日本のビジネスホテルの感覚で行けば5つ星、世界基準で考えたら3つ星、だから、4つ星にしました。料金に対しての価値は十分です。2025年現在、アジアの街でもこの価格でこのクオリティが得られるホテルは、少ないと思います。ラグジュアリーさはありませんが、日本人の感覚で全く問題のないホテルです。
オーナーのスラブさんは、本当に働き者で親切です。他のスタッフは異なりますが、オーナーのコントロールで全てが成立している印象です。
町から少し離れますが、歩けます。空港に向かう道で不便ではないです。バス停の目の前、真横にスーパーマーケット、道路を渡って左に行くと美味しいパン屋さんがあります。
水道水は、飲めます。フロントにウォーターサーバーがあります。
アイロンはないです。洗濯は、16:00までにお願いすれば、GEL 20/1袋でクリーニングに出してくれるそうです。
朝食は、09:00~11:00。EXCURSIONで出発が早い時と深夜の空港に向かう時には、BOXを作ってくれました。
私達は、初めての日本人宿泊者だそうです。日本人の観光客が少ない街だそうですが、クタイシを訪れるなら、このホテルをオススメします。満足感のある滞在でした。

Amazing place to stay, right in the center of Kutaisi next to the main fountain. The hotel itself is 3 rooms/units, run by a family across the street.
Very clean, new, would definitely recommend.

Тоже все как обычно - соотношение цены и качества топ. Кухня - отлично. Основной плюс = это речка. Теплая и чистая. Можно заселится с собакой, что тоже очень хорошо.

This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

GGuest UserA wonderful hotel with a stunning view from the window of the entire city😍😍😍 the sweetest girl Teo at the reception, gave me a room on the 3rd floor with a panoramic window for free 💙💙💙, instead of the budget one on the 1st floor that I booked.
Breakfast in the panoramic restaurant on the 4th floor, there you can also drink tea and coffee on your own during the day or even sit with friends (we did this on the last evening: we bought Georgian delicacies and champagne and sat with a Christmas tree and chatted)
The breakfast is simple, but enough to not go hungry. I would only add a coffee machine😊😊
Perhaps the only downside is that the central heating did not work (but it is there!!). In addition to the air conditioner, they gave me an electric heater, so it was quite normal, only the bathroom was cool.
I think turning on the heating will solve these problems.

GGuest UserThe guesthouse is located in a quiet, side street of Kutaisi, ,but close to the center, quietly within the walk range. Full equipment, clean and clean. Very active host-

The hotel is decent for a short stay. Room was basic but clean, with comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. Staff was polite, but not very proactive — had to follow up twice for extra towels.
Location is a plus if you're exploring the area, and it's walkable to a few cafes and stores. Breakfast was average — enough to get by but not much variety.
Great value for budget travelers, but don’t expect any luxury touches.
✅ Worth it for short stays or transit.

OOrdevGreat place if you have a late or night arrival! They picked us up for free from the airport in the middle of the night, which was super convenient. The hotel is located halfway between the airport and the city center, so it’s easy to get around. The staff were really kind and helped us find a taxi when we needed it. Everything was smooth and well organized — definitely recommend it!

GGuest UserI really liked the hotel, I definitely recommend it. The room is clean, the room has everything you need: a large comfortable bed, towels, bathrobes, a refrigerator, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, toiletries, a hair dryer, a TV and even an umbrella (although we did not need it). The room also has a very beautiful interior, there is also a sitting area in the form of a sofa and a table.
There is a summer kitchen outside, where you can cook food and have a snack if necessary. There is an ironing board and iron.
The hotel is within walking distance of the attractions.
I would like to say a special thank you to the owners of the hotel for their hospitality. They wrote to us in advance to find out when we would arrive. When they realized that we were from Russia, they contacted us on WhatsApp, said that the room was ready and were waiting for us. Upon arrival, they showed everything where and what to eat. They also advised what to see and where to go to eat. They were in touch at any time and always helped with solving the issue.
It was very nice.

Next, the good side, the small yard is well cleaned up, the boss and the wife are very enthusiastic, but the old man may often drink a little more, but he is really enthusiastic and at home, in line with the experience of the homestay. If you can't find it, ask people with the picture. There is a error of about 100 meters between positioning and Google Maps. Almost everyone around knows the old man.
