I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were so accomadating. They were able to cater for my food intolerances which was amazing. My only critic is the chips I ordered for my dinner, some of them weren't fully cooked and no one came to check everything was OK but other than that. I would stay there again.

The service was really good they were so helpful and upgraded our room free of charge which came with added touches such as robes and chocolates. The jacuzzi and pool was very enjoyable and bar food was so good. Would definitly stay again. Will recommend to friends and family.

The Riverside Hotel has to be one of the best hotels I've stayed in, from we walked in the front door we were made feel very welcome, the staff at reception were lovely and very helpful, breakfast was gorgeous and again the staff were great, we ate in the bar on our second night and we couldn't fault the service or the food and drink, our room was lovely and very clean, housekeeping done a marvellous job, I know this is a 3 star hotel but for us it was definitely at least a 4 star, can't wait to return

What a gem! I stayed at The Address in Sligo for 6 nights, as I dropped off my daughter in Sligo for university. The staff, all the staff, is exceptional, I can't say enough about how welcoming and courteous everyone is in that hotel. The restaurant is equally as fantastic, all the meals I had, sometimes accompanied by my daughter and her friends were nothing shy of fantastic, and the portions very generous. The room I had, was comfortable, clean and cozy. I highly recommend this establishment, I will most certainly return.

We visited here this weekend, myself my husband and 3 kids. We were in a family suite which was huge! Biggest family room we’ve ever stayed in. Separate area for kids beds with their own tv and another tv in the adults area. We also needed a cot bed and there was still lots of room. There is a mini fridge also which was handy. We played a few games of snooker in the snooker room which was great. The food was incredible. We ate dinner in the bistro and the portions were huge. Really lovely hearty food. Breakfast was great too and all staff were super friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend. The only thing missing is a pool.

Travelled for a wedding and couldn’t compliment the place enough. At every turn the staff on reception went above and beyond, especially Ariel. One thing I will say is the bar in the ballroom seemed to be understaffed, but I had spoken with Ben in the residents bar the day before as that was the only place we could get cocktails and he assured us he would take care of us. I’m so glad I got talking to him as through the entire evening he was present to give us excellent drinks and even better conversation about the history of the area and where in Sligo town to go for a good night out!! The room was beautiful, with a view over the hotel entrance and a fabulously comfortable bed. We didn’t make it to breakfast but the lunchtime staff the next day were really helpful. Planning on booking another stay just for myself and my partner to explore Sligo and looking forward to receiving the same top-class service again!!

The Glasshouse... I have to say we had such a great time staying at The Glasshouse. We were in Sligo for a Saturday night out with the girls. Two of us stayed for Saturday and Sunday night. Our room overlooked the river and the town. Our beds were cosy and so comfortable. The room was v spacious so it was fun to get ready in. We then headed to the bar for cocktails - such a great vibe there with a mix of people - young and old - I had a celebratory prosecco and an espresso martini. We could walk to all the deadly pubs in town. We even had a wee nightcap back at the hotel bar. I couldn't recommend the hotel, staff, location and atmosphere enough. The staff are brilliant and total dotes (sweethearts). They looked after us so well. *room service the next afternoon was the cherry on top!
