The best feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its location. Being situated so close to the train station was incredibly convenient and made navigating the city simple. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and tidy space to return to after a day out. The only minor drawback is the lack of dining options immediately surrounding the hotel. While the train station proximity solves most travel needs, guests should be aware that they might need to travel a short distance to find a wide selection of restaurants. Overall, for travelers prioritizing convenience, cleanliness, and budget, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Hotel ini sangat bagus dan kawasan sekitarnya kelihatan bagus pada siang hari. Terdapat kedai serbaneka betul-betul di lobi hotel, kemudahannya baik, dan perkhidmatan dan keramahan kakitangan juga baik. Tetapi bilik semuanya bagus. Satu perkara yang agak mengecewakan ialah kebersihan bilik. Perlukah saya katakan bahawa terdapat kekurangan perincian? I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Check-in is done using a machine, which can be a bit challenging at first. You need to show your passport, and the guest name must match the booking. Once you get through that, the process is actually very quick. The hotel provides complete amenities. Everything is available, so you don’t really need to bring your own skincare or toiletries. Pajamas are also provided, which is very convenient. The room size is good for two people. Not small, not cramped. Everything feels compact and well organized. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the hair dryer works well. There is a washing machine on the 7th floor, which is very helpful, especially if you’re staying longer or traveling with family. The location is very convenient. If you’re traveling with kids, this place is very family friendly and easy to move around without feeling tired. JR and subway access are right there, you just go down to the first floor. The only downside is the cost to Tokyo Station, where a round trip for adults can be around ¥423–569 on JR. There are plenty of food options nearby, from restaurants to Daiso, Donki, malls, and even AEON. Mitsui Outlet Park is also easy to reach, about 20 minutes by JR with a fare of only ¥230. View from room beautiful. You can see sunrise and also sunset. We stayed at 10th floor on the right side. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel and would happily stay here again.i

Ia luas dan selesa, yang mana sangat bagus. Walaupun pada hari terakhir, terdapat perkhidmatan ulang-alik percuma pada lewat malam, jadi ia mudah untuk bergerak. Selepas bersarapan, kami dapat dengan cepat sampai ke lapangan terbang menggunakan perkhidmatan ulang-alik percuma pada waktu pagi, yang memudahkan untuk bergerak bersama kanak-kanak. Biliknya bersih dan luas, dan selain itu, terdapat kedai serbaneka Lawson yang dibuka 24 jam di tingkat satu, jadi kami dapat menikmati snek ringan walaupun kami tiba lewat malam. Only stayed for one night because of an early flight from Narita. Arrived late and left early but the free shuttle really helps! Room was decent as well and timing of the busses covers enough for a late arrival and early departure from the hotel. Good for the price!

Hotel was very clean friendly staff went above and beyond location was quiet and unique, did you know they have palm trees in this prefecture? Yes they got palm trees. If you’re looking for a great place to stay away from the choas of Tokyo and cost effective then this place is it! When I do go back to Japan I will definitely be staying here as it was one of the best options I picked, oh and not to mention it’s close to the mitsui outlet mall which has great options to do any type of shopping! You won’t regret staying here and don’t read into the negative reviews because this place was very clean and up to par! 👏🏾

Spacious and value for money room. Missed the last shuttle bus from Narita that was at 9.40pm (waited so long for my baggage), had to take a Uber costing abt 1,300Yen. Lobby has a daily store that closes at 1am which was very convenient, even after I arrived at 10pm+ there were still people getting food n drinks.

Just as you thought staying at Narita one day before leaving Japan is winding down the mood you could be wrong! Richmond Narita is within walking distance from Naritasan Temple and it is one of the largest temple ever seen so far with street shopping! And AEON Supermarket (tax-free) with Daisho too! It comes with free hotel airport transfers so go to the airport without breaking a sweat! What more can you ask for? Room is neat and well kept, with free flow coffee at the Lobby… Richmond standard as you would expect.

Pleasantly Spacious Rooms, Stunning Breakfast Views, but Bus Stop Location Needs Improvement This hotel offers surprisingly spacious rooms for the price point, which was a definite plus. While my room on a lower floor didn't have the sea view mentioned in some descriptions, I found it comfortable and well-sized. A true highlight was the breakfast on the 21st floor. The panoramic views were absolutely beautiful and made for a delightful start to the day. The sauna was adequate, though not particularly memorable. The one significant drawback was the difficulty in locating the bus shuttle. The absence of a clearly marked location or a QR code made finding it quite frustrating. This is an area the hotel should definitely address to improve the guest experience.
