Very close to the exhibition center, and right outside the door is the airport shuttle bus, which runs roughly every hour. The staff are all very nice. They've also added bedside power strips, addressing the charging port issue mentioned in previous reviews, making it a very convenient hotel. There's also a restaurant and a dessert shop on the first floor. Note that check-in is not until 3 PM.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is friendly and patient and the location is great for quick access to the train system. We were there for the Star Wars Celebration and it was fantastic to hop on without massive crowds. Between the train station and the hotel are a handful of food options, including two 7-11s, which stay open until midnight or later. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

This hotel was incredibly convenient, being within walking distance of Kisarazu Outlet Park and having convenience stores, supermarkets, and even a conveyor belt sushi restaurant close by. The hotel interiors were clean, and the bathroom facilities were comfortable and well-suited for families with young children. It was almost perfect, with the only minor issue being that the air conditioning would automatically switch off. I'd highly recommend visiting during seasons other than summer and winter!

The hotel is relatively close to the subway station, which is convenient for getting around, but it's too far from central Tokyo, which is quite inconvenient, and you even have to exit the station for transfers. Because of its proximity to the station, I was worried about getting a good night's sleep, so I emailed the hotel before checking in to request a room on the university side. However, upon arrival, the front desk still assigned me a room on the station side. The train noise was very loud, so I went to the front desk to ask for a room change. One of the female front desk staff actually didn't know there was a university nearby; it was infuriating! I had to open my email to show them before they finally changed my room. The hot springs on the third floor of the hotel weren't crowded, but it was a bit inconvenient to have to bring towels from the room.

The front desk is not on the ground floor so you may have to check carefully before checking and checkout. The hotel use keys instead of room keys. Front desk staff is professional. I arrived at late night, but still can checkin smoothly

As always a great hotel, just a pity that you have to pay to watch movies… in other hotels it would be free

My 5-night stay at Hotel Francs was very positive. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. The room size is standard for Japan, which was perfectly fine. The staff and housekeeping were excellent. The hotel's location is a major plus, being close to the train station and Mitsui Outlet, which has many restaurants and convenience stores. Getting here from the airport was also convenient via the limousine bus, which stops right in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel looks great from the outside, very new. I stayed in the main building, which was decent, and the room was acceptable. I heard the garden building is not good and very old, so be careful if you choose it! The hot springs are really nice, but they are incredibly crowded no matter what time you go. Maybe it was because it was during Christmas. However, I got an infection after soaking in them :( Perhaps it's a personal health issue? I won't comment much on that. Overall, it's okay for a brief layover. The restaurant next to the hot springs is very good. There's also a convenient supermarket downstairs in the lobby. The airport bus to the hotel runs twice an hour. It picks up at Platform 16 for T1 and Platform 26 for T2, which is very convenient.

This hotel offers convenient and comfortable accommodation with excellent transportation links. The airport shuttle service is very handy, and there are plenty of shopping options nearby. It's definitely a great place to consider staying if you're looking for a hotel close to the airport.

The food selection was extensive, and the surroundings were beautiful. Our sea-view room was spacious, and the hot springs were incredibly relaxing. After a good soak, a variety of refreshing drinks were available, making for an incredibly satisfying experience.
