Excellent location for main train station as it is right across the road. Tram station there also. Has a few different takeaway food places at station and has a Spars store. Nice large quiet rooms and a great variety of food at breakfast.

Graz Central Station is also close by, so it is easily accessible by train or bus. If you go down the side street, you will reach the city center, so you can walk to the city center. There is also a mart Billa right next to it. The facilities are clean, and the breakfast is clean and delicious. I recommend it! The photo is the view from the room. Graz Station is right across the street.

The hotel prices in Graz seem to be really expensive, more expensive than many cities in Germany. I have stayed in this hotel before. The location is OK, but the surrounding commercial areas need to be walked for a while. The hotel staff are quite friendly.

I deliberately chose this historic hotel. Although the facilities are a bit old, the interior is beautiful, the room and bathroom are large, and the refrigerator in the room is still a keyed one, which is especially old-fashioned. The location of the hotel is very good, right in the city center, very close to the attractions, within walking distance.

The room was completed at the arrival, the 2nd (in addition) was not yet. When we returned to the hotel the night the room was forgiven. The receptionist was unfriendly and then our friends got a very small room as a replacement (probably thought as a single bedroom). The ways to the rooms in the neighborhood just everything other than 4 stars.

Graz is a very unique city, not many tourists. The location of the hotel is a little far away from the inner city, it will take about 15 minutes to walk to the inner city. The room is very spacious, and the mineral water and chocolates are provided, which is very considerate. There is a small balcony where you can ventilate and dry your clothes, which is also quite comfortable. There are not many choices for breakfast. You have to place an order with the waiter for egg-like food, and you can order it right away. There are a lot of parking lots, but they are relatively narrow. Be careful. The parking fee is 12 euros per night.

The hotel is in a very central location. The room is decorated with some vintage furniture, which gives it a unique charm. The bathroom is located down a short staircase—it's spacious and very clean, though you’ll need to watch your step at night. The staff are professional and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. Breakfast was generous and delicious.

This is our family's favorite hotel in Graz. We have been here for a couple of times. Very close to the Stad Park and to the city center. The environment is quiet. The facility is new and clean, and staff are helpful and friendly.

⸻ The location of the hotel is very convenient, the surrounding traffic is very convenient, and the travel is very convenient. The overall hygiene of the room is very good, clean and tidy, no smell. Living is very safe, the price is good, suitable for travel or short trips.

We requested a shower chair (as am a handicap) but it did not arrived. The toilet drainhole did not flow well and flooded the toilet (room 215). The toilet did not come with towel rack/holder! Otherwise the room was spacious enough, had kettle, coffee, tea, minibar, etc.
