Один лучших отелей Италии по соотношению цена/качество. Были здесь 1й раз более 10 лет назад. Очевидно, что превосходное содержание собственности и регулярные реновации сделали его лучше чем он был 11 лет назад. Весь персонал большие молодцы!

Я путешествую одна и оставалась здесь на сутки. Расположение отличное! Было достаточно чисто. Единственное, что мне не понравилось — это то, что чтобы заселиться, необходимо получить инструкцию на вотсап. Мне вовремя ее не прислали и пришлось стоять под дверью и писать администраторам. В итоге меня запустил кто-то из постояльцев. Далее не могли разобраться, какой номер кровати. Это все подпортило впечатления, но, в целом, опыт хороший.

sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel, die Zimmer haben eine gute Grösse und Betten sind sehr bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich.
Vom Pool aus hat man super Sicht aufs Meer und den Hafen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist empfehlenswert und hat eine grosse Auswahl.
Es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Heel mooie plek om een paar nachten te blijven. Heel goede service en goede voorzieningen. Groot pluspunt is het superontbijt met verse Italiaanse koffie en lekkernijen. Kleine minpunten zijn de prijzen: 8 euro voor een glas wijn (elders 12 vooe een fles) en 4 euro pp voor badhandoeken. Restarant is goed maar ook aan de kostbare kant voor Puglia.

Reception bit unorganized, we were waiting for room more than 1 hour (check-in 5:00 pm, we called in advance around 4.15 pm if possible to check-in earlier, no problem, but than waiting more than 1 hour because they were cleaning the room). They had this calling service once room ready, for us they didn't have even papers ready (needed to search, so more time wasted), wifi was not stable at the room (lack of proper coverage for our part of the area of the resort), breakfast not bad, but seems to me like stuck in 1998 when it come to food choices. Room was clean, but bath could be renovated a bit, there was no minibar and there was cigarette left in the candle glass on the balcony, parking was good, location also good.

Quiet place, close to the Sea.
The employees are very friendly and professional.

What an amazing experience to stay in a Trullo at this property! My husband and I booked our stay in mid-Nov., which is the beginning of the off-season in Puglia. When we arrived, the concierge/manager, Ugo, graciously upgraded us to a loft/superior accommodation. It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure. We arrived on a chilly day to find that the marble floors are heated and very toasty! The queen bed was comfy, and the updated bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower. The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period. Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out. We took a 20 minute taxi ride to a train station, and apparently, during the ride Ugo tried to contact the driver to inform us that they'd found the box. Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U.S. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Phenomenal hotel!! The staff are so lovely, caring and competent. We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding. Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two nights. Her male colleague was just as invested in providing us with multiple options. The hotel is stylish, immaculate and cleverly laid out. Very easy private parking for only €10 per day. The gym met all my needs while the pool is another massive plus in this great laid back suburb of Bari. The hotel is a €10 cab fare from the Old Town. Free non alcoholic beverages in our room’s mini bar and in the foyer, Free coffee in Italy!!! Never heard of it!! The included in room rate breakfast is a large diverse buffet offering a lot of healthy options.

The host gave me his WhatsApp number and was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay which was only one night. The room was very clean and modern and also had a balcony , the location was also good just a bit out of the city centre of Bari . I did struggle to find it and the codes for the outer door and inner doors did get annoying, but again the host answered me straight away and helped, he also gave me information on local restaurants and bars as well as directions to the Ferry Port and local taxis, I thought he was excellent and went out of his way to help me and insure I had a great stay! Thank you!! I do understand the door codes are for security purposes and wasn’t a big deal it was just a slight quibble. I would definitely stay here again💯 if I was in Bari and needed accommodation! Everything was perfect. Especially breakfast!! I highly recommend that book your accommodation with breakfast. Room was also clean. housekeepers cleaned the room everyday. Walls thinner than I expected but it was quite ok. Additionally the hotel gifted the welcome drink at the bar. If I come to Bari again I definitely will stay this hotel again! 🥰🥰

it was Trulli(magnificent)idea to choose stay at the Trullidea! First of all: the location is great - at the very center of the Alberobello Trulli vilagge, but a bit aside which wakes it even more comfortable. The house has got everything you need: little kitchen, with coffeemaker and other facilities, fine bathroom, large bed, and a sitting part. It is arranged with a smooth Italian touchand spotless clean. The staff from Trullidea work perfect as well. They will tell you everything what you need to know about the village and all the places worth visit. Breakfast was served in a nearby caffe and consisted of buffalla cheese, prosciuto, pan and coffee - everything superfresh and supertasty! I recommend Trulliidea and their lovely houses for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Alberobello!

艾艾瑞德Just an average hotel, the room was small. But also the bed was small, almost fell from it. Also the shower is too small and I have to wait for a few minutes for the hot water to come. The only good thing is the location near the sea but the price should not be so expensive at this time. Not this kind of price for those conditions.
