Pesan kamar dengan ranjang king size.
Sampai hotel di kasih ranjang twin minta tukar di suruh tambah bayar 120rb.
Parkir mobil susah.
Petugas security di pintu masuk area hotel tidak ramah.
Petugas chek-in pun terkesan tidak menghargai tamu mungkin karena saya masuk pakai kaos oblong celana pendek dan sendal jepit.
Sepertinya manajemen hotel perlu membina lagi kepada petugas soal pelayanan publik untuk tidak menilai dari tampilan tamu.

Excellente adresse. Hôtel très bien placé, le service est impeccable . Les chambres et tout l'hôtel ont certainement été rénovés récemment. Franchement rien à dire de négatif. Allez-y.

GGuest UserDuring my recent stay at The Garden Hotel in Gorontalo, Sulawesi, I had a mixed experience. The room itself was adequate for a one-night stay but fell short of expectations in several areas. The cleanliness of the room was somewhat lacking, which detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, the design of the room seemed a bit ill-considered; the window faced a dark corridor, which was quite unusual and did little to add to the ambiance or brightness of the space.
However, it wasn't all underwhelming. The hotel did shine when it came to the breakfast provided. The meal was a delightful and simple affair, featuring a delicious rice and chicken curry that was flavorful and satisfying. This aspect of my stay was undoubtedly the highlight and added a much-needed positive note to the experience.
In conclusion, while The Garden Hotel offers a passable option for a brief stopover, it might not be the best choice for those seeking a more pristine or thoughtfully designed accommodation. The exceptional breakfast, however, is a redeeming feature that guests can look forward to.

Wwidya nur adinaThe room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. It had complete amenities, including a minibar and a work desk. The hotel was quiet, although noise from the hallway was sometimes audible.
Breakfast was okay, with a varied menu and delicious food. The staff was friendly, but check-in took a while. The pool was clean and the hotel grounds were quite Instagrammable.
Suitable for a relaxing getaway or business trip.
Hopefully, the service can be improved further. The facilities and infrastructure can also be improved. Thank you, Aston Hotel & Villas Gorontalo, for continued success and growth.

GGuest UserFirst stay at this hotel is very satisfied with the affordable price, the facilities are quite complete, clean, fragrant, and the most pleasant thing is that there is a swimming pool and cafe upstairs with a view of the mountains and Gorontalo city that makes me comfortable and feel at home
