Everything was great. The family room is very spacious and it was clean. The breakfast was good either. We especially enjoyed the yoghurt with fruits and nuts. The staff is kind and helpful.

Close to HBF Wien, Gluten free/Vegan/Bio options for breakfast, helpful, friendly staff, sustainable catering/hosting practices. We loved our stay at the Zeitgeist & would recommend for travellers wanting a safe, comfortable stay while contributing to sustainable tourism! We are 50-60 years.

The hotel is a little old. But its good location and sound management has continued to attract customers. It takes less than a minute to walk to an underground station, which is just minutes away from all the hot spots. The hotel has undergone refurbishment. All amenities of a 4 stars hotel are there. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff are polite and helpful. A friend checked in at 7 a.m. was given room right away with no extra charge. The breakfast, a little pricey (€17), has a decent selection. The waiters are attentive.

Amazing and value-for-money! Will definitely recommend. Friendly staff, rooms is very clean and even had a nice view on 12th floor. They also helped to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast also have good options, though sometimes might be a bit crowded. Location is just in front of 2 Trams, which one of them going to Train Central Station (Wien Hbf) directly. Also metro is within 5min walk. Besides that there are multiple Lidle or Billa supermarkets within 5min walk, and the Mariahilfer shopping street is just next to hotel. Would like to be back again!

Everything was good. The hotel is located at a calm and lovely street. With plenty of cafes and coffee shops around. few minutes walk from the train station ( small shopping mall) to airport. Tram and bust stop is also few steps away. The Only inconvenience - there is no elevator on every floor and no one to help you with luggage. :( had difficulties to carry two heavy bags up and down on stairs. :( No air condition in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the rooms. Housekeeping did an exceptional job, ensuring that everything was in order and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. One standout feature of this hotel was the complimentary mini bar. It was a pleasant surprise to find that not only was it stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks, but also that I had the option to customize the items according to my personal preferences. This level of flexibility and attention to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. The service provided by the hotel staff was another highlight of my stay. They were genuinely warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience, especially the Austrian breakfast offered. The variety of dishes, including traditional Austrian favorites, was a treat. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly. It was a great way to start each day of my stay.

Chaotic My wife and I had booked the nearby Arcotel Donauzentrum months earlier for a three-night stay. Two days before we were due to arrive we got an email from Arcotel saying they had messed up our booking and we were now in the Kaiserwasser (K). K never seemed to recover from that. The good things about K are that it has a large car park and is close to a metro station so you can get to central Vienna in a short time. But it is a business hotel and tourists seemed a bit of a nuisance. The staff were kind but seemed to have awful trouble with their accounting system. Since we had been dumped on K, we had a fairly grim room but decided to make the best of it. Breakfast was OK and there is a nice open-air eating space. TOP TIP: if you are driving to this hotel, be aware that Google Maps has great difficulty finding it as it is in the middle of a spaghetti road system. A lot of the roads in the area are in tunnels and GPS reception disappears. Nightmare. The K is just about OK but there must be more pleasant places to stay for the price.

The hotel located near the beautiful cathedral and supermarket. Also, there is a nearby transportation tram metro and bus super convenient. However, it is near city centre which u can walk to many attractions from the hotel.

The location is not very near to the train station if you carry big luggage to walk around. It’s not inside the city as well but you can get to the city within 20 mins, so it’s acceptable. Room was spacious, bright and clean. The breakfast buffet selection is rather limited. However, they have the ala carte eggs menu free to order which saves the breakfast quality. Next, the negative points. The receptionist guy (in specs & suits) was not helpful (unfortunately, we didn’t get his name because the staff here do not wear name tags). We stayed for 3 nights and we asked the guy to help us book the rooftop bar and he failed to do so for every single night. First night he said it was fully booked and said it would be available the next day. Next day, he said the bar was fully booked again. Third day, he wasn’t around and we asked a friendly female receptionist to help check the availability and she successfully made the booking for us. We went up on our last night and the bar was pretty much empty. It was a disappointing service and experience from the reception guy considering the high level of customer service claimed by Andaz.

Stayed here for 5 days delivering a training course for an outside company. Hotel is in a great location, underground 5 min walk away, tram stops outside. 10 min walk and you are in the heart of the city. Hotel is very pleasant, nicely decked out with a great ambience. The staff are wonderful, from reception to the bar and restaurant always smiling, very attentive, friendly and professional. Some of the best Hotel staff I have ever encountered, a big plus for the hotel. Food is very good, great quality, presentation and taste. This has been best Hilton I have stayed in, and i have stayed in a few. Thank you for making my trip to Vienna even more memorable.
