The staff on tonight (24th March 2023), were amazing. From picking us up at the airport, checking us in, serving us at the bar and in the restaurant. So friendly and helpful always multitasking (including speaking English) with a big smile and very welcoming. The room and the food was excellent. Thank you x

The hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly, though there were some language barriers but I guess that's to be expected in France. The biggest problem was, that the rooms were incredibly hot and that made sleeping really difficult. There was no way to make the rooms cooler. The best I could do was to turn of the ventilation completely. I was explained that the hotel is in heating mode and therefore the air conditioning was turned of and there was nothing the staff could do. Why would anyone want to heat a building when the weather is warm outside is beyond me, but it did make the stay rather uncomfortable. The other issue which was more of an inconvenience, was that although I did ask for a printed receipt, I was told that they cannot print the receipts and it would be sent to my email address. Predictably it was not there and I needed to call back after the trip to have it resent. It was not the first time a hotel told me they would send the receipt over email and it didn't arrive (which is why I always ask for a printed receipt), but it was the first time they actually declined printing it.

Great gym, pool, restaurant, and bar. Very nice place and excellent staff. Only complaint is that there is not an earlier shuttle to the airport which is about a 6 /7 min walk away when there are clearly people such as myself and others who needed to be at the airport before 5 am. It’s an easy walk, which I took, however since the airport is under construction and there are no clear markings as to which side of the airport to go to, it took us nearly a half hour to reach our destination with 2 children in tow and pulling luggage. This could have been easily done with a shuttle service that coordinated with all these early flights. By 5 am the airport was packed with long lines. I will not stay here again for that reason. I paid the extra for a nice hotel with shuttle service. So it’s not worth it to me if there is only half of what is needed.

un tres bon service quelques installations doivent etre supprimées bonne nourriture par rapport à son prix. LE SEUL PROBLEME EST LE PRELEVEMENT DE 50 EUROS DE COTION REMBOURSER AU PEUT ETRE DANS PLUSIEURS JOURS. AUCUN HOTEL NE LE FAIT A PRESENT. PERSONNELLEMENT UNE COTION DE 50 EUROS M'est ETE DEBITER DE MON COMPTE LE 2-09-2022 ET CE JOUR AUCUN REMBOURSEMENT. ET UNE AUTRE AUSSI DE 50 EUROS EN DATE DU 10-09 ET AUCUN REMBOURSEMENT. VOUS NE DEVRIEZ JAMAIS DEBITER UN COMPTE D'UNE PERSONNE POUR UN SANS MOTIF . SI JE ME TREMPE JE DEMANDE PARDON SACHEZ JE FAIRAIS TOUS POUR NE PLUS PRENDRE IBIS

Tout était parfait! Merci pour l’accueil chaleureux de Mourad , il a été super gentil très bien accueillant. Amine s’est tres bien occupé de nous également. Petit déjeuner parfait, chambre tres spacieuse et propre. On reviendra avec plaisir merci encore !

When arrived at the reception I was overcharged 10euro more than on bookings.com.When asked why is the price difference receptionists cannot explain . When get to the room it look great and clean. When unpacking 30min later noticed terrible odour from the carpet .While after when take shower and seat at the desk in the room I find out that small worms/ants?! are getting on my feet!.Beeing very tired simply ignore this and went to bed.Unfortunately noise from the rooms around me woke me up.!.some crazy noise,very loud from the couple’s ********** or god know what they where doing. 1:30am I did finished my experience with this place and let to the airport . I’m well travelled but never had to leave that bad comment

Nice hotel really convenient if you need to take an early train. Nice welcome with pick up service to the airport.

Самый обычный Ibis 2 звезды.Видел отели лучше,но и хуже. Понравилось расположение,рядом магазин и заправка с парковкой.Не понравилось размер комнаты и обман с ценами.В booking цена за двоих на 2 ночи 162€,а через Trip 148.20$.Естественно мы берём через Trip.Человек на входе(администратор) требует с вас ещё 3.80€ Tax,ну ок.После выселения потребовали чек,администратор уже другой и в чеке наша цена 142€.По факту этот отель должен стоить 126€ и не больше.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement le 18 août 2022. Nous devions prendre un vol très matinal à l’aéroport M****ille Provence à Marignane. La situation de l’établissement juste à côté de l’aéroport est très pratique.Le personnel de l’accueil est top. Le seul point d’amélioration concerne la propreté.
