A family-run and seemingly quite new hotel, ideally located in a quiet area between Ulcinj Old Town and the miles-long sandy beach. We had e-bikes, which made us faster than all the cars stuck in constant high-season traffic. The hotel has secure private parking, and there was always someone from the team around. Breakfast was also great. For us, during peak season in early August, the value for money was excellent. Just a small suggestion: a better shower curtain and a longer condensate hose (for the AC unit on the balcony) would prevent the floors from constantly getting wet! Otherwise, thank you for the friendly, familial atmosphere 😃👍

Очень красивое место. Жить в старом городе - особое удовольствие. Приветливые сотрудники, все вопросы решаются мгновенно. Комфортный номер, есть все что нужно. На территории есть небольшой бассейн и лежаки. До пляжа минут 15 вниз. Единственное что нужно иметь в виду, но это от отеля не зависит, отель супер👍 Каждый вечер внизу дискотека до часу ночи, возможно не везде слышно, но у нас было слышно сильно. Нам не мешало, так как нет маленьких детей.

Fantastisch klein boetiek hotel rustig relaxed en overal dichtbij. Long beach met fijn zand 5 min met de auto. Ontbijt zeer verzorgd Health food alles vers gemaakt. Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk. Zwembad mooie parasols alles is oporde en gratis parkeren. 5 ster waardig.

Из классного здесь только сама оливковая роща. Домики уставшие, с неприятными запахом из ванны. Достаточно прохладно ночью, но в номере было одно полутора спальное одеяло и тонкие пледы. Завтраки, которые здесь все хвалят мы не оценили. Из приятного только то что завтрак на улице. А так очень много мучного и мало овощей. Хозяевам бы сделать акцент на классную идею домиков в оливковой роще. Добавили бы продажу местных продуктов. Одной ночи здесь вполне достаточно, надолго задерживаться не стоит.
