We chose the Aurora Room, the room was amazing and comfortable, especially the bed was very soft, the refrigerator was very rich and there was plenty of food to eat. If I had to say something wrong, it would be that the bathroom was a bit far from the toilet.

Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

I was worried when I saw the average reviews online. But after staying for three days, I still felt good. We stayed in a suite with a sauna, which was quite large and clean. The sauna and fireplace were also quite good. Although there were not many people at the front desk, the service attitude was very good. The most important thing is that the location is very convenient. It is very convenient to go to town or take a bus.

The room was comfortable but the bathroom was small. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious and replenished quickly. You can pay to participate in various outdoor activities in the hotel. The great experiences were explained in detail. It was great not to be picked up and taken to faraway places to participate in activities! The husky made a 10 km circle and just returned to the hotel. The design is very good👍🏻

I stayed in November 2024. The room type is a standard twin room. The room was clean and had a one-seater sofa, desk, refrigerator, hanger rack, etc. The toilet and shower room had a partition in the shower room so that water did not leak out, which was good. There were towels of various sizes. The breakfast was also delicious and had a wide variety of options. There was also a sauna and pool in the basement, and the pool was quite wide and the water was about 2m deep in the deepest part! In terms of location, it is about a 30-minute walk from Rovaniemi Station, but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so you can get to the hotel by bus. You can also take this bus to Santa Claus Village. You can see the Lumberjack's Candle Bridge when you leave the hotel, and access to Rovaniemi city is good, so the location was great.

Rooms are superb! Clean and good decoration. Breakfast are of high quality and provides a variety of choices. Staff are helpful. But parking costs 18 euros per night. Excellent location, just in the city centre. Shopping malls are 1 to 2 minutes' walk.

The room is clean and tidy, it is a small duplex, push the window out of the small balcony, you can enjoy the natural scenery and auroras. There are reindeer walking early in the morning. The hotel's restaurant is also good, the scenery is very good, that is, there is very little to eat. Reindeer steak is the main food, but the taste is generally unacceptable. There are few eating, drinking and playing nearby.
