Great hotel, great food, and the most cordial staff. Special shout out to Sonu ji our guide and driver for one day outing in Amritsar, took us personally to the golden temple, didn’t just drop us outside the temple and parked the car, but instead walked us up to the temple and guided us all the way. Thank you again Mr. Sonu. And also the f&b service team were very nice.

Very nice service by restaurant staff and team of Radisson, hotel was nice and rooms were spacious food were good and nice in taste Thanks to Mr Sachin and miss radhika for taking care of us 😊 we will visit soon again in Christmas............

Excellent service. Rahul from housekeeping deserves a special mention. The hotel is clean and rooms are nice. The staff is super friendly and they made sure that we have a comfortable stay. It is also located in a convenient area giving quick access to the golden temple

The hotel is pretty close to main areas and not bang in the noise.The restaurant serves great brunch and we found the best Amritsar kulcha here,itself. The rooms are clean and we got an upgrade at checkin. The hotel has standard amenities and a small pool with gym at the top of the hotel. The only sour note was probably how the hotel measures it staff perfor***ce. The ***ager of the coffee shop and the waiters were insistent that we give good feedback. It seems the praise is being pushed which we would have given any how. The second unprofessional thing was that our flights were in the evening and we asked for late checkout. The front desk seemed amused and were playing with us. This is not professional. I would recommend the food even if its price (a la carte) is significantly higher.

Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well . But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

My 1st time in Amritsar and had a wonderful time at holiday inn hotel,the staff of the hotel was top notch and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming thanks to neeraj at the reception ..the rooms were huge and got upgraded to the deluxe room..special thanks to mr Raghav Sharma(Duty ***ager)who went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and also to Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan at the resto who attended to all my needs very well..and for the help desk ppl all were very well…will definitely come back to Amritsar and will always stay at Holiday Inn..i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone..and also this hotel should for sure get a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)

Hotel is at perfect location. Very neat n clean for all age groups. Rooms are decent size. The hotel staff is very helpful specially Mr Jasdev singh. He really helped us to ensure that our stay is comfortable as we had infant kid with us. We prebooked the property in advance and had no issues with check-in. Hotel.is surrounded with lot of good eateries around it in walking distances. We stayed for the first time but we liked it so much that we will definitely go again. The food is quite good but the spread of breakfast has limited options since it's not a big Hotel but is NO less then a four star property. We loved our stay for 3nites. Thanks you Jasdev ji and other staff members. We definitely recommend this Hotel

Its pretty decent stay near all aminities. What I did not like is narrow entrances to room, toilet basin not having some space to keep personal toiletries. The stay was disturbed by the noise coming from next room for the whole night and day. It felt that rooms acoustic was such that the noise was multiplying . The aircon was not cooling enough and there was fixed control on wall. As soon I entered the service staff informed that they have upgraded my room which was appreciative too. The counter staff was helpful
