This hotel was reasonably priced and in a safe location. There were several restaurants within walking distance and also a little grocery store across the street. It's not right in the middle of the action of Vienna, but those hotels are more expensive. We usually took about a $10 Uber ride to get to the downtown area. The hotel was very clean and quiet, except I could hear toilets flushing upstairs. The rooms are rather dated, it definitely had an '80s feel to it. The breakfast was delicious and served by a very nice staff. They had lots of breads, meats, fruits, etc and you could also order eggs cooked specifically for you. The staff at check-in was friendly, but no one ever offered to help me get a cab or get my bags out of a cab for me. I feel like they would have helped if I asked. The furniture in the entire hotel seemed worn and cheap. Every chair I sat in felt like it might collapse. They could certainly use some updating. For what it was I would recommend it.

Stayed here for 5 days delivering a training course for an outside company. Hotel is in a great location, underground 5 min walk away, tram stops outside. 10 min walk and you are in the heart of the city. Hotel is very pleasant, nicely decked out with a great ambience. The staff are wonderful, from reception to the bar and restaurant always smiling, very attentive, friendly and professional. Some of the best Hotel staff I have ever encountered, a big plus for the hotel. Food is very good, great quality, presentation and taste. This has been best Hilton I have stayed in, and i have stayed in a few. Thank you for making my trip to Vienna even more memorable.

This was a much more modern, clean and sophisticated hotel than I was expecting and I’d highly recommend. On arrival the member of staff was helpful and the lobby space is very impressive with lots to admire. The gold lifts with old traditional number indicators are fantastic! I had a corner room which was configured for single occupancy. The corner location resulted in the space being a bit of an odd size and shape but it was very modern, clean and comfortable for a short stay. The lighting throughout was good, decent charging sockets next to the bed and there was no noise from outside or other rooms. The decor was really nice and goes well with the theme of the hotel. The bathroom was a small space and unfortunately the shower leaked over the floor, but it was as modern as everywhere else and the toiletries was really nice. The restaurant in the hotel is very high-end and unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to try it during my short stay, but there are plenty of other more casual places in the area. There is a bar in the lobby but it feels more like a cafe and isn’t the cosiest to end the day with a drink in. Overall for the price this was an impressive hotel in a good central location, walkable to all the main sights, and if you prefer modern then it should be on your short list.

非常好的酒店，個人強烈推薦。
開始還挺擔心的，這個價格在維也納市區真的不算貴，看評價也不都是好評，有點糾結想定另一家貴一倍的酒店，後來為了節約點訂了這家，但給了我很多驚喜。
另外出發前我改過行程，它家在我已經扣款後居然還能順利退款，簡直是我用攜程十年第一次感覺能把錢取回來，覺得很大方。
另外是在我落地維也納機場，被土航搞丟了行李，又冷又煩，又搞不定市內交通迷路了，最後從中心車站打車到的酒店，這樣的前提下，這家酒店的環境和景緻極大的安撫了我的情緒。
首先它很顯眼，綠色的棚頂在附近很醒目。其次我覺得房間足夠大，在我今年住了新加坡香港的小房間之後，甚至覺得巨大。雙床因為我是一個人還好，兩個人的話可能不大喜歡這種拼起來的大床。
環境很好，附近有家好吃的不得了的川菜。在維也納吃兩天麪包你就知道找到一家好的川菜多麼難得了。周天教堂會有禮拜日，注意週六買夠吃的，周天很麻煩，超市都關門。出門右轉五分鐘還有一家不錯的酒窖，可以自己選酒。
交通方面，出門右手邊就是一號線，去中央車站就一站路，挺好找的。
最後，最後一天我才發現房間裏有冰箱，前兩天我都是燒了水放窗外晾好…被自己蠢哭了簡直
總的來説，我會推薦這家酒店給所有盆友

When I review a hotel I do so based on what i am looking for on the trip, on this trip I was looking for a nice hotel near to Vienna city centre with breakfast. Hotel & Palais Strudlhof ticked all the boxes. A 15 minute walk into the centre of Vienna with a tram line stop around 100 metres away. The rooms were fairly large and had all the amenities that you would expect, breakfast was varied with both hot and cold food. The area was pleasant and safe and had several bars and restaurants nearby. Overall if you don't want to pay the high prices in the centre then this is ideal. I would stay here again and also recommend the 1090 bar nearby in Bauernfeldplatz and the Rembetiko greek restaurant a 5 minute walk away

The staff were very helpful. They could help us out even though we do not speak German. The check in and check out was quick, the breakfast was plenty and had a lot of varieties. Plus point for the DIY, fresh waffels.
We were not staying long enough to try out all provided services, but what we tried was good.

The hotel is a little further out of town but was perfectly located for our conference and has a good transport link into the Inner Stadt within 10mins Room was perfect with a lovely bed and all amenities required. Staff were really friendly and professional. Special thanks to Lana who works in the rooftop bar who was really friendly and kind. Great job to all the staff at Melia Vienna.

PPengguna TetamuIn occasione del decimo compleanno della mia nipotina, ho voluto recarmi a Vienna ed ho scelto l' albergo in questione rimanendone molto soddisfatto. L' albergo, seppur distante dal centro della città e dall' aeroporto di Vienna, è comunque molto ben collegato a questi con treni e metropolitana puntuali ed efficienti anche durante le ore notturne. La struttura sorge in un centro commerciale fornito di tutti i servizi tra cui negozi, bar, ristoranti e c'e' pure una discoteca e quindi, all' occorrenza, ci si può divertire anche senza muoversi ”da casa”. Inoltre il Danubio è vicinissimo ed è possibile passeggiare nel verde dei parchi che sorgono accanto al fiume. Lo staff dell' hotel parla tante lingue, tutti sono gentili e preparati e le camere sono spaziose e pulite regolarmente, a meno che non si scelga di rinunciare al servizio giornaliero ed essere rimborsati di 5€. La colazione viene servita fino a tarda mattinata e propone davvero di tutto con alti standard sia di qualità che di quantità. Ho trovato insomma tutto quello che cercavo e che mi era stato proposto. Forse, ad essere pignoli, ho trovato i cuscini del letto eccessivamente ”molli” ma, per il resto (come già sottolineato), non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi.

PPengguna TetamuL’appartamento e’ fuori dalla zona centro di Vienna, ma super accessibile per qualsiasi mezzo disponile nelle vicinanze: 1.metropolitana (sono 3 minuti a piedi, dietro l’angolo) 2.stazione treni regionali (affianco alla metropolitana per qualsiasi destinazione) 3. Bus: occorre superare la stazione dei treni per accedere al capolinea del bus (linea400) 4.tram: anch’esso si trova dio il parco avendo sorpassato la fermata del bus (tram linea D) Per quanto riguarda i supermercati, di fronte all’hotel si trova il pratico supermercato Billa. L’hotel, non essendoci il personale x la reception all’orario di arrivo, e’ pratico nell’eseguire il check-in. Quando si prenota si riceve un codice della porta per poter entrare e successivamente sul bancone di entrata basterà scannerizzare il qr-code ricevuto durante la prenotazione, inserire la prenotazione e prelevare le tessere messe a disposizione per poter attivare il numero di chiave della stanza. Al piano terra c’è una stanza adibito a relax con divani, sedie e tavolini e un piano cucina per farsi il caffè (a pagamento) o lavare gli utensili. Ci sono anche le macchinette di bibite o cibo. Inoltre, si può trovare la stanza per poter lavare gli indumenti, si accede tramite la tessera della stanza (occorre scaricare l’app della Miele e il minino ricaricabile è 20€!). L’appartamento è silenzioso, l’unica pecca riscontrata è stata quella del termostato dell’aria calda, in quanto il ricircolo usciva sempre fredda anche aumentando la temperatura e con 6 gradi esterni abbiamo richiesto assistenza in reception e il giorno seguente oltre a noi ben 6 appartamenti erano stati settati al minimo e pertanto dopo il sopralluogo del tecnico, si è riportata la temperatura consona alla stagione invernale. Su ogni piano (accessibile sempre con la propria tessera) e’ presente un vano attrezzi dove si possono prelevare gli asciugamani, federe, carta igienica, cialde x la lavastoviglie e sacchetti per la spazzatura oltre a l’aspirapolvere e scopa da utilizzare. Consigliato. La spazzatura come richiesta sul sito si trova accedendo con l’ascensore che ha come tasto la U.

HHorror_AufdeckerAbsolut Kundenunfreundlich. Außer dreckig nur dreckig. Die Zimmer in einem absoluten Horrorzustand. Für diesen Preis eine bodenlose Frechheit. Das so eine Unterkunft überhaupt noch Menschen beherbergen darf, ist die größte Frechheit. Andere Hotelies die sich in Zeug legen, investieren und freundlich zu ihren Gästen sind, müssen sich so bemühen ihren Standard zu halten und dann kommen Häuser wie diese und bekommen solche Namen und Auszeichnungen. Keine Klimaanlage, nicht ordentlich zum abdunkeln, Luft holen bei so einer Lüftung, ist sicher auch Gesundheitsschädigend. Also an alle Tester oder alle Behörden, wie kann so etwas sein? Welche ein blinder mit Krückstock nicht gegeben hätte. Kann nur jedem empfehlen, sich eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen denn dann werdet ihr such eine schöne Zeit in Wien haben.

PPengguna TetamuWe visited Calmo hotel the past few days.it is very well situated only a 5 minutes walk from Spittelau metro U4 metro stop.from there the city of Vienna lies in front of your feet.the room is good for 3 people and it was always cleaned and warm.the breakfast is adequate for a day of walking in Vienna.not a great variety but enough to get you going.the staff was always helpful and kind.My only disappoin**ent was the absence of a fridge in the room. Thanks to the weather we stored our refreshments outside of the window. But the pros are far more from the cons so if we would go back in Vienna we would visit the hotel again.

RrocktheworldThe location is superb! Just less than 1 min walk from the Vienna Main Central Station. Very quiet and clean hotel. The pillow and bed are very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. I Really enjoyed! wifi connection was good. I will definitely come back.

BBo RFor the price this room was perfect. The location is not far from the U1Metro and you are equally close to the city center.
When I first arrived I used the lift to get my heavy bag to the main floor. Unfortunately, with all my bags I failed to read the notice about the red line that you must be in front of so I was temporarily stuck in the elevator. I called the listed number and they cleared that up immediately.
The room is a bed a desk and a television with a full bathroom. For the price I found this to be more than enough. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what is being offered but I didn't bother since I was so close to so many restaurants.
The front desk is occupied only a few hours a day and when I first arrived my key was sitting on the desk with my name on it. This was at around 4:30PM so I was a little surprised. The next day I was able to share my passport info and check in. I was able to call the number and speak with someone at 11pm to extend my stay a day so I can't complain about the service.
Perhaps the only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the wifi was very spotty and disconnected frequently. Luckily, due to the central location in the capitol of Austria cell service was top notch.
I would happily stay again at Dan's In'n Out and I can recommend it wholeheartedly.
