Arrived late at night because of the immigration procedure, and luckily we booked this hotel. The location was only accross the terminal, you just need to walk approx 200meter. Check in was smooth but the staff was not friendly enough. We booked 2 rooms but it couldnt be on the same floor. Room and toilet was super clean, bed was comfortable, but for me the pillow was too soft. We love the breakfast so much. Not too mant selections but all taste good with good presentation. If you are arriving late at night this hotel is the best choice before heading to town.

The staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly, the breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious. It is seen individually that the building has come into the years and could need a little lifting in the form of color and newer equipment. For the location is very good, centrally located and everything is well reached. You should work with this pound.

Very beautiful and quiet location in the forest right at the lake.
Deep garage costs 14 euros per night. What I have never experienced is that you have to pay 6 euros per day as a guest for the hotel's own swimming pool.
Room small (but clean), safe for 2 people too small. Breakfast offers little choice. Beautiful would also be a buffet in every place.

Good location, clean and tidy room, although not large, but very warm configuration, electric kettle, USB charging port, breakfast included, good quality breakfast, elevator card required. Stayed for three nights, on the third day put up the cleaning sign, but still did not come to clean

The hotel has an elegant environment, clean and tidy rooms, complete facilities and warm and thoughtful service. The front desk was efficient and check-in and check-out were convenient. The location is convenient and the transportation is convenient, suitable for business and leisure travel. The overall experience is very satisfactory and worth recommending.

fare price, two bus stops away from the airport. But I was disturbed twice in a morning. In the previous evening, I asked for a hair dryer (which I should have one in the room but I didnt). The staff said he would send one to my room but he didnt. Until the next morning, a staff loudly knocked my door asking if I need a hair drying. I was shocked and waked up. I was in the room getting ready before checking out, a staff suddenly open my door. She DID OPEN my door. May be aiming to clean my room. I feel insucured.

GGuest UserThe hotel has come in the years. On the hall the interpretation was broken and thus an accident source. At the pad beds the tension was down from the underground. Fees are charged for the hotel's own parking. We will not book this hotel again. It is not recommended to continue.

LLIANGHotel location is very good, right at the entrance of the train station, the train station has supermarkets and restaurants. There is a swimming pool and sauna on the ninth floor of the hotel, which can eliminate the tiredness of the journey. Breakfast is better, pure Western food, there is no way for students who can't accept it.

LLucien P. FantkeFantastic location. Friendly service. Good breakfast. But: internet super slow if working at all. No flexibility in bike rental. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things.

We arrive by train for the night to catch a flight next early morning. Walking distance is below 5 min.
Out room was exceptionally clean, looks very modern and had - to my surprise - excellent soundproofing.
Also the bathroom and shower were very clean.

It's a mixed sauna and open til 22:00.
Restaurant is in the hotel, a 24/7 Rewe supermarket in the BER entrance hall.
