Jazz In The City Hotel 28 February - 2 March 2023 Room 500 5 stars for its cleanliness and service! Location: We took the Vienna Airport Cab from the airport to the hotel. We paid Euro 37 (one way). It was very convenient. It took about 30 minutes. The driver drove carefully and was on time to fetch us at the airport. The hotel is accessible to the underground and shopping area. Reception: Excellent and very helpful! We were able to check in early and the room was already ready when we arrived. Room: Modern, fresh and very clean indeed! The bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and bed were all immaculately clean and dust free. It has all the amenities that you need. Our room was located in a quiet area. Bathroom/Toilet: Very clean indeed! Breakfast: Excellent breakfast! You can order sunny side up or omelette which is freshly cooked. Very clean and fresh breakfast area. Check out: Fast and effective! Recommendation: Why not paint the ceiling of the room white and paint the water pipes black? It will give a smooth, clean and fresh feel. Overall a great hotel and walking distance from the schonnburn Palace and zoo. The hotel has good service and well equip to rooms including and espresso machine for your daily coffee and tea in room. We food was also good as we only had breakfast. Overall size of the room was okay and it was quite comfortable. Lot of food options in supermarket in walking distance from the hotel. Tram and public transports are also available within walking distance from the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Vienna. The price is quite value for money. We stayed for five nights in July 2022 and paid around 430 EUR excl Breakfast.

Loved the location of this place! I have stayed in Vienna before and this location was far more ideal, very close to the opera house, main square, Museums etc. We were on the second floor and yes there is no receptionist there all the time but we had an issue with the shower in our room and rang for help, 2 minutes later there was a knock at the door and the issue was sorted straight away. Great amenities in the room - coffee machine, kettle, Bottled water, sweets etc. There is a lift, but it is very small so if coming with suitcases you may have to take a few trips as I could only fit in with one bag.

It was truly a pleasant stay. We enjoyed it very much! The only concern was for sofa bed. I asked to prepare it for sleep, but once we came back it wasn’t really prepared. Also we found a wet towel once we came back after sightseeing.

The location is the best! Environment also very near to supermarket and transportation. Drinks, food, everything nearby and is so convenient. Even night time go back also very safety as the location is in the middle of city. 1 more things I like is to drink the refresher drink and snack provide from the hotel every morning before I leave the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel with my family during the Easter break. The hotel is located 20 mins from the city centre but there is a tram station close to the hotel. The room is poorly lit and provide only thick blanket with no extra pillows. The hotel mentions air-conditioning in the description but they provide AC only during June to September. I believe they should have mentioned it clearly upfront. The hotel is on the busy street and so it was not possible to keep the window open during night time as we were initially given a room on the lower floor. We felt quite hot in the room and Beatrice the staff moved us to the higher floor next day where it was possible to keep the window s open without the noise. Overall it was pretty average and didn't feel like a 4 star property and the price we paid. I would have given it 2/5 but the extra 1 is only for Beatrice who helped us with the room.

We arrived late evening and the checkin was very easy. Staff very helpful. the room was very spacious for 2 large suitcases and still lots of room for king size bed, and a small table and chairs (Sitting area). Good bathroom facilities and good shower. We choose to stay just out of the city to save on price and it was very easy to walk to to the Metro station (10 min) and then a few stops to the city centre. Breakfast very filling and lovely sitting area. The area around the hotel is very quiet and relaxing. This was my first time in H+ Hotels and from the Wien hotel, we also stayed in Salzburg H+ hotel. Certainly not a basic hotel but very comfortable.

A fantastic experience at the Imlauer Hotel in Vienna. I stayed in one of their standard , courtyard facing rooms which was modern, clean and very comfortable. The wifi was good and the airconditioning worked beautifully in the warm September weather. We were there for 4 days of meetings and used their hotel meeting room, which was set out perfectly and offered everything that we needed. Kudos to their awesome staff, who were friendly, efficient and always willing to help. A special mention to Lauren in reception, who provided us a bunch of restaurant recommendations, all in walking distance, which were all fantastic! She was always friendly and went out if her way to help us with anything that we needed - thank you Lauren! Also Balazs and Mirtin who helped us arrange the meeting venue and made sure we were 100% happy all of the time. The breakfast was great - a good selection and fresh. The hotel was pretty full when we were there but we never struggled for a table or queued too long for food. Pricing for our stay was high, but this is likely because of the large European conference happening in Vienna while we were there. All hotels were the same. I can highly recommend this hotel - clean, good location, tasty breakfast, great staff and comfortable rooms.

This hotel/old Roman Post office was a hidden treasure. The proprietors are welcoming and generous. The land is encircled by a stone wall built by the Romans in the 1st century! The food is delicious and all homemade. We had a lovely musical evening with the local people singing and playing Slovenian folk songs. Please come and visit, you will be amazed.

This is the ONE property my sons and I stayed at that wasn't found from Rick Steve's guide books. It was a fairly last-minute booking found through google maps and chosen due to location and price. What I liked best: the beds! We had a triple and my single bed was the softest bed in 10 hotels for 18 nights. Second best: the breakfast was amazing. Half the breakfasts I added upon check-in as European hotel breakfasts fast became my sons' favorite meal. Third best: the front desk staff were extra helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me good advice on travel to the stadium. I needed an unrelated reservation printed out and they did it quickly and didn't charge me - I don't think. Haivng worked in the hotel industry for 6 years, I know many hotels would have charged for this service. LOCATION: The hotel was close to Ernst-Happel Stadium with a train/tram stop right outside the hotel. We took the 25 train/tram, walked maybe 2 mintues to the U2 u-bahn station and the U2 took us right to the stadium. APPEARANCE: The outward appearance of the hotel was the one detractor and the reason I almost didn't book it. It's a large white square with a blue horizontal painted line across and to be blunt, it looks sketchy. But the lobby area inside is nice and the dinning area decor was downright elegant. And while our triple room looked straight out of the 70's, the bed was comfortable and the room satisfied our needs - a quiet place to stay.
