The location is excellent—very close to the train station, making it extremely convenient to travel to Disney. It’s also near Lawson, so grabbing snacks or daily necessities is super easy. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are small, as expected in typical Japanese style, but they are thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers looking for convenience, cleanliness, and good value for money.

Hotel ini sangat besar. Terdapat kedai serbaneka di tingkat atas yang sangat mudah untuk membeli-belah. Terdapat juga bas percuma ke lapangan terbang dan stesen pengecasan, yang sangat mudah. Harganya sangat murah, hanya lebih daripada 300 yuan.

Convenient shuttle to and from narita airport. Friendly and helpful check in staff. Spacious room which is now possible in Tokyo city. Amazing to watch planes from the room windrow.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Check-in is done using a machine, which can be a bit challenging at first. You need to show your passport, and the guest name must match the booking. Once you get through that, the process is actually very quick. The hotel provides complete amenities. Everything is available, so you don’t really need to bring your own skincare or toiletries. Pajamas are also provided, which is very convenient. The room size is good for two people. Not small, not cramped. Everything feels compact and well organized. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the hair dryer works well. There is a washing machine on the 7th floor, which is very helpful, especially if you’re staying longer or traveling with family. The location is very convenient. If you’re traveling with kids, this place is very family friendly and easy to move around without feeling tired. JR and subway access are right there, you just go down to the first floor. The only downside is the cost to Tokyo Station, where a round trip for adults can be around ¥423–569 on JR. There are plenty of food options nearby, from restaurants to Daiso, Donki, malls, and even AEON. Mitsui Outlet Park is also easy to reach, about 20 minutes by JR with a fare of only ¥230. View from room beautiful. You can see sunrise and also sunset. We stayed at 10th floor on the right side. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel and would happily stay here again.i

Bilik sangat besar. Untuk yang membawa bayi, dua katil tidak sesuai untuk digabungkan kerana ada meja sisi katil, lampu dan wayar di tengahnya. Di tingkat bawah ada Lawson dan banyak ketuhar gelombang mikro untuk memanaskan makanan. Ada bas ulang-alik percuma dari terminal lapangan terbang ke hotel. Kira-kira 50-60 meter berjalan kaki dari hotel, ada juga 7-Eleven.

This is one of the comfortable room and affoardable price. The best thing is the food at Family Mart on the first floor of the hotel.

Hotel was very clean friendly staff went above and beyond location was quiet and unique, did you know they have palm trees in this prefecture? Yes they got palm trees. If you’re looking for a great place to stay away from the choas of Tokyo and cost effective then this place is it! When I do go back to Japan I will definitely be staying here as it was one of the best options I picked, oh and not to mention it’s close to the mitsui outlet mall which has great options to do any type of shopping! You won’t regret staying here and don’t read into the negative reviews because this place was very clean and up to par! 👏🏾

Perkhidmatan yang sangat pantas oleh semua kakitangan dari hotel ini. Di luar jangkaan saya, saya tidak menjangkakan perkhidmatan yang begitu baik, tetapi saya sangat berpuas hati walaupun saya tinggal di baju kerana saya mempunyai penerbangan 7 pagi keesokan harinya. Hotel ini amat berbangga dalam menjaga pelanggan/tetamu hotel mereka. Setiap perkara kecil telah dimasukkan secara terperinci; svc bas ulang-alik percuma ke/dari terminal lapangan terbang & svc ulang-alik ke/dari pusat membeli-belah AEON sangat berbaloi, harga yang sangat berpatutan untuk harga yang dibayar pelanggan untuk kadar bilik. Saya mesti memuji Marroad Htl sangat bersih. Akan sangat mengesyorkan mereka untuk mencari perkhidmatan ulang-alik lapangan terbang percuma dan dengan penerbangan pagi untuk menangkap. Pasti akan bergantung pada hotel ini untuk transit/ persinggahan Narita masa depan saya. 10 bintang kalau boleh. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Richmond Hotel Narita was a solid and comfortable stay. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially for Japan, and everything felt clean and well-kept. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options to start the day right. Location is a big win—it’s close to the train station, nearby attractions, and surrounded by convenient stores, so everything you need is within easy reach. Overall, a very practical and enjoyable choice when staying in Narita.

Didn't enjoy my stay here due to the poor sound proofing. I could hear my neighbours in the middle of the night for both nights I was there (up to 1am and 3am respectively). Had to call the front desk to stop but it didn't help. People were laughing loudly and talking loudly in Japanese. Seems like they gathering there for some party. Breakfast was really bad too. This is the worst hotel breakfast I ever had. Only the view (21F sky lounge venue) was nice. Don't pay extra for this. Room is quite run down and the toilet bathroom as well. Didn't use it but go to the onsen instead. Parking is 1000yen per night and you are allowed to enter and exit many times. Pros: Next building there's a Donki and lawson Opp is a 7-11 Onsen is nice
