The hotel staff is very polite, the room is well-equipped and clean. There are not many breakfast options, but they are delicious. The food in the hotel restaurant is very good, and the best one is the fruit salad. 😍😍👍👍

The location is also in the commercial center of Bialk, opposite the supermarket and KFC, Mandri Bank's ATM can also use UnionPay to withdraw money, saving credit cards. There are local food stalls on the other side, which are very convenient for shopping and eating. Breakfast is also quite rich, starting at four in the morning, it is said to be for the convenience of local Muslims. So this hotel is very suitable for business trips and ordinary travel. But the surrounding area of the hotel is noisy, the environment is a bit messy, not suitable for feeling the natural atmosphere of the tropical island, so I prefer the Asana hotel near the airport.
Service: The waiter can speak English, but has an accent and needs to be confirmed many times.
Facilities: The swimming pool is outdoor, not big, and the gym is OK

GGuest UserConvenient to the airport. They provide shuttle service to airport for their guests. The breakfast and dinners provided were flavorful plentiful Indonesian cuisine with a reasonable number of choices. Service of their staff was outstanding. They were eager to help with whatever we asked.

DDevy Rosiana NababanA bad hotel in a strategic location. There's a supermarket next to the hotel, and some restaurants around. Slow wifi, I couldn't even connect from 3 o'clock in the morning until I checked out in the afternoon. They need to provide better amenities, like liquid soap. The telephone in the room is out of order, can't even use it to call the operator or the front desk.
