Hotel Dengan WiFi di Wilayah Coquimbo, Chile

Nos sorprendió!. Pero MUY gratamente Hotel Limari. Era un hotel que queríamos conocer hace rato y este fin de semana largo fue la ocasión Hotel de tamaño medio con habitaciones bastante grandes, camas muy comodas y bastante insonoras. Se descansa y dan ganas de dormir hasta tarde! Cuenta con servicio de desayunos ( cuenta con lo típico) Bonos track1: ofrecen huevos a la orden... Bonos track 2: prueben las churrascas... una maravilla. Es un pan pequeñito. Crocante, algo duro pero blando a la vez... exquisito. El hotel tiene una linda piscina, zonas de descanso... mucho pasto y una anfitriona de lujo Un Llama. Si una llama llamada Almendra. Finalmente, el personal acargo de la atención, 10 puntos... especial agradecimiento a Anita y Claudio. Ambos se esperaron en atendernos a la hora de almorzar o cenar o mientras pasábamos la tarde al rededor de la piscina... muchas gracias chicos! Resumen... gran fin de semana en Hotel Limari

My Aunt, Uncle, my Mom, and I spent 2 nights at the Enjoy in Coquimbo. My mom and I shared a Suite on top (12th) floor and my aunt & uncle had a room on the 3rd floor. First of all this is certainly NOT a 5 Star hotel! It might be the best place in Coquimbo / La Serena and it may have once been a decent resort, but it missed on SO MANY fronts that I don't know where to start!!! - The furniture (specially in the lobby and by the outdoor pool) is really worn out and needs replacing. The whole outdoor pool area needs a giant makeover! - We came back from dinner to find a huge line of cars of ****** goers stretching down the street trying to get into the parking lot (that was full). After waiting for a while, someone in my party got out and went to ask how we (as hotel guests) were supposed to park our cars. We were instructed to go into thru the exit driveway and then turn the car in an impossible way to get in front of the waiting cars and thru the garage entrance (needless to say, despite being an excellent driver, I ended up scratching the rental car on a pole as I maneuvered the SUV into the garage). - The service was REALLY awful! We asked the front desk to please call a taxi for us (me and my 83 year-old mom) and they handed us a piece of paper with the taxi company's phone number! - I fell asleep on Friday night around 11pm only to be awoken at 11:30 by a full-on OUTDOOR disco party directly across the street from the hotel. It was so loud that it made the windows shake and it went on until 5am! Luckily, it was quiet the following night or I would have lost my mind! - The ****** is really NOT worth it and crowd is super low-budget! - The little store was always closed, the place where you eat breakfast is a million miles away, the windows are all dirty, I could go on and on ... Don't stay here!

I selected this hotel on the basis of reviews but was really disappointed. Firstly, the good things. The hotel is well located on the beach at La Serena and I think most rooms have a sea view. Secondly, the staff were helpful in loaning me some electricity adaptors as they only have the older plug sockets for which I didn’t have an adaptor. The showers are really nice Now the bad points. The staff are not very friendly. They prefer to communicate by WhatsApp rather than face to face. There is a real “smiles cost extra” vibe. Check-in is ridiculously late at 4pm. I have travlled the world and never experienced such a late check-in. Rooms are OK but basic. The breakfast room is just depressing and looks like it was designed for coach parties. The food was basic and I was shouted at for not wearing my mask. Well, of course not, because it is necessary to remove your mask so you can put food in your mouth. Plus I was sitting outside. I didn’t bother going after the first morning as the food wasn’t worth me being hassle again. Just be aware that the city centre of La Serena is at least a 30 minute walk. Taxis are a bit unreliable, especially first thing in the morning if you need to get to the bus station. Would I stay here again? No.

Friendly staff has adequate English language to provide services for foreigners. Breakfast was included in our rate and was an excellent spread. Room was well equipped and clean. The only complaint was the internet access in my room - not useable. My other colleagues had no issues - my room's location (at the end of the hall) may have been an issue. Please re- boot the router!

Pésima atención de Spa, encargada de seguridad día domingo e higiene habitación. Somos clientes que hemos ido desde la apertura del hotel, vimos los cambios de personal, de carta en el restaurant y modificaciones generales. Fuimos hace poco con nuestro hijo de 11. Nos acercamos al Spa un domingo en la mañana en donde la encargada de recepción de turno se encontraba predispuesta en una actitud desalentadora con trato tosco y poco colaborador, quien se niega a compartirnos su nombre ya que “no podía dar esa información”. No dejan a los niños estar en las piscinas temporadas, solo en la fría al exterior sin tener criterio por el clima de invierno en el valle. Inhumano. Por lo que mandó a llamar a seguridad y se acercó una encargada alzándonos la voz irrumpiendo el silencio y la paz que se busca lograr en esos espacios, acompañada de guardia de seguridad para sacarnos del lugar en un acto de DISCRIMINACIÓN hacia nuestro hijo y en una actitud nefasta. Siendo los únicos en el lugar en ese momento. Por lo que bajamos a hacer el check out inmediatamente a recepción y para nuestra mayor molestia exigimos hablar con el gerente a lo que responden que este no estaba en el lugar y la mujer que nos fue a sacar de las piscinas era la reemplazante. Exigimos que se acercara a conversar los hechos y no se pronunció. La inexperta recepcionista nos cobraba las gorras del Spa y su falta de empatía por la situación nos llevó a dejar el reclamo en el libro sumado a una habitación sin higiene en sábanas, almohadas, secador sin función y el de reemplazo solo con aire frío. En el libro pudimos ver que se reiteran las siguientes faltas: 1. Atención predispuesta a la agresión verbal y alzando la voz del personal. 2.Falta de higiene. 3.Falta de seguridad en los estacionamientos que han dado a episodios graves. Ya no separan los vehículos de huéspedes ahora priorizan ese espacio para clientes jugadores del ******. 4. Piezas con camas de niños que dan hacia la calle tienen ruido espantoso de carreras de autos en madrugada. Piezas hacia el interior el ruido del ****** tremendo. 5. Falta de capacitación en todo el personal, no asimilan que este proyecto es arquitectura que responde a un emplazamiento local donde no se cuenta con servicios de hotelería más allá de hosterías y cabañas. 6. Dicen ser Spa pero no puedes salir con la bata hacia la habitación está prohibido, tampoco hay pantuflas de Spa. Cuando nos retiramos nos fue a hacer ronda otro guardia como si los huéspedes fueran delincuentes. Vergonzoso. La reputación que se están haciendo es lamentable, porque el proyecto tenía mucho para haber destacado, lamentablemente los espacios los conforman las personas y aquí es donde no se están enfocando. En la falta de capacitación y el manejo del clima laboral que repercute a los huéspedes. Porque no filtran a quienes integrar al equipo. No volveremos más a hospedarnos. Ni lo recomendamos por lo básico que debe ser pasar las pruebas de HIGIENE mínima aceptable.
