Hotel berhampiran Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Zhangjiajie

Location: Location is near to zimu gang entrance gate of the national park. Walk 3 minutes to the gate. Our butler小覃is awesome! Before even arriving, we communicate through WeChat to obtain our Tianmenshan tickets. Base on his recommendation - We planned our trip such that day 1 we cover tianmenshan. You can deposit your luggage at the foot of tianmenshan gate if you are like us - arriving straight from airport. Day 2 and 3 were spent at the national park right beside the hotel. It’s more convenient that way. That saying, this hotel is far from downtown. Most of the town activities are 20minutes drive away. We didn’t have a car, so we managed through DiDi car sharing service. Transport wasn’t a great issue. We choose this hotel because it’s quiet. If you want to immerse yourself in activities, you will be better off staying at the East Gate area. Service and amenities: Service is great! Breakfast included. Sumptuous enough for our 8 hours daily hike in the national park. You can easily get your tickets from the butler anytime through WeChat. He helped us to return tickets when we couldn’t make it for certain attractions on time too. The washing machine is down during our time here. We were hoping to get our clothes washed, especially after hiking in the rain for multiple days. Unfortunately that cannot be done. We just hand wash and dry it in our balcony. That was a bummer. They have a gym, outdoor. It will be great if it’s indoor and we will definitely use it. View is awesome. We have a bathtub in the room which we used it to soak our tired bodies after long hike. Amenities are limited. But generally we were there for the location and ambience. You get random insects in the room at times, that’s the thing about staying near nature. If it’s an issue for you - try to get the upper floor rooms. Our room was at the ground floor. Lastly, we love their house cat!

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the entrance gate and close to a scenic creek, adding a natural, pleasant touch to the stay. There are many dining options within minutes, making it convenient for guests. The service is commendable, as the staff helps arrange itineraries and book tickets at no extra cost, even providing route explanations for tours. The breakfast is a standout feature, designed with international guests in mind. They offer an automated coffee machine, fresh fruit salad, a toaster, and other amenities, ensuring a satisfying and friendly experience to start the day.

Lokasi hotel sangat baik dan mudah dicari. Berhampiran dengan Xiangxi yang menawan. Apa yang lebih baik ialah terdapat tempat letak kereta yang bebas dan longgokan pengecasan. Walaupun pengecasan perlahan, ia sangat mudah. ​​Ia betul-betul di pintu masuk hotel dan restoran di tingkat bawah hotel.Rasanya sedap dan harga yang berpatutan.Key hotel masih sangat baru.Katilnya memang selesa.Sayang kena rushing,kalau tak nak sangat. tinggal dua hari lagi. Bufet sarapan yang disediakan oleh hotel juga sedap. Lebih baik kalau ada lebih banyak variasi. Nah, kalau saya masih berpeluang melancong ke Wulingyuan, saya akan fikirkan hotel ini dengan segera, dan ia juga hotel yang saya sanggup pilih lain kali.

We loved our stay at Eryatou Inn. The staff at the facility, especially 蔡蔡 （Tsai Tsai), are very welcoming and open to help you with any questions/concerns you have with your stay. Tsai Tsai went above and beyond - she helped us ship out a box, watched our belongings, taught us how to order waimai (take outs), and helped us order our train tickets to our next stop. The inn is at an excellent location - only 5min walk from the park East gate. Right outside the inn, there is a small night market, with lots of other restaurants/stalls and massage spots in the vicinity. Also, there’s no need to fret prior to the trip, because the ladies at the inn are ready to show you upon your arrival the best routes for the park. They have discounted prices for the park, Grand Canyon, Baofeng Lake, etc. Really wished we had known this prior to the trip!!! Will definitely miss this friendly spot and highly highly highly recommend to everyone for their stay at Wulingyuan!

Room was great! It was modern and big with all the amenities that a 5 star hotel have. Would really love to compliment about the the great service that the staff offered. We went there with not a clear itinerary in mind they were very knowledgeable and could provide us with a better itinerary that could cater to our needs. Every staff there were extremely helpful and friendly. I could not recommend this hotel enough and will definitely stay in this place if i am in zhangjiajie again. A big thank you to all the staff there for making our stay so memorable and pleasant. A downside will be that this hotel is located away from the city area however, if you are looking to relax and wind down aaway from the hustling and bustling city life. I would say definitely go for this hotel! My only minor feedback was that the hotel breakfast could offer scramble eggs as well instead of just sunny side ups.

Location: Distance from hotel to east entrance is 15 minutes walk away. There are quite a few high rated restaurants nearby. Service: Front desk, butler and cleaning lady are all very courteous and will say hello everything I walk by. I was sitting in the lobby to find where to eat, and the butler would serve me a cup of water. Room: Clean and spacious. I do find the programming to the switches a bit buggy. Sometimes, input to the air con will not have a beep sound, so I'm unsure if my input is accepted or not. Others: Breakfast starts at 6.30am, which is great for those who want to eat something before reaching east gate early, which opens at 7am to avoid the massive crowd later. Conclusion: Overall, a pleasant experience.

Pernahkah anda memasuki hotel dengan membawa bagasi pada hari yang panas dan disajikan dengan aiskrim? Saya benar-benar minta maaf kerana anda tidak melakukannya. Inilah hotel di mana anda boleh merasainya. Dan bukan sahaja ini menjadikannya terbaik! Hotel ini agak jauh dari pusat bandar, tetapi bandar ini kecil yang menjadikan ketenangan di sini satu kelebihan. Kami mempunyai bilik dengan pemandangan gunung dan balkoni. Pemandangannya bagus, biliknya luas dan selesa dengan bilik mandi yang besar, tiub mandi di balkoni (mengapa tidak) dan perabot ber***a ”Cina” yang bagus. Setiap hari mereka menyegarkan bekalan air kami dengan dua botol. Pemilik atau tuan rumah sangat baik dan membantu. Walaupun dia tidak berbahasa Inggeris, dia berusaha keras untuk membantu menggunakan penterjemah. Dia menempah untuk kami kebanyakan tiket ke tarikan, mengatur pemindahan ke lapangan terbang dan membantu kami merancang laluan di dalam taman. Sarapan pagi hanya mempunyai satu pilihan, tetapi pemandangan dari teres di mana ia dihidangkan dan makanan itu sendiri menakjubkan. Sangat disyorkan. Bernilai setiap sen dan banyak lagi.

This is the best hotel we have experienced in China! The hotel is beautiful, from you walk into the lobby, and the room itself. The bed is AMAZING, we even want to find the same mattress and bring home with us to Norway! The room was very smart with electric curtains, projector and speakers. The best thing about this hotel was the welcoming people and the service they provided! Especially 夏花(Xiahua) wich made our trip even unforgettable, thank you❤️ She helped us organize everything, transportation and the best places (routes) to visit. She also made us feel safe, answered our questions and communicated with us through out our trips. If we come back to Zhangjiajie, we will definetly stay here again.

Really great hotel! It’s a little bit difficult to find by yourself, because to enter die hotel you have to go through a store that looks like a travel agency, go to the elevator and press “13”. It’s a little bit confusing if you can’t read Chinese signs but the staff of the agency was really helpful and I was able to find it. The hotel room itself is really great, new design and very clean, it has everything that you can imagine. The hotel is right behind the railway station for Tianmen mountain, so it is a perfect location for visiting it. The friendly staff of the hotel even prepared some little gifts for me (it was mooncake festival time). If I will ever come back to Zhangjiajie, I will definitely book again! 😊

We are a family from Indonesia, a family of five people. We stayed in 2 rooms for two nights. The location was near TIAN SHAN MEN (Heavenly Gate) Cable way station in Zhangjiajie downtown. About 800-900m, a walking distance. If you prefer riding a taxi/Didi, the fare was about CNY 10 or less. The hotel was very clean, modern, well maintained. We felt like it was a new hotel. The front desk reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the FREE pick up service from /and to the Zhangjiajie West station. The breakfast package was also very good. Good job QIAN hotel. LUAR BIASA!
