The customer service I received was top notch from the moment I stepped into the hotel to check in. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. My newly renovated room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The hotel was centrally located and within walking distance to both tourist attractions and shops.

Staff was super friendly, location was excellent as many restaurants and supermarkets around. Room was nice and clean. There were 2 kitchens for food / coffee preparation, living room to relax. Well heated room and could control it from the room. There was an issue with wifi.

I stayed here during a recent business trip. It is very well located for any kind of downtown activities and it is right by the river with a lovely walking path. My room was not large, but it was spotlessly clean and had everything I could have wanted. The shower was excellent with lots of hot water. They provide a Nespresso machine along with a microwave and a kettle and a refrigerator with real cream for your morning coffee. For the first time ever, I saw a steamer in the room which I prefer much more than an iron. The restaurant, Belly of the Bison, is excellent. If I’m back in Whitehorse I will stay there again.
