handed to the front desk person, bathroom exhaust fan, bathroom door know, and an apparent electrical short with the entry light all went unrepaired. Over many years I've stay at many (dozens and dozens) of Holiday Inn properties. This was by far the worst.

Lokasi yang menakjubkan, hotel yang cantik, dan kakitangan yang hebat. Bilik berbau sedikit hapak dan berasa sedikit lembap tetapi ia sangat bagus dan selesa. Peti sejuk mini dan microwave adalah sentuhan yang bagus. Kolam renang dan tab mandi panas kelihatan agak samar kerana saya merasakan paras klorin tidak cukup tinggi dan tab mandi panas hampir tidak panas, tetapi ini tidak penting kerana hotel ini betul-betul bersebelahan dengan pantai. Ini adalah hotel yang lebih lama dan beberapa perkara perlu disegarkan seperti beberapa kabinet yang retak. Sarapan paginya okey, penjaga sarapan kelihatan tidak perlu sedikit. Bilik airnya bagus, luas dan bersih. Secara keseluruhan kami mempunyai pengalaman yang indah, dapat mendaftar masuk awal, dan sangat selesa.
