Buena ubicación, aunque no tiene parking. Puedes moverte andando está cerca de todo. Las vistas desde el bar de la terraza son geniales. Cuando estuvimos el jacuzzi estaba sin servicio.

Die Lage in Malina/El Poblado ist selbstverständlich für jede Location top. Abgesehen davon hatte ich vom Hotel in dieser Preislage den Eindruck von mehr Schein als Sein. Es ist zwar alles modern eingerichtet und auf elegant gemacht. Insgesamt wirkt alles relativ eng. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse z.B. ist sehr eng. Wenn da 10 Leute sind, fängt es an ungemütlich zu werden, es sei denn, man will Party - aber dafür gibt es bessere Hotels. Das Zimmer war sehr eng, die Ablageflächen waren knapp und es fehlte an Stauraum. Immerhin gab es Warmwasser :-) Es war extrem ringhörig. Man hörte den TV, Musik, Stimmen und Gesang aus den anderen Zimmern. Und im Gang heulte die Belüftung, als würde dauernd jemand mit dem Staubsauger durch die Gänge gehen.

Firstly , the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful with anything you may need. I arrived really early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. The facilities are great, calm shared space downstairs, well equipped gym and free laundry. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

空港からGoogleマップをあてにして駐車場を抜けて歩いていくと、徒歩10から15分、途中道路を横断します。 タクシーやUBERを使わなくて良いのは嬉しい。 設備は古めだが、清潔な方だと思います。 レストランのディナーは、高くなくて美味しかったし、スタッフの態度がとても良かった。 広大な庭を朝散歩していると たくさんの孔雀たちに遭遇し驚いたが、孔雀たちはまったく驚いてなかった。とても可愛いと思います。 無料空港送迎バスの存在を、フロントで教えてもらえた。 事前に知っていればバスでホテルに行っていた。 チェックアウト後は、空港送迎バスで空港に行きました。

The hotel is not a 5 star but the associates are! The bellstaff, the front desk and the breakfast staff are all great! The location is good, very close to Santa Fe and Oviedo, the El Tesoro is not far away either. Pool is never being used it is a little unwelcoming or not so private I guess. The hotel could use a refurbishment, like the hallways. Good budget hotel though with excellent staff. I would go back also because it is a little far from all the craziness of Provenza.

I didn't use the facilities. The food was good and reasonable. Tight security.

The location of the hotel is perfect. There are 2 malls, a pharmacy, a starbucks, a restaurant on a walking distance, so a lot to do. Regarding the hotel itself, the staff is very pleasant, really friendly. The service they give is excellent, always with a smile on their faces and very attentive. For example, the staff that made us breakfast, Mr. Juan Jose, made us feel at home. The front desk staff, the house keeping ..... you name it. In a few words, this hotel was the best option for us and the service was excellent.

Das Zimmer ist nicht besonders gemütlich, und es ist ziemlich laut. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es aber in Ordnung
