日本のビジネスホテルの感覚で行けば5つ星、世界基準で考えたら3つ星、だから、4つ星にしました。料金に対しての価値は十分です。2025年現在、アジアの街でもこの価格でこのクオリティが得られるホテルは、少ないと思います。ラグジュアリーさはありませんが、日本人の感覚で全く問題のないホテルです。
オーナーのスラブさんは、本当に働き者で親切です。他のスタッフは異なりますが、オーナーのコントロールで全てが成立している印象です。
町から少し離れますが、歩けます。空港に向かう道で不便ではないです。バス停の目の前、真横にスーパーマーケット、道路を渡って左に行くと美味しいパン屋さんがあります。
水道水は、飲めます。フロントにウォーターサーバーがあります。
アイロンはないです。洗濯は、16:00までにお願いすれば、GEL 20/1袋でクリーニングに出してくれるそうです。
朝食は、09:00~11:00。EXCURSIONで出発が早い時と深夜の空港に向かう時には、BOXを作ってくれました。
私達は、初めての日本人宿泊者だそうです。日本人の観光客が少ない街だそうですが、クタイシを訪れるなら、このホテルをオススメします。満足感のある滞在でした。

Я часто останавливаюсь в отелях высокого уровня по всему миру, и могу уверенно сказать: этот отель в Кутаиси соответствует самым высоким стандартам премиального сервиса. Пространство, дизайн, свет и воздух здесь создают атмосферу спокойной элегантности, где ощущаешь себя в гармонии и комфорте. Каждая деталь продумана так, чтобы отдых был не просто удобным, а вдохновляющим.
Особенно хочу отметить работу ресепшен, а именно Nino. Её улыбка, внимание и искренняя готовность помочь сделали моё пребывание по-настоящему тёплым и безупречным. Заселение прошло быстро и легко, мои пожелания были учтены, и я получила великолепный номер с видом на горы — идеальное место для отдыха и восстановления сил.
Также хочу поблагодарить официанта в ресторане Guri за внимательность и чуткость, благодаря которым каждый приём пищи стал особенным. И отдельное спасибо менеджеру отеля Лане, чьё участие и забота сделали моё пребывание максимально комфортным и приятным.
Именно такие люди создают ту самую ауру премиального отеля, когда чувствуешь себя ценным гостем.

Отель очень понравился, однозначно его рекомендую. Номер чистый, в номере есть всё необходимое: большая удобная кровать, полотенца, халаты, холодильник, чайник, чай, кофе, сахар, ванные принадлежности, фен, телевизор и даже зонтик (хоть он нам и не понадобился). Также в номере очень красивый интерьер, ещё есть зона отдыха в виде дивана и столика.
На улице есть летняя кухня, где можно при необходимости приготовить еду и перекусить. Есть гладильная доска и утюг.
Отель находится в шаговой доступности от достопримечательностей.
Отдельное спасибо хочется сказать хозяевам отеля за гостеприимство. Написали нам заранее узнать когда мы приедем. Когда поняли что мы из России связались с нами по ватсап, сказали что номер готов и нас ждут. По приезду все показали где и что есть. Также посоветовали что посмотреть и куда сходить покушать. В любой момент были на связи и всегда помогали с решением вопроса.
Было очень приятно.

Тоже все как обычно - соотношение цены и качества топ. Кухня - отлично. Основной плюс = это речка. Теплая и чистая. Можно заселится с собакой, что тоже очень хорошо.

Чудесный отель с потрясающим видом из окна на весь город😍😍😍 милейшая девушка Тео на ресепшен, бесплатно дала мне номер на 3м этаже с панорамным окном 💙💙💙, вместо забронированного мной бюджетного на 1м.
Завтрак в панорамном ресторане на 4м этаже, там же в течение дня вы можете самостоятельно выпить чай и кофе или даже посидеть с друзьями (мы так сделали в последний вечер: накупили грузинских вкусностей и шампанского и посидели с елочкой и разговорами)
Завтрак простой, но достаточно, чтобы не остаться голодным. Я бы добавила кофемашину только😊😊
Пожалуй, единственный минус - не работало центральное отопление (но оно есть!!). Мне в дополнение к кондею дали электрический обогреватель, так что было вполне нормально, лишь в ванной комнате прохладно.
Думаю, включенное отопление решит эти проблемы.

А в целом - рекомендую!

KKarenGThis is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

The hotel is decent for a short stay. Room was basic but clean, with comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. Staff was polite, but not very proactive — had to follow up twice for extra towels.
Location is a plus if you're exploring the area, and it's walkable to a few cafes and stores. Breakfast was average — enough to get by but not much variety.
Great value for budget travelers, but don’t expect any luxury touches.
✅ Worth it for short stays or transit.

OOrdevGreat place if you have a late or night arrival! They picked us up for free from the airport in the middle of the night, which was super convenient. The hotel is located halfway between the airport and the city center, so it’s easy to get around. The staff were really kind and helped us find a taxi when we needed it. Everything was smooth and well organized — definitely recommend it!

Environment: A small, charming family hotel with clean, simple, and cozy rooms. The courtyard houses three rooms, and our family was completely booked that day. It's located in the heart of Kutaisi, just 200 to 300 meters from the central square. Parking is available right outside (incredibly important for those of us driving). There's also a chain supermarket less than 200 meters away, making shopping incredibly convenient.
Amenities: Not only are toiletries, pajamas, and slippers all available, but there's also a separate kitchenette available for free use, complete with pots, pans, and tableware. While Western-style cooking isn't easy, it's perfectly adequate for simple home-cooked meals.
Service: The owner is a very handsome and polite young man. He runs the hotel with his beautiful young mother, both of whom are very welcoming and friendly.

Next, the good side, the small yard is well cleaned up, the boss and the wife are very enthusiastic, but the old man may often drink a little more, but he is really enthusiastic and at home, in line with the experience of the homestay. If you can't find it, ask people with the picture. There is a error of about 100 meters between positioning and Google Maps. Almost everyone around knows the old man.
