I had a pleasant stay at Hedistar Hotel Narita. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. Its location is convenient especially for travelers needing quick access to Narita Airport. Overall, it offers good value for money and a hassle-free experience. There is a Lawson store in the lobby, which is very convenient for us since there are no other convenience stores nearby. Overall, it offers good value for money and a hassle-free experience.

I love this hotel. Located 5 mins away from the airport and have lawson inside the hotel. Even room is outdated but well maintained. The amenities given also well provided include the bath salt. Staff at the checkin and breakfast can be more friendly and smile more. Alll the staffs can speak English very well. The breakfast also nice but could be refilled the food more faster.

Ini adalah hotel kelima saya menginap di Tokyo. Ia lebih besar daripada hotel di kawasan bandar dan merupakan hotel paling mewah yang pernah saya tinggali pada julat harga yang sama di Tokyo. Ia mempunyai TV di dalam tab mandi dan yukata (jubah mandi Jepun), tetapi hiasan keseluruhannya agak ketinggalan zaman. Hotel ini mempunyai kemudahan yang mencukupi, termasuk mata air panas dan gim. Walau bagaimanapun, pengangkutan tidak begitu mudah. Terasa jauh di mana-mana. Walaupun hotel ini mempunyai bas ulang-alik, ia hanya beroperasi pada waktu tertentu. Mengikut peta, terdapat bas lain yang boleh saya pilih, sekitar 30 minit setiap satu. Saya tiba agak lewat dan saya memerlukan 3000 yen Jepun untuk menaiki teksi. Jadi, keesokan harinya, saya menempah hotel di kawasan bandar Narita. Memandangkan kereta bawah tanah Tokyo sangat mudah, saya lebih suka tinggal di hotel yang lebih kecil.

I highly recommend staying here! The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. The airport transfer service made my departure stress-free and easy. The absolute highlight, though, is the Lawson convenience store right inside the hotel, it was the perfect place to grab final snacks and use up my remaining yen before flying home. I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and it was perfect. Check in went good even with my limited Japanese and their English we made it work. The room is very nice and enough space. Bathroom as well there is a small tub and the shower is awesome with wonderful pressure. Bed is hard at first, but after a few minutes you don't want to get out again. Everything you need is there from towels, kettle, fridge, shampoo and all. They do an eco clean for short stays and a big clean if you stay longer (which is really good). I had breakfast included which you get tickets for and is in the restaurant which is connected to the hotel, very handy. You have 4 options and I found it was very tasty and filling. There are 2 big trainstations not even 10 min walk which will take you everywhere so that's good. Get yourself a Pasmo card and off you go. I would really recommend this hotel as I enjoyed my stay for sure and it had everything you could ask for.

too much convenient, it's just right beside the station MAKUHARI TOYOSUNA, which is just a station away from MAKUHARI MESSE event hall, or probably we can just walk via AEON to arrive at MAKUHARI MESSE. Hotel staff are friendly and approachable, check-in process was also quick via the automated machine (check-out can be done via the TV in the room!). Amenities are all available at the lobby, they restock them up real fast, i never see them going empty at all despite i had been walking in out several times during the day! Wide range for facilities on rental, got myself the iron and hair straightener was helpful. Charging cable for microusb/typeC/lightning was already available in the desk drawer for quick access as well. Wonderful room layout with the table right beside the bed for easy access to anything, even though there's space made for phone on charging at the bedside. Love the bedside lamp as well, then the massager, the air purifier, their choice of shampoo with KNOLL series! Nothing going extra in the room or anything i need but wasn't available. There's even an accessory case on the table!!!! Would like to visit Hotel Mets again, some other branches even if im not off for events at MAKUHARI MESSE like this time round. Came on a solo trip with a big suitcase, with sufficient space, it should get crampy with 2 pax, but way wide for a single traveller. Keep it up guys! I had so much a wonderful stay this time round, which my cousin did as well when i found this hotel for her, she herself loved this hotel soooooooooo much!

Definitely upgraded from the previous Mitsui Garden Hotel it used to be, elevators and bathrooms need a face lift. Outside of that suggestion, great comfort for beds and clean. Staff is friendly and efficient. Grocery store is close by and a few awesome izakaya’s. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel itu sendiri sangat lama, tetapi ia terasa seperti sedang dibersihkan dengan serius. Sikap perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik. Tilamnya agak keras. Kedai serbaneka di tingkat bawah ditutup pada jam 22:30, dan tetamu yang tiba lewat hanya boleh membeli barangan ringkas dari mesin layan diri. Alangkah baiknya jika waktu buka kedai serbaneka boleh dilanjutkan. Kawasan merokok berhampiran kedai serbaneka mempunyai bau asap rokok yang kuat. Apabila saya bangun pada waktu pagi, terdapat banyak kehijauan di luar tingkap Bangunan yang kelihatan di tingkat bawah sangat cantik.

Nice place to stay for a night before your flight to Narita Airport. It offers free shuttle from and to the airport. To airport- wait outside the lobby in front of the bus stop sign on the road. From airport terminal 2 - look for bus stop number 27. Then it’ll stop to terminal 1 before going to the hotel around 10-15 mins drive with light traffic. Easy check in and out, bring an id for confirmation of identity. A daily convenience store in the lobby can use an electric microwave just tell the staff. Tho the products are limited cuz it’s a small store. Good For those who want to just stay inside the hotel, it’s kinda far from other leisure activities like mall unless you go to Narita airport and transfer to trains.
