"It's very close to Vevey train station, just across the street from the exit, so there are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stops nearby, making it very convenient. The room we booked was quite large, and we easily accommodated our last-minute request for an extra bed. Our room also came with a kitchen, complete with cutlery, utensils, and a microwave. For Chinese people accustomed to hot water and hot meals, after the torment of cold bread and salads in German-speaking Switzerland, it was finally possible to buy cold food from the supermarket and heat it up in the room before eating. Haha… The bathroom was a bit dated; the air conditioning was probably a retrofit, so it had its own remote control, not a panel on the wall. The breakfast was simple, with limited options. If you wanted coffee, you had to ask the waiter, and they would brew a pot for you. It's very close to Vevey train station—just cross the road from the exit. So, there are plenty of surrounding supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stops, making it quite convenient. The booked room is relatively spacious, and our temporary request for an extra bed was easily fulfilled. The room type we chose also comes with a kitchen, equipped with tableware, cooking utensils, and a microwave. For Chinese people who are used to drinking hot water and eating warm meals, after being "tortured" by all the cold bread and cold salads in the Swiss German-speaking region, it’s such a relief to finally be able to buy cold food from the supermarket, take it back to the room, and heat it up before eating. Haha... The bathroom facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner seems to be retrofitted too, so it has a separate remote control instead of being controlled by a panel on the wall. The breakfast is quite simple with not a lot of options. If you want coffee, you need to ask the waiter, and they’ll brew a pot separately."

"We booked 3 rooms , and all the rooms were not too clean. For a hotel new hotel it’s considered pretty bad maintenance. The bathroom is only half covered, I don’t get it why. And the water splashes outside. As Asians, we shower twice a day. To us the cleanliness of toilet is very important. And bed is pretty small for a king bed. The lobby and breakfast is great but not the room"

"Small and very friendly hotel in Vevey,Switzerland. Hotel only occupies the top floors of the building, but the rooms are nice, breakfast is good, and our view of Lake Geneva was fine. The staff is very nice and helpful. There are two public buses that serve the immediate area and go strait to the town of Vevey. Also if your immediate interest is the Charlie Chaplin museum you can either walk or take the bus. Both are easy. So Please go there and enjoy the town and have a pleasant stay."

"We had a great time to enjoy the lake front room at the hotel. The staff did great job to prepare the room for the wife's birthday. The view is breathtaking and the hotel service is great. We did not have time to enjoy the spa but the breakfast is excellent. The hotel is suitable for romantic stay and the location is super for the sunset picture of Lake Geneva."

"A Absolute Horror! Immediately escape! ⚠️ ​ Note: 1/5 ​ Title: A Healthy Pesmaze. Unacceptable! ​ We stayed (or rather survived) one night in this hotel in Vevey with my partner, and this was a very traumatic experience. ​ The warmth in the room was so disturbing and human that we couldn't stay there. To tell you all, we had to walk in the street up to 5 a.m. just to breathe. To grab a few minutes of sleep, we had to cover ourselves with wet clothes with cold water. It's a shame! The hotel is a very good hotel for the public. ​To corone all, the infrastructure is in a lamentable state: ​ Sad hygiene: hair in bed and a dirty bathroom. ​ Extreme dress: All is old and poorly maintained. ​ Plumbing problem: The water from the washing shop was boiling out, impossible to refresh. ​ The only "positive" point (if you can say) is the kindness of the reception staff. Unfortunately, they devastation the places from 21:00, leaving you completely delivered to yourself in the face of the disaster. ​ This place can't even be called a "hotel". It's a public danger and it's unacceptable that it continues to work without punishment. Do not make the mistake to put your feet on it!"

"I had a great stay here, don't listen to the negative reviews, the hotel is under new ownership and renovations to the bar and restaurant were well under way, with the installation of a proper Irish style pub, hopefully fully opening next week. Yes the rooms are a bit dated, apparently a programme of refurbishment is next on the owners agenda. But the rooms are very clean and comfortable with lovely warm good pressure shower. The staff at every level are welcoming and friendly, the owners in particular were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is in a fabulous location, right on the main square and just a short stroll to the lake and tour boats etc. I would definitely stay here again"

"The apartment itself is quite spacious, with a large and comfortable bed, though it was a bit creaky. There's also a sofa for relaxing or just socializing and watching TV. One downside is that the TV is very small, only 3 channels worked, and there's no Netflix. Another issue was that the toilet in the bathroom wasn't properly clean. The location is good because it's near the station, but there are a lot of surveillance cameras. We felt quite observed and intimidated by a group of men/boys who were circling the street at the same time for three consecutive days. Furthermore, I was very unhappy because we asked to reserve parking, and when we arrived, we couldn't park our car in the apartment's private parking spaces because we were told it was full, even though there were only two cars parked there for all three days. We ended up having to pay absurd amounts for parking in another lot."

Great value for money, maybe because of the construction site right in front of it (Sept 2026), but we closed the windows in the morning before the work started and weren't bothered by it at all.
