The location is great! It is just walking distance from the Graz central train station. And since it is near to the station, it is easily accessible to all kind if public transports. The room is clean and neat, the cleaning service is not come by default, you have to hang the sign so they would know your room requires cleaning new towels. By the way, the bathroom is transparent to the room with a sheer curtain, so you might want to think again before you book if you are travelling with friends. I would not suggest to purchase the breakfast separately unless it comes with your room. The breakfast buffet costs EUR 19 but the choices are limited.

Graz Central Station is also close by, so it is easily accessible by train or bus. If you go down the side street, you will reach the city center, so you can walk to the city center. There is also a mart Billa right next to it. The facilities are clean, and the breakfast is clean and delicious. I recommend it! The photo is the view from the room. Graz Station is right across the street.

The staff at this hotel is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the location is not far from the old town area. It's a great choice for staying in Graz! In addition, the breakfast ingredients are carefully selected and worth trying!

I deliberately chose this historic hotel. Although the facilities are a bit old, the interior is beautiful, the room and bathroom are large, and the refrigerator in the room is still a keyed one, which is especially old-fashioned. The location of the hotel is very good, right in the city center, very close to the attractions, within walking distance.

The room was completed at the arrival, the 2nd (in addition) was not yet. When we returned to the hotel the night the room was forgiven. The receptionist was unfriendly and then our friends got a very small room as a replacement (probably thought as a single bedroom). The ways to the rooms in the neighborhood just everything other than 4 stars.

Graz is a very unique city, not many tourists. The location of the hotel is a little far away from the inner city, it will take about 15 minutes to walk to the inner city. The room is very spacious, and the mineral water and chocolates are provided, which is very considerate. There is a small balcony where you can ventilate and dry your clothes, which is also quite comfortable. There are not many choices for breakfast. You have to place an order with the waiter for egg-like food, and you can order it right away. There are a lot of parking lots, but they are relatively narrow. Be careful. The parking fee is 12 euros per night.

The hotel is in a very central location. The room is decorated with some vintage furniture, which gives it a unique charm. The bathroom is located down a short staircase—it's spacious and very clean, though you’ll need to watch your step at night. The staff are professional and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. Breakfast was generous and delicious.

Nice and clean room, pretty spacious and enough for two people. The negative was that it was not clear that you must pay an additional €20+ euros per person for breakfast (which we declined) and that the items in the mini bar are not free (I suspected as much so I did not consume anything, however there were no prices listed on the items so I wouldn't blame anyone who assumed they were complimentary).

⸻ The location of the hotel is very convenient, the surrounding traffic is very convenient, and the travel is very convenient. The overall hygiene of the room is very good, clean and tidy, no smell. Living is very safe, the price is good, suitable for travel or short trips.

The Hotel is located right at the center, with everything in the walking distance. There's a great gym and nice sauna (unfortunately without a pool). Rooms are spacious and modern. The Staff is amazing, we felt welcome at every moment. Breakfast is very good, and the restaurant was open even on Christmas eve. Overall I will highly recommend the Hotel. One tip: Nearby parking is expensive: it's best to use free P&R which is ~30 min by bus.
