"There was no fridge in the room, so when I spoke to reception, they recommended upgrading the room. But I didn’t because we have chosen this hotel, it was cheap. When my friend and I asked if there was any way we could use the fridge, they told us we were welcome to use the communal fridge next to reception. They also let us use the e microwave at reception. I really appreciate their kind help."

"Foss hotel Reykjavik is a great place, conveniently located next to Bus stop 12 where all the tour operators pick up and drop off as well as Fly bus tdrop off and pick up. The hotel is very clean and safe. I have a fantastic experience with the staff in front desk and house keeping. I was a solo traveller and I asked guidance to the front desk on some places that i wanted to go within and near Reykjavik. Tge front desk staff, he gave me suggestions and helped me book the show ticket. He gave me clear instructions and seeing my lost look , even gave me the hootel phone numbers to call him in case I run into trouble. But thanks to his clear guidance I managed to navigate well and had a great day out. This hotel is about 15 to 20mrs from city centre by walk. One day I forgot my gold chain in the room. But the housekeeping folks while cleaning did not even touch any valuable stuff that i left. It is really a very reliable and safe hotel. They have a restaurant that serves delicioys food. I ate their fish and chips and chicken salad. Both were great. The breakfast has a good spread. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The best part is still the excellent service from the staff. My trip got rebooked and i had multiple correspondence with the staff and they were always prompt and reassuring. The only downside of the whole stay was my room. I got a corner room which had a slanted corner shape, meaning a triangle cut off from a rectangle. Though nicely laid out, i felt claustrophobic as the room size was much smaller. That room is not ideal, especially if not solo."

"Świetnie położony hotel w samym centrum Reykjaviku.Czysta pościel no i pokój wyłącznie dla mnie. Na plus też kawa i herbata dostępne na dole. Jest też mikrofalówka. Budynek dość stary, ale jeśli potrzebujecie się przespać w przyzwoitej cenie i nie lubicie wieloosobowych sal to polecam. Na minus to było to, że w niedzielę rano pomieszczenie z kawą i herbatą zostało zamknięte. Mieliśmy też alarm pożarowy o 2 w nocy, ale okazało się że nic się nie stało."

"Close to the BSI main bus station (airport bus drop off) about 10-15min walk. Self check-in is possible if you arrive late in the evening. You will be given the passcodes for entrance to the building and also to the rooms. You just have to contact them. As for my room, I stayed in a single bed. It is small but all good. It has its own sink which is pretty useful for doing skin care. It also has cabinet and table and its own room heater. Toilet and shower is just outside the room. Every floor I think has its own T&B. Second floor has the kitchen and dining area. You can cook or prepare your own food here. They offer breakfast for 7euros. I didn’t try this tho. Coffee and Tea are free all day. The closest grocery store is a bit of a walk, about 10-15mins or 950m far. Also, same for the restaurants. Overall, this is very good value for money. It’s cheap for Iceland standards. I stayed for three nights and had no complaints."

"Very friendly reception, good variety of food in breakfast. What I enjoy most is the room, good view and size especially when you travel long distances and have a complementary parking spot right in front of the hotel. Strongly recommend."

"It was easy to find the hotel and my room. The code on the door was kept switching but eventually got inside. It’s not a luxury but you got everything you need. The kitchen has all basic stuff and even tea and coffee. It wasn’t busy and I felt safe there. I’m happy with my stay. A little walk down from the hotel and you reach this beautiful view which is gorgeous."

"CityHub’s location was perfect! Right in the heart of downtown Reykjavík. The hot tub was absolutely fabulous during a cold morning rain. The rooms were futuristic looking with lights and sounds depending on your choice of mood. The beds were super clean and comfortable! Their key card was a wristband that you could place over your wrist so you don’t have to worry about losing your hotel card or trying to figure out the code to your room. The bathrooms were spotless and had continuous music with a good beat playing from the background so you can listen and dance a bit while brushing your teeth. They had a great system used in the dining area when pulling your own draft beer or other drinks and the atmosphere at night was peaceful and relaxing. The morning shift staff member which I believed was the owner was extremely friendly and helpful as well as the night shift staff member. However, there was one day shift staff member that wasn’t so helpful and was quick to negative judgement. There was also an additional fee that wasn’t mentioned when booking the room online. Other guesthouses did not allow it or it was probably already added into the package deal that you bought."

"Excellent location and is a few minutes walk from the rainbow street. Have its own parking area so perfect for those that start/end the trip with rental car. My advice is try to get the upper floor as I was allocated the GF which is the -0.5 floor versus the public road. So you wont able to sleep very late of a day, which can be good or bad. Other facility is all great and better than the hotel I stay earlier in Reykjavik."

"Nous avions reservè sans connaitre vraiment.zIl s est averè que l emplacement tres central,l accueil et le service furent juste parfaits.La jeune femme à l accueil nous a aidè tres efficacement pour faciliter nos reservations aux activites.Le petit dejeuner delicieux et variè nous a permis de tenir chaque jour jusqu au diner compte tenu des activites intenses que nous avons pratiquè.En resumè l hotel ideal à Reykjavik."

"地理位置優越，位於市中心，步行到附近購物街只需幾分鐘。而且步行5分鐘內有Bonus，如果要係酒店煮飯非常方便。 房間方便，設施是看得出有點年紀，但使用上不太受影響，基本煮食設施都有，不過值得留意是就算開了抽油煙機煮飯，房間的煙霧感應器都是會響，酒店可能都知道有咁嘅情況，一早寫咗instructions 去處理。 還有隔音方面是比較差的，酒店位於街道旁，在房間裏是聽得很清楚街道的聲音，如果睡覺對聲音很敏感的人便不太適合。"
