Hotel is situated at a good location but can be better in terms of the amenities. The breakfast spread was quite large and diverse but it lacked the taste which if corrected would make a must go option

It was our 13th Marriage Anniversary and we decided to club our work and holidays at Hyderabad. Must say great reception and care throughout was accorded by the Hotel ***ager Mr. Ashwin Vaidya. It was our early checkin and our arrival tracked. Special Thanks to Madam Sanika Pradhan for her help and guidance. We were felicitated with a traditional welcome with tikka and a shawl on our shoulders. Our Rooms decorated with also towel art and balloons in the room. The Rooms were at its best with welcome amenities and delicious designed chocolates. Despite being a Gold Member, I was offered their Lounge facility. A big shout out and special thanks to Mr. Rugved Dacha, Loyalty ***ager, Mr. Saumik Sur, Rooms Division ***ager, Housekeeping ***ager Mr. Jitendra Yadav and Mr. Pankaj Singh from Housekeeping. Their service was marvellous ensuring us all the possible care needed. Special Thanks also to Mr. Akshat Selat for ensuring smooth transition from Courtyard Room to Marriott Room internally. We also had great food hospitality from Gaurav Mahadeshwar and Tanay Kala. The food was exceptionally great and enjoying at Okra & Bidri. Tremendous and personal support received from Gaurav and Tanay. Both of them were simply fabulous in their treatment towards us. We were delighted to be offered fresh juice and special dosa and paratha were made for us. We are indeed very grateful to both of them for this hospitality. Appreciate Hi***shu F&B from Marriott too. Appreciate the leadership and congratulate Mr. Ashwin for having such a wonderful, fabulous, effective team that are on its toes to ensure their guest comfortable. In one single word Amazing Experience and really thank you for making our Anniversary so very special. I look forward recommending to my friends in Hyderabad to conduct events in this Hotel. I visited terrace bar to have a drink and food …….excellent service done by karthik,Pavan&bhojesh they took very personally and served me like a family …..they suggested me which food suites me ….and the food was delicious….thanks to chefs to make delicious food……I’ll surely visit here again..

Apart from the clean and spacious, well lit rooms, this hotel should be preferred by the ones who always crib about the staffs of the hotel and their services, because you'll have no complaint against them. They are very polite and their hospitality is amazing. Now, about the food review; as I had opted only for the breakfast, the options at the breakfast buffet at MoMo cafe is great and the preparation is also very satisfactory. The only issue is that the location of this hotel is adjacent to Marriott Convention and on food delivery apps, the delivery executives might get confused, so please mention the correct address and guide them properly. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Incredible place like all India. The service is excellent. Our room is absolutely new. The food is amazing. The staff is very, very kindly. We will come back immediately.

Centrally well located. Easy communication by bus metro rail ola auto or self driven car. Beautiful property clean and well maintained. The staffs right from valet to reception to house keeping staff are excellent and well behaved. The restaurant where we had our breakfast curated by chef Akshay was fabulous and delicious. Good varieties of the buffet was excellent. Special mention to the restaurant staffs namely Riyaz Azam and Hoirose who were great. RIYAZ AND AZAM went extra mile by taking care of my toddler and giving the food the way she liked. Awesome and pleasant experience. Would definitely come here. A hidden beauty is there live music during the breakfast so soothing for a good start of the day.

The stay was very pleasant and the ambiance has no words all are like heaven comes true to me , I came here for just a business trip , but this place became home for me, starting from entrance of restaurant till my departure all are excellent, this property deserve the 7 Star ratings.

I would like to comment on the staff in the hotel esp Mr Pranav. He has gone beyond his way to make our team member's birthday memorable. Initially when I enquired, it wasnt possible to get a cake as there wasnt an in house bakery. However upon check out, we were pleasantly surprised when Mr Pranav presented us a cake, good enough to feed 7 of us. Thank you for the kind gesture. Whatever the hotel lacked of was co****sated by what Mr Pranav and his team delivered.

The lobby people are very friendly with us. They helped me in my fast check in I was so tried by traveling they gave me a room very soon. The rooms are very clean and refreshing. Thank you so much front desk people and house keeping 👍👍👍

The hotel looks less good in real life than on the pics provided even though they claim it was recently renovated. I booked a king size bed but got the last room with twin beds. The shower was cold, the heater was working only for the sink...

Hello to all readers and to all staff @ Trip. Season's Greetings ! Merry XMas and Happy New Year. I stayed here during my Nov trip en route to Jabalpur. This stay was not originally planned, my regional flight ( Alliance air ) got cancelled at the end moment, so had to re-book on an another plane for the same journey. Room 2012 ( Superior). The stay was comfortable. It was a 20 min taxi journey from the IntL airport. This was one of the largest bedrooms I have seen in all my journeys. Before flying out of from UK, I called the reception and reserved the room over the phone. I was not asked to provide any pre-payment. It was a payment on arrival / check out deal. The room had all amenities. Air con was full on. Comfy bed, quiet room , Mini fridge was chill. There was a safety locker but somehow I was not able to operate it. I found the bath/toilet a bit small - area wise. The shower was good. I had a brekkie + one dinner meal here and it was very good. I wish to thank Mr Sohail, Ms Akanksha , Ms Neha , Mr M Ispan , all front desk team and all hotel staff. I will return if I am tripping to Hyderabad, next. Pics attached.
