First I want to thank Abdullah and Muthana from cloud 7, specially Abdallah for making my stay on of life time. He is amazing the room at al yasmeen building was extraordinary 😍 and he was very generous to offer it for us. I can't give the place or the staff enough words to express my gratitude. Clean 5 stars, location 5 stars, hospitality 100 stars, staff super helpful and kind. Thank-you for making my stay above the expectation 🌹🌹🌹

Our stay at Shaheen Camp was an incredible experience, even though we were transferred to Hasan Zawaideh Camp due to the low season. Since the camps are next to each other, and likely have the same owners, the transition was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff made sure we felt at home, offering delicious tea, traditional dance, and live music, creating a truly immersive Bedouin experience. The variety of tours and activities they provided allowed us to explore the breathtaking landscapes of Wadi Rum in an unforgettable way. The food was outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every meal felt like a special occasion, adding to the magic of our stay. The only minor point for improvement was the bed setup, as it was made up of two single beds combined, but honestly, this was such a small detail compared to the overall incredible experience we had. If you’re looking for a welcoming, authentic, and memorable stay in Wadi Rum, I highly recommend Shaheen and Hasan Zawaideh Camp. I would gladly return for another unforgettable adventure!

Had an amazing night in one of the beautiful domes at UFO Luxotel. We arrived late at the camp, but was welcomed warmly with staff and was served with drinks and ice cream (Movenpick). We were invited for dinner even it was late. We were taken to the room by a golf cart/wagon. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The bed was covered with rose petals and nice swan-designed towels. They provided warm blankets, lots of towels, and thick bedouin jacket/covers to use when walking outside late at night. It was very relaxing, no noise. I’d highly recommend if you want activities such as Petra hot air ballon, jeepney rides/tours, camel rides, star gazing etc. Food was amazing. The camp is far from other camps, meaning more privacy. Very good dome camp.

Good value hotel in Jordan I have stayed in 5 hotels during 11 days of trip in Jordan. This is the best one !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All of the staffs are so friendly and nice. The restaurant staff is helpful and considerate . On the second day morning, she remembered my breakfast preference 😨, even the details. There’s an Italian restaurant right near the hotel. You can enjoy discount yet there were cakes,drinks and shisha. The room is so comfortable and new. I love the design. The night view is so lovely and magnificent. The amenity are good , it’s way better than Movenpick hotel. This hotel offers Dead Sea products for the guests. You can have free drinks from the fridge as well.

Pengalaman daftar masuk hotel secara keseluruhan sangat baik, keadaan kebersihannya baik, dan perkhidmatannya ada. Naik taraf bilik percuma, penerimaan tetamu sangat mengalu-alukan. Lokasinya selesa. Di luar adalah tempat di mana anda boleh membeli-belah. Bilik ini lebih selesa dan hiasannya sangat elegan. Betul-betul di tepi laut, pemandangannya cantik dan sangat disyorkan. Pengalaman daftar masuk keseluruhan adalah sangat baik dan sangat disyorkan.

الفندق بدأ بتميز وما زال على نفس المستوى والموظفين وجميع العاملين في الفندق في غاية الروعة حيث تحصل على خدمة رائعة والادارة تعمل بشكل ملحوظ على الاستمرار في نفس المستوى بل الى الافضل وهو من الفنادق المميزة بالنسبة الي من حيث الموقع وجودة الخدمة

It was very amazing experience staying at this camp. I heard some poeple struggled with sand getting into their room in the other camp but there is no such a problem on this camp. Staffs are kind and willing to help. Also dinner was great, too. Only issue was stable and slow WIFI. Also electircity went out about 30 min late night. Overral, It was very nice camp in Wadi rum and highly recommend.

Lokasi yang baik, kebersihan dan harga. Bilik air sudah usang. Beberapa bilik superior dilengkapi dengan balkoni dan beberapa tanpa balkoni, jadi ia bergantung pada keputusan penyambut tetamu yang memilih bilik tanpa balkoni untuk saya. Mereka akan selalu mengatakan hotel ini telah ditempah sepenuhnya.

The place is clean, smells fresh, and wonderful surroundings close to the hot air balloons and star gazing. You can see the sunset walking distance from the camp. The staff are amazing. The food is great. Including dinner in your stay is so worth it as they serve one of the best dinner buffets. Great value for money 100% 💯
