I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I traveled as a solo female on a last-minute whim with little to no Chinese language skills. Not only was I greeted warmly, but the staff were exceptionally nice. They helped me book a day trip to Zhangjiajie, including transport. They made a great effort in solving my problems and ensuring I was okay. They even made sure I ate and helped me with ordering food, accommodating my dietary requirements by translating and selecting suitable meals. The room was beautiful and spacious. I loved how everything was automatic, including the curtains. They even had one of those bidet/automatic toilets. The hotel is super close to Tianmen Mountain, allowing me to visit early in the morning and still have time to go to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon and Glass Bridge. It is also close to the 72 Wonders Tower (72 Qilou). On my first night, I couldn’t figure out how to get Didi working, and one of the staff booked it for me. I highly recommend this hotel—10/10!

The hotel is situated just one street behind the main road, what makes it a quiet hotel in terms of street noises. The friendliness of the hotel owners is out of this world and top class. The patience she displays in helping us plan our best tour is unprecedented. Also the openness to her family is heartwarming. The duplex room is spacious and has a nice bath and great beds and the airco is great. However there is some wear and tear of the room. But this is just a minor thing. So if you are planning to visit the national park of Zhangjiajie and want to have a great and warm hostess, this is your hotel.

It is a small hotel. They provide a limited number of food to order for breakfast. Almost like a bed-and-breakfast place. Overall, it was a nice place to stay as long as you do not need their transportation service. The driver charged 120 CNY to the airport. The owner decided to send us instead of the driver. When we arrived at the airport, he charged 200 CNY. This hotel is about a 5-minute drive / 35 minutes walk to the entrance to the Zhangjiajie's Avatar / floating mountains. It is about 50 minute drive from the Tianmen Heaven's Gate. I recommend staying at the Zhangjiajiw's center (10-15 minutes drive to Tianmen Heaven's Gate). Pros: A bidet is available in the bathroom. The decor is lovely. The location is convenient to the main road with restaurants and many other stores. Cons: There was no place to hang the used towel if you plan to use it again. There is no place to put soap in the bathroom other than on the window sill. Also, it only gives one small bottle of soap to use for the sink and the shower. It has mosquitoes in the room. If you need to use the bathtub, please make sure to clean it yourself again before use. It was not very clean. No English-speaking staff.

Loved staying at this hotel ! 10/10 I would recommend. As a tourist from out of the country I felt very welcome and well taken care of right from when I got there. The room was clean and the view of the mountains from my window was literally breathtaking. Also, I would like to say a big thank you to the hotel staff for being so helpful and efficient..when I first got into my room, I made a mistake and ended up blowing a fuse in my room. I went downstairs to the front desk and explained the situation and it was fixed within a few minutes of me getting back to my room...thank you! I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhangjiajie

酒店環境幽靜，房間乾淨整潔，窗外就是一條大河，遠處就是天門山，風景很不錯!酒店是四星級酒店，早餐挺豐盛的。我們一家三口，訂了兩個房間帶早餐。多出一個人的早餐經過前台和大堂經理協調也給安排的很滿意。總的來説，非常滿意!以後再來張家界，還會入住張家界國際大酒店!

The two men who work at this hotel were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast soup was delicious! A must try. The room was a good size and was comfortable, however it could have done with so thorough cleaning. The pool was a great way to wind down after a long day of walking in the heat!! All in all a lovely stay.

Lokasi hotel sangat baik dan mudah dicari. Berhampiran dengan Xiangxi yang menawan. Apa yang lebih baik ialah terdapat tempat letak kereta yang bebas dan longgokan pengecasan. Walaupun pengecasan perlahan, ia sangat mudah. Ia betul-betul di pintu masuk hotel dan restoran di tingkat bawah hotel.Rasanya sedap dan harga yang berpatutan.Key hotel masih sangat baru.Katilnya memang selesa.Sayang kena rushing,kalau tak nak sangat. tinggal dua hari lagi. Bufet sarapan yang disediakan oleh hotel juga sedap. Lebih baik kalau ada lebih banyak variasi. Nah, kalau saya masih berpeluang melancong ke Wulingyuan, saya akan fikirkan hotel ini dengan segera, dan ia juga hotel yang saya sanggup pilih lain kali.

We booked the hotel so that the kids can be happy with the pools, but it was closed! All the pools where completely closed! The hotel is a little run down, no english speaking personal at the reception, no restaurant to eat (except for breakfast), the location is very good as in walking distance for restaurants, stores and cableway to Tianmen

This was a three star hotel at best. We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. We stayed at this hotel for three nights, but they constantly tried to check our health codes at the front door. It was rude and unprofessional. The doors for each room are thick and provide good sound insulation, but they make a lot of noise in the hall when they slam shut. There were roosters outside that crowed early in the mornings. As early as 4:30 am! It really disrupted our sleep. It was ridiculous. The beds were not comfortable, they were very hard. I understand though that some people may prefer a stiff mattress. The breakfast was okay and there was a good variety. The hotel was clean. The cleaning staff were very professional and did a great job making up our rooms. The location was good, about a 17 minute walk to the Wulingyuan gate entrance. There are restaurants just outside the hotel, it is a convenient location. In summary, I think this is an average hotel but cannot recommend it.

Would recommend this place. This place is great value for money. Good location if you want somewhere calm and tranquil; having travelled around China to the big cities, I needed this more secluded stay. I could not fault the service. I arrived early and they offered me breakfast which was so lovely of them. The food is more home style cooking, simple but decent. The staff were incredibly helpful. I had a fever on my first night and they took good care of me. Kevin especially was very hospitable. Thank you!

We love the stunning panoramic view from every corner of the room. Staff service is excellent. Food is great and you can dine in your own baclony with fresh air and enjoy the country side. Very easy access to national park with minutes walk. Got private jacuzzi in room as well and help to ease the pain after hiking. Hardware of the room is slightly dated and might need to have replacement. Otherwise really recommending this hotel.

Very warm helpful front desk service and hotel manager. Ever ready smile and helpful when we pass by or need directions. Room is very clean, spacious, comfortable with excellent view. Greatest joy is the massage chair in my room - really made my day :) Location is in a quiet but close enough to walk to food and main street. Easily located by Didi anyway. Highly recommend :)

The hotel is gorgeous! Very nice view and location. The staff is fantastic, Chinese people is very nice and friendly but they are the best. They helped us with everything we needed, arranging our trip to the National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain! We really suggest to book this hotel to have a true and pleasant experience in Zhangjiajie, Wulingyuan, and to also eat at their restaurant, it is delicious! And a special thanks to 成龙, he’s the best and kindest guy.
