The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was delicious with many fresh options. We had a truly pleasant and relaxing stay!”

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!

Very great location, next to tunjungan mall and walking distance to the happening tunjungan street at night. They even gave us a complimentary drinks at javaroma coffee

The service was good. They assisted quickly with any problems. The location is excellent, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Indonesia offers relatively affordable prices, which allows us to enjoy such a nice hotel without spending too much. With a shopping mall right downstairs for convenience, we really wish we could stay longer if time permits.

Stayed at Diuble Tree by Hilton Surabaya for 2 nights. Check-in was very quick and entry to lobby was very welcoming. Given a room upgrade as I requested for a non-smoking room. Breakfast was good with alot of choices. Will come back again when in Surabaya.

Real resort feel from the moment we step foot on the property. While the design may be a bit dated, the rooms are large and facilities in the resort is good. we especially like the restaurants we had our breakfast and dinner. I also enjoyed the hot and cold pools and the sauna in the resort.

Ini adalah kali pertama kami menginap di hotel ini, apabila kami tiba kakitangannya sangat baik, mereka banyak membantu kami dalam proses daftar masuk dan ia tidak mengambil masa yang lama sehingga kami akhirnya tiba di bilik kami. Bilik itu standard dan kami mendapat pandangan belakang hotel, ia adalah sungai dan beberapa kawasan jiran, tetapi pada waktu malam, ia adalah pemandangan yang lebih baik. Ia bersih dan kemas, kebanyakannya sudah ada dan kami hanya perlu menyelesaikannya dahulu. Sebenarnya ia agak menyenangkan untuk tinggal di sini, suasana untuk berehat dan berehat cukup di sini. Sarapan paginya juga cukup enak, kami mendapat beberapa bufet Indonesia dengan banyak pilihan, rasanya enak dan cukup memuaskan. Izinkan saya memberitahu anda tentang beberapa perkara yang menjengkelkan yang berlaku kepada kami, pada tengah malam kira-kira jam 2 pagi terdapat beberapa tetamu yang cuba memasuki bilik kami, saya rasa mereka mabuk dan memilih bilik yang salah, ia adalah beberapa kali, sehingga mereka menyedari ia adalah salah bilik, ia tidak mengganggu kami, tetapi isteri agak terkejut, Tetapi secara keseluruhan ia adalah pengalaman yang cukup untuk tinggal di sini, pasti mungkin kami akan memilih hotel ini lagi untuk penginapan kami yang seterusnya, terima kasih

Tinggal kedua di sini! Mendapat tingkat di tingkat 8, pemandangan yang tidak terlalu buruk walaupun saya lebih suka memilikinya di tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Perkhidmatan masih kekal sempurna. Bilik bersaiz besar dan tandas bersih! Sarapan setiap hari akan membuat anda manja untuk pilihan. Lokasi betul-betul di tengah-tengah jalan Tunjungan, di mana pada waktu malam, ia menjadi hidup dengan pejalan kaki menikmati malam. Banyak kedai makan yang bagus di sekitar juga! Berjalan kaki ke pusat membeli-belah... Ini pasti akan menjadi hotel saya sekali lagi untuk perjalanan seterusnya!
