Nice and clean room, pretty spacious and enough for two people. The negative was that it was not clear that you must pay an additional €20+ euros per person for breakfast (which we declined) and that the items in the mini bar are not free (I suspected as much so I did not consume anything, however there were no prices listed on the items so I wouldn't blame anyone who assumed they were complimentary).

The hotel is in a very central location. The room is decorated with some vintage furniture, which gives it a unique charm. The bathroom is located down a short staircase—it's spacious and very clean, though you’ll need to watch your step at night. The staff are professional and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. Breakfast was generous and delicious.

Lovely hotel in a historic setting. Pity there’s no slippers provided. We spent over half hour trying to find the parking lot only to find the it’s just located by driving into the K&O shopping centre next to the hotel. Beats the heck out of following the hotel issued map.

Das Hotel und vor allem die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr rudimentär und einfach. Die Betten sind durchgelegen und knarzen bei jeder Bewegung sehr laut. Sehr laut war auch die Klimaanlage, so dass sie während der Nacht leider nicht betrieben werden konnte. Für das Duschgel stand einfach eine Flasche auf dem Boden in der Dusche..
Das Frühstück war abwechselungsreich und gut.

walkable from Graz train station still very quiet rooms with modern room and bathroom facilities. we stayed in winter and the heating was good but can not comment on AC. beds were comfortable. breakfast varieties were plenty and overall taste was good. staff was helpful. the city centre was within walking range and tram lines in the city centre were free.

Only suited for people with small luggage. We had 2 suitcases and it was basically impossible to conveniently handle and open even one large suitcase in our hotel room.
We had no housekeeping after our first night. I don't know if this is normal or not.
Our courtyard room was quiet but a bit dark. Staff was nice.
After all, we weren't sad about leaving this hotel after two nights.

Hotel war super. Über das Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen da ich nicht gefrühstückt habe.
Am Service beim ein- und auschecken ist das Personal sehr nett und freundlich auch die Reinigungskräfte. Ich würde mir auf dem Zimmer ein Wasserkocher wünschen und vielleicht auch Teebeutel aber ansonsten trotzdem super

The Hotel is located right at the center, with everything in the walking distance. There's a great gym and nice sauna (unfortunately without a pool). Rooms are spacious and modern. The Staff is amazing, we felt welcome at every moment. Breakfast is very good, and the restaurant was open even on Christmas eve. Overall I will highly recommend the Hotel.
One tip: Nearby parking is expensive: it's best to use free P&R which is ~30 min by bus.

A beautiful classy old school hotel. The single room was perfectly adequate with a large comfortable bed and a large bathroom with good quality fittings.
The food and service in the restaurant was excellent.
The hotel is about a 15 minute walk across a park to the historic centre. The location means that it's very peaceful and I slept well. All in all a great stay and I would definitely return should I visit Graz again.

11391248****The hotel's environment completely exceeded my expectations. The surroundings were as tranquil and beautiful as a fairyland. I've already recommended it to friends for their vacations. The breakfast was also excellent, plentiful, and delicious. It's suitable for a relaxing stay of three days or more; my two-night stay was too short! Personally, I think it's even more suitable for a relaxing vacation than Hallstatt. There are far fewer people, and the tranquil lake view is perfect. It's my favorite hotel during this European trip, and it's my top choice for all my travels over the years!

GGuest UserThe hotel is not 580 meters away from Graz Hbf train station as written in the description, but 2.2 kilometers away, which takes 30 minutes to walk. However, the hotel is in a good location, with a little slope on the hillside of the old city, but it is not stressful. The hotel passage leads directly to the municipal park, which is very convenient and beautiful. The room cleaning is stipulated to be at 3 pm or later, and I rarely encounter such service. Because I went out in the morning, it was just right to rest in the afternoon, and then watch the night view at night, so for me it meant no service. Only when I was in the room, I quickly changed towels in the bathroom, collected garbage bags and gave a bottle of water. As for the Internet speed, let's put it this way, it is better than nothing. The hotel wifi needs to open the door of the room to open a crack or simply be in the corridor to be full and faster. 4G needs to open the window to be stronger (but it is very cold and I can't open the window). Maybe it's because of the location of my room, but it's like this for me. In short, it wins in the location, and the rest is just like this...

GGuest Usermatress was worn out. cheap and thin pillow. staff was very friendly though and breakfast was of decent quality. a bit more fresh fruit would have been nice but can not blame them cause of very low occupancy due to season.
the location does not get a lot of sunlight amd you need a car if you want to dine out during off season..

FFANGI deliberately chose this historic hotel. Although the facilities are a bit old, the interior is beautiful, the room and bathroom are large, and the refrigerator in the room is still a keyed one, which is especially old-fashioned. The location of the hotel is very good, right in the city center, very close to the attractions, within walking distance.

GGuest UserIn order to see the paradise library to the town of Admont. The location of the hotel is also a turn away from the navigation positioning. The location is excellent. It is very close to the church. The hotel's SPA must go. The view is really good.
Breakfast is on the top floor, and the view is super good. Breakfast is very enjoyable. There are not many tourists in the town, very quiet and beautiful.
