Снимала аппараты номер 1802 ) тепло , чисто , удобно . Стиральная машина в номере . Сушилка отлично работает . Хорошая уборка . Вид на море с большой веранды . Не смотря на зиму и дождь за окном - потрясающие виды моря и гор ! Рядом ботанический сад в который можно быстро добраться . Конечно в не сезон отель другой . Но это по своему хорошо . На завтраке очень по домашнему кормили и поили чаем и кофе от души . Хорошая охрана территории . Безопасно . Пруды , беседки фонтаны . Хорошее место зимой отдохнуть от суеты на пару тройку дней . Приеду летом .

It was realy great pleasure to stay in Courtyard by Marriott Batumi during 1 week in February. Courtyard by Marriott Batumi was a wonderful experience for our family. The the location is great very easy walk to Boulevard and lovely Old City, with stunning sea and fountains view. The hotel is immaculate, Brand new, room is comfortable, cosy, well equiped and nice decorated. We thank you for kindest and helpful greeting by Mariam, Eka, Tamar and all the great staff always happy to help! Housekeeping staff should be complemented! We would happily stay here again.

The hotel is well maintained, room was spacious, bed was ok and furniture is new. The location has supermarkets and a few good restaurants next to it, however not located in a very safe zone at night. A gang of kids tried to rob me one block away from it. Service is not rude at all, however one only member knew english and is somewhat rushed and not interested. Staff talks very loud at middle of the night and they are never on front desk. Room wasn't cleaned or it was offered to be cleaned during my 2 night stay.

I had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others

Everything the location the Mountain View was perfect next to Europe square the breakfast was amazing the best breakfast in the whole world variety of foods and changing every day and everything was delicious. ❤️ also I want to say that there are very good people on the staff and special thanks to Giorgi who is in the bar and knows English very good, his English is American and I liked it very much. I was friends with him with my family He's a very good bartender, he's always at the bar and good barista. I will even come to this hotel and hopefully meet Giorgi. Thanks for everything, it was amazing holiday.

y family and I embarked on a week-long stay at this hotel, and it proved to be an exceptional choice. The hotel boasts an environment that is particularly conducive to families with children. The pool facilities left a lasting impression, characterized by their immaculate cleanliness and inviting ambiance. Notably, the poolside restaurant emerged as a convenient and satisfying option for those seeking a swift and delectable meal. However, the true highlight of our experience was the culinary expertise and service rendered by Chef Mustaffa and his dedicated team. Beyond their skill in preparing delectable dishes, they went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met, all while maintaining a warm smile and an unwavering commitment to excellent service. Without a doubt, we are eagerly anticipating our return to this remarkable establishment.

I stayed one night only at the hotel and I really enjoyed. Room is not the biggest but its very cozy and comfortable. Service at check-in and check-out was good, staff was polite and hotel facilities are very well maintained. Have nothing to complain about my stay.
